Today I had the pleasure of visiting the Parker feed store. This place is a gem. They offer much more reasonable prices on feed then you can find online. I was treated with a lot of courtesy and patience, as I didn't really know what I was looking for at the time. I recommend this business wholeheartedly to anybody that is in search of feed for their pets or animals or even wild feed. Look at the picture of what I bought. A white feed holder with a gasket sealed top and a 40lb bag of sunflower seeds. I got a very good value for it. that's all 40 lb of birdseed in the container. The squirrels are going to love it.And the squirrels did, those seeds that I bought mentioned above lasted two years. Here is a picture of one enjoying them. Sorry the little shade tail has red eye.Unfortunately, I live in an HOA that frowns on feeding squirrels. So, I will have to feed the birds. I never thought I would write those words.

Wonderful no-nonsense small family business. For our daughter's chickens we picked up two bales of hay and some bags of feed. Cheerful help loading the car. And prices are much better than at the big fancy stores. We'll be back.

I especially love the older lady at this feed store. Everyone is always terrific and their hay and feed products are great. Visit them and get great customer service more like our “old country store “. And competitive prices.

The first thing you hear when you walk in is "are you here for U-Haul?" because they can tell right away that you don't look like a horse person. Then it goes down hill from there. The clerk informed me that they didn't have a truck for my 3pm reservation and told me I should just stand there and wait for it because whoever had it last promised they'd have it back by 3 (but didn't). They later told me that the truck arrived just after 3, which I'm inclined to doubt because I didn't have access to the truck until much later.U-Haul offers a $50 reservation guarantee if there is no truck at the time of your reservation, and the clerk refused to make good on that guarantee but told me that I was "very rude" for even mentioning it. From the very beginning of the interaction when she told me she didn't have a truck "yet", her attitude was as if *I* was inconveniencing *her* because she didn't have a truck.At the end of the rental transaction, she informed me that she would be there at 7 when the truck was due back (even though they close at 4) and that because I was so rude if I was one minute late she would charge me. Which is absurd because my four hour reservation didn't actually start until long after 3, thanks to the lack of a truck.She also marked the fuel level as 100% full even though it was between 3/4 and 7/8, but I wasn't interested in going back into the store to endure more abuse. I won't be returning to this store under any circumstances... even if some day I decide to be a horse person.Full disclosure: I was not feeling my best and I was in a hurry, and my reservation was for the time it was for a reason. I'm sure my frustration with the situation came through in how I conducted myself once I had the impression that I wasn't welcome and my mere presence was an inconvenience. I'm giving the store 3 stars rather than the 1 that I believe the specific interaction warrants, because if I was off my game it's only fair to assume the clerk may have been off her game as well. I'm inclined to hope this was the case because I do see some very positive reviews of this store.

Dropped into Parker Feed expecting to just rent a U-Haul, but what we got was so much more! This family owned business has been here for more than 50 years, and it’s easy to see why. The folks that run this place are so friendly and charismatic. It was a slower evening, so they took the time to conversate with us for over an hour!! You never see that anymore. So nice to meet people who truly care about their customers and the community and to give your business to a place that truly appreciates it. Debbie, Thomas, their Mom and Charlie are absolutely wonderful! Support local businesses and take your dollar here :)

Reservation through the u-haul website got screwed up and these guys still came through with a truck. Saved the day, the weekend, and the whole move. I give very few 5 star reviews, but this place earned it.. Thank you to Parker Feed Store.

female owner there hid in the back as soon as she saw me and wouldn't come out even after her brother told her to come out bc I was waiting while he was busy. she came out to help 2 other customers that came in after i did and totally ignored me. I literally spent over an hour at that store to reserve a uhaul trailer. I'm a minority and I'm pretty sure that was that lady's issue. I feel sorry for her and that that type of behavior still exists.

I try to help family owned businesses but when your ignored because your on one side of counter waiting your turn and people just walk in and owners take care of them first, that is just wrong. Also the one lady ( sister/daughter) is consistently rude and never waits on anyone. Hello this is your lively hood and mom and pop stores already have it hard enough.

Waiting for more than an hour and they still not helpful.I don't know how are people working for the costumer service and doesn't look for futher options.I have my reservation for a Uhaul and the Gentleman saw me in the computer but still not working.I end up to leave the place without any service.

Very friendly staff. They have a good selection of most products and will do special orders. They made it easy to special order game bird layer feed for my quail. My quail are very happy with their new food.

Transmission was very bad on the truck I rented. I drive very 'chill' and was very careful but if I felt like it was going to give me whip lash when it changed gears. It was an automatic transmission so I didn't really have control over it. It happened while breaking too.

Oh boy! Store didn't open on time and person opening was pretty rude. Extra help is definitely needed as this person was obviously frustrated and didn't hide it.

Came in to inquire about some Diamond maintenance dog food. the two ladies gabbing at the front seemed uninterested in my business. Apparently They Carried two different kinds of diamond Brand dog food. Didn't even offer to order my brand for me. Would have inquired about other foods for my little farm but again the lady seemed uninterested in my business. I thought maybe I would try to support local but as it turns out I was just interrupting social time. So I'm just taking my money back down the street to Murdoch's. This place doesn't have very good customer service rating according to people online who have visited the store before nor did it when I walked in the door to see for myself. Again back to Murdoch's it is.

These are the kind of experiences that make me wish Google had a negative star review. Rude doesn't even begin to explain the gal who opened her store an hour and ten minutes late and had several customers standing around waiting on her. These people could not care less about customer service! Save yourself the aggravation.

They wrecked my truck and refused to give me a refund for the U-Haul they incorrectly hooked up. Now I am bruised and my time is wasted. My truck can’t even be fully fixed, even though they admit responsibility. Terrible customer service.
