Stopped in at 8:45 pm tonight (Saturday) on my way home. I went in with the intention of cashing in a lotto ticket, and buying some snacks. When I walked in, the cashier was standing behind the counter. As I approached the counter she gestured in frustration (temper tantrum style) and mouthed / whispered “Mother F#cker!!” I didn’t assume it had anything to do with me, although it was off putting. I kept walking up, until she popped her head around the register, and rudely addressed me with attitude. It became quite apparent then that I wasn’t welcome. Any intention I had of interacting with her or spending my money at the store vanished then and there. I wasn’t about to engage with someone who seemed angered that I was even there, and clearly didn’t want to do her job. I told her “never mind”, used the bathroom, and left without purchasing my snack and drink. As I left, she locked the doors behind me at 8:50 pm. Even if they were allowed to close early, that doesn’t warrant cussing and giving attitude to the customer. I get that almost everyone is over worked these days, and I don’t know what her situation was, but I didn’t do anything to warrant that treatment. I sometimes get gas here, but as it’s expensive, it won’t bother me at all to avoid this store in the future. Too bad as it’s generally a well stocked and clean store.

Looking for a craptastic deli sandwich? This is the place. Bought a sun that should have been a build your own. Nothing like a hard top and soggy bottom. To be fair….customer service was awesome.

The grill is great! Great service, great food. The problem is the girl who opens the actual store during the week. Always late, donuts are not out, coffee not made and doors don’t open till after 4. However, the girl that works the weekend, always a on time, donuts out, coffee made, ready to go by 4.GET RID OF THE GIRL WHO OPENS DURING THE WEEK!!!

Nothing wrong with this place! Really just replying to the absurd review posted by Lauren Gardella. She claims to be poor, trying to use her food stamps to purchase snacks at a convenience store that does not accept them. She also poorly reviewed the local police department, as she has pending charges she undoubtedly disputes. She does think highly of the steakhouse as well as the local watering hole and tattoo parlor. What a classy piece of trash she must be...

Along with rest, nothing but bad service at this gas station. They should drop a Kum and Go here and make the rest of the area happy. It's really not that hard to be nice to people that shop at your location. Shame.

Breakfast burritos are good and well worth the money for their size.BUT don't go looking for them around 7pm.We had to settle for bland pitas sandwiches and the cheapest premade sandwich I could find.The pita was $6.00 and the premade ham & cheese $3.50.So add in 2 small bags of chips,2-16 ounce pops,it was about $25.Unfortunately,they are the only place in Platteville,other than Subway and Circle K on the way to the west side of Greeley.

If I could rate zero I would. They don't take food stamps or online coupons so I couldn't buy my little brothers and I drinks because we are poor. I'm disgusted.

Their lack of customer service and professionalism is in a state of emergency including one of the managers I believe her name is Michelle one of the cooks also was kind of rude at times I'm not saying because they're women but 90% of them that work there are women I don't know if that has anything to do with it but those are the only ones he is giving me any attitude very sad because my company does a lot of business with them and they don't seem to understand we the customer are the reason they have a job in the first place this whole situation needs to be addressed immediately with an apology thank you

Usually pretty busy but cashiers are effective moving the line. Otherwise pretty routine gas and convience store
