We’re frequent visitors to this location for the supplies for our four dogs and two fish tanks. We even adopted our latest puppy here during a Trevor’s Rescue adoption event. The store is always clean and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

This store has sold me a Plecostomus with ICH. I am highly disappointed. I have not even had the Plecostomus in my sons tank with my other fish for a full week yet. My son has had his fish for over 2 years now and none of them have died until this sucker fish was put into the tank. Now he has lost all 9 of his fish.

May 23 rd at about 2-4 pmShop here all the time. Sticker up that said milk bones buy one get 2 nd for 25 percent off . Was not ringing up. Heather the wonderful lady at register went and saw. She said yes I was correct. This manager girl came over and told me I was wrong? Heather told her no... that she looked and I was right. This terrible manager goes and grabs the sticker off and brings it to me? Tells me I NEED TO LOOk AT THE DATE ON THE STICKERS? Is she for real???? For one no way you could see tiny date in bottom right corner and for 2 the customer is always right! If you put sticker up that is wrong or did not take it down that is in you the manager???? Are you for real???? I hope something is done about this!!! Terrible manager. Tried to call me out as if I had done something wrong by buying two boxes of dog bones???? Heather was so wonderful but as a 50 yr old women who has been in management I would do something about that caliber of a manager in your store! Soooo unprofessional. All behind me in line were shaking their heads. I told her it is not up to the consumers to figure out if tags for sales are expired if right in front of items on the floor and for that matter the customer is always right. She could have just given discount and moved on but she tried to like reprimand me???? Um nope. You are the manager! You didn't check the stickers. That's on you during your watch!!!

My wife and I recently brought our dog in to be groomed with Kate W. At check in the groomer seemed a little off. We weren't sure what exactly was going on at that time. But when we went to pick up we happened to see our groomer outside the store smoking a cigarette and drinking out of one of those little captain morgan rum bottles. I was disgusted. How are they allowing people like that to work there and drink on the job??? They were extremely busy when we went inside and my wife did not want to make a scene so we just got our dog and left. But I am beyond upset. We will NEVER be coming back. These people should be reported.

UPDATE : I left a more detailed update review on the grooming page. Her double coat is RUINED!! It’s thinned out and damaged, she’s shedding more so than she was prior to the grooming session, this isn’t typical blowing coat AT ALL… And they did not clean up her paw pads like I asked, so she’s still slipping all over my floors. What a waste of money!Upon first picking my pup up from grooming, I was told she did better than I had originally expected she would given previous experience, which I was very happy to hear. They said she was sweet and well mannered, and she smelled amazing and was very soft and overall at first glance looked great. However, upon further inspection after paying, and once we got to the car, I noticed she had been knicked TWICE by her ear, which I was not told about. She is very apprehensive about me touching her there now, and she wasn’t before this. The groomer did warn me that she had to shave close to the skin due to the matting behind her ears, which is understandable, we had come from a weekend camping trip and the matting built up in that time. I don’t have a problem with them shaving it, I have a problem with them not telling me she had been cut. Also, when I first dropped off, I was asked NONE of the questions the app prepares you to answer prior to dropping off. When I mentioned she’s good with other dogs, I was looked at like “ok, and?” Which tells me they are probably kenneled in between waiting times, which I’d prefer not to happen. My dog is deaf, I was not asked if she knew any command sign until AFTER the appt, AND, I was never asked about triggers or problem areas, I had to bring them up myself and was met with the same nonchalant attitude. Picking up was better than dropping off, and for the most part the groomers I dealt with during pick up were nice, again, I just wish I was told about her being cut. I probably won’t be bringing my beloved pup back here.

Felt a little under stocked in the fishing area. Cashier tried telling me i needed something for something i have for years and never been a problem. I don’t mind recommendations they were very pushy and almost degreasing about my choice. I was assisted with price checks ect and had great service otherwise.

I had my puppy groomed here and the grooming area was great. But when I went to go check out at the regular check area I ran into a Karen. Oh my God it was horrible I am disabled I am not able to stand very long I was told to go to this checkstand and they pointed so that's where I went I stood at good distance but apparently it was not further enough for the Karen and she kept saying social distance and I was having a hard time holding my dog because he wanted to give her love and calm her down since she was freaking out if you don't like dogs do not come in there that should be a rule of thumb. My puppy licked her ankle and she freaked out and started cussing at me the cashier was on the Karen's side I and very disappointed in PetSmart customer service especially with this cashier wow what a way to go treating disabled people like that finally the Karen left and I was able to go get checked out and she acted like nothing happened I will never come here again,,,,,,this place lost my permanent business and my respect!!!!! I will tell everybody I know to never come here again and I will find the name out of the cashier and put it on here later she has purple gray hair. Extremely disrespectful to the most extent ever experienced in my life!!!!!!!!!!!

We used the grooming services and they were great (Sam was awesome).We also use the vet, and the doctor and staff are great.The store associatea are great too.Best store for all things pet related

Went to PetSmart in Parker today and needed some crickets. No pre-bagged crickets and it was busy. I figured I'll just get some myself rather than bother an associate. Had bagged about five when a very angry female worker with short dark hair snatched the bag, said they are not self serve, dumped them out, and said if I need help I need to press a button. Seemed very spiteful instead of just taking the chance to educate and help a customer. Walked out. Not returning. Never seen someone so drunk on so little power. All hail the cricket queen.

Signed up for beginning training sessions. First two went fine, our trainer was sick the next two week. We showed up to session and then we're told it would not be happening. Finei understand nothing you can do about being sick. Call us before the session time. Then the trainer was on vacation the following two weeks, which we were never told about until I called to confirm we were actually meeting. 0/10 recommend doing training with them. Super unprofessional throughout the whole process.

I went moved from my neighborhood Petco to a nearby PetSmart in Parker. I have a reptile who eats a lot of crickets. At Petco id order medium ones in bulk at least 100 at register and they'd get them for me at around $.10 a cricket. At PetSmart they had them already bagged ONLY "large"available different quantities no higher than 50. And they were not only large sizes in the bag they were all different sizes from small to large and they charged $.17 A CRICKET! Several crickets were already dead when I got home from being in a bag for who knows how many hours.. so I bought dead crickets at a crazy price. I honestly will drive all the way to my Petco from now on because I can trust them, that they know how to care for insects and customers.

My dogs hair is completely gone now, She is 100% cocker spaniel, and now looks like a Chihuahua. I asked for everything on her to be cut down and her ears to be cut as well but not completely cut down and to keep as much fluff as possible. I will not be returning to this location again.

My heart hurts for the animals at this location, the fish particularly. I don't have anything against pet stores, but I have a thing against poor husbandry. Anyone who can confidently tell me these fish are healthy is either highly uneducated or just plain greedy. And algea in a tank is one thing, but algae is not black. These tanks are full of mold. I wish there was more to do for the poor animals that are forced to live in conditions like this. If you're gonna sell animals, take RESPONSIBILITY for them.

Didn't give us a call to tell us our dog was fine with her grooming appointment then closed early and when they saw me banging on the door to try to get in and pick her up they ignored me and then turned the lights off. The next day they called the cops on us for abandoning our dog. Also the new hairdo looks like Stevie Wonder tried his hand at dog grooming.

Do not buy feeder insects from this store. You will either come home with half of them dead or less than shown on the container. Has happened with crickets, worms, and roaches. To get any credit or refund will cause you to make another trip to the store. Go to a store who cares about what they sell and save yourself some time and money.

I bring my dog here from grooming. I always have Whitney do it. I think she does a great job. They are easy to schedule online and go. I would recommend going here. They cut nails, shampoo, everything. Not to mention, you can pick up anything else you need while here. But their grooming department to me is by far one of the best.

Everyone was very helpful, shelves were stocked, lots of selections and varieties, store was clean and organized, but they're out of the litter I use, unfortunately. I can't switch my 12 year old cats litter now, so I'll have to order online.

I will never take my dogs to get their nails trimmed again at this location. I paid for a nail trim AND grind and it doesn’t even look like they touched his nails. They claimed they went as short as possible but other places have gone half this length with no problem. Do not waste your money on a nail trim.

LOVE this particular PetSmart!! I cannot recommend the Parker store enough. I live a few towns over and still drive to this location as they are the most helpful and caring location I have found around us. One of my critters fell ill and the amount of care, support, compassion, and communication with the group who work at this store was above and beyond! This is the store for you.

Went to the grooming section to get my cat's nails trimmed. I do not recommend going to Petsmart to do that. It was my first experience there for any of my pets. They clipped my cats nails in the open area where the dogs were being groomed. Super stressful for my furry guy. The groomer did a great job! I will just go to the vet for this service from now on.Fun fact: You can not include a tip when paying for grooming services, so please have cash available.

Always has what we need. Dog toys are kind of pricey but I think that's just cause everything is pricey now. They will accept returns if your dog tears through a toy quickly which is nice

Staff is very helpful and friendly. They are super sweet with my pups. I also take my pup grooming here and Whitney is fabulous!! She's our favorite and we've paid so much money before for awful grooming jobs. We are grateful to have found Whitney! And even though it's cheaper, we always leave a good tip.
