Found what I needed thanks to Pam pointing me in the right direction. while attending to the POS area, it was getting near closing time so I think the staff was thinning out for the day. I would avoid shopping this store, the management staff is unprofessional, especially the new assistant store manager, no leadership skills and no morals. I observed him belittling his employees. I cannot in good conscience support a locally owned store that encourages bad management behavior and if I could give the store a zero star, that would be the case but unfortunately we do not have that option.

Very well stocked, very friendy staff, neat, clean and organized. The staff members that I encountered were very unknowledgable. I received lots of "I don't knows" for a simple storm door latch assembly. I Finally gave up and went to Lowes.

I came into the store very scared as i haven’t been into a hardware store before. I walked in and employee Will greeted me extremely kindly and helped me find the drill bit i was looking for. Definitely shows what it means to do good quality work in a students community!

This is the second time I walked into a Moore Lumber and Ace Hardware store and got horrible customer service.Is it because I am an older women and therefore dismissed? I will never, ever enter a Moore Lumber store again.In closing : educate your employees on equal treatment of all customers regardless of age or gender. Yes, my order would have been above 20 k but that is not happening.CheersCarolyn

Brad at the contractor desk is so knowledgeable and helpful. Such a breath of fresh air compared to big box stores where no one seems to know what they're doing. Will keep my business up the hill.

We go here several times a week for pretty much anything. They have an amazing selection of regular items and seasonal items. Recently, ever gotten everything from new bird feeders to flowers to gardening tools and a variety of misc items like surge protectors. You can get lost looking at everything! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. We always support local businesses when we can, and this is one of our favorites.

Had a great experience with this team recently! Called in about a snowblower (they were the only ones within 40 miles or so that had the one we were searching for). The guys in the warehouse right past the main store helped us tremendously and offered delivery within a couple of days. We will definitely return!

Is it strange to love a local hardware store? Because I kind of love this local hardware store. The staff is always really nice and helpful and my kiddo loves getting the fresh popped popcorn. The prices are just a bit more than what I pay down the hill at a big box store, but we find the quality of the lumber and the convenience of shopping near home are worth the few extra dollars. We would easily make up for it in gas and we've ended up with a better product. So lucky to have a great place to shop locally.

The place is small but packed with needed things, and the staff are great! They actually have a lot of items HD doesn't, and if they don't have it they will get it. Most importantly, there is no price gouging! For me this store is the same distance as HD but I will come here first if I can.
