At first I thought this dog spa just did really great grooming and my old dog- Tilly was always happy and not traumatized with process.You know how people say Karma is a mirror of people….. I am a retired RN - so I have experience with the good and bad. In my 75 yrs it’s rare to see true kindness to those we don’t even know - giving when not asked but needed.Life gives us gifts like these people - rejuvenates our heart with unselfish humans caring for others and our love of our pets.Cage free and feeling of our 4 leggeds happiness is also free.Tilly and her mom Joanne

My wife and I have been taking our dogs here for over 3 years and always a great experience every time until now. A change in ownership has occurred and with the new ownership and unexperienced staff not being trained correctly! They didn't even finish the grooming of our dogs and still charged us full price. One has half done and the other looks like they spent 10 mins on. Be aware and take your dogs somewhere else!

Ziggy was cage free with classical music playing before and after his cut.. we will definitely be taking him here from now on. So often there is something big or small that makes us go elsewhere for his grooming, NOT TODAY!!!

They did a nice job grooming but the gentleman who owns the note the shop now is very unpleasant. Bo had always given me a discount because she came from the same spa that I did bark and wash, and she always honored my loyalty etc. now I got scolded because I wasn’t paying enough for my dogs, which I think was very inappropriate in general did not appreciate his unkindness and will not return to his shop

We started taking our soft coated wheaten terrier here about 1 year ago. They do a great job with her grooming. I love that the dogs can all walk around before and after their grooms. The staff is really nice and they run an organized business. Fair prices too.

This places was amazing, but Bo is no longer the owner. Our dog was cut in multiple places, and none of the staff said anything. They are inexperienced and it shows. We no longer take our dog here.

Ive been taking my pup here for a year and this place is the best! Cage free and everytime, they do a great job cutting my 14lb shitzu chihuahua mix short with long ears and a tail... the cutest!

Amazing staff & customer service. This was our first visit of many more to come. From start to finish my baby was well taken care of and her anxieties put to rest. She even made new friends. I highly recommend Mitch & his team for your pets grooming needs.

We have taken our dog to Lovely Pet Spa twice, and both times this establishment has done a terrific job. The quality of the work that they have done was excellent. The services are comprehensive (wash, cut, ears, teeth, and nails were all done well), the price is very reasonable, and the people who work there are very nice. We will continue to take our dog to get groomed at Lovely Pet Spa and I definitely recommend it.

Lovely Pet Spa is the Best! I was so nervous to get my little Maltipoo Groomed. Ella’s hair was so matted We just moved out to Parker this year I knew I needed to find a new groomer. Taylor the owner and her Staff were Fantastic. Taylor addressed all my concerns and put my mind at ease. They handled Ella with such care grace and patience. I couldn’t be happier. BEST DOG GROOMER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Since moving to Parker I have struggled to find a dog groomer. I tried two, one was AWFUL, and the other didn’t groom my Cavalier the way I wanted. Lovely Pet Spa was a breath of fresh air. The salon smells good, is well maintained, and the staff is top notch. Also their salon is cage free, which is the best part! My cavalier hates cages, so being able to run around after grooming is a huge plus. Also the quality of their work cannot be beat. Take your dog here to get groomed, you will not be disappointed!

The staff is so warm and gentle with my dog. She always comes back looking and smelling beautiful. My dog is small and scared of other big dogs, so the staff place her in a playpen. That way she can still see the other dogs but no one is bothering her. Highly recommend!

If you need a dog groomer, look no further than Lovely Pet Spa. I was so nervous to bring my rescue in because he's very timid but they were so kind and gentle with him! They are always very friendly and I love that they text me when I can expect my dogs to be done. Very affordable as well!

Love, love, love this place. Bo has been cleaning my four dogs for over three years. Before finding Bo, I tried PetSmart, Petco, and several places that actually come to your home. The owner where she use to work actually recommended Bo when I called to ask questions about having my dogs groomed. When I was told she was opening her own shop, I immediately knew I would follow her to her new location. One of my dogs has severe anxiety and now gets excited when I say her name. Her kindness and special care for each of my dogs make me feel comfortable when dropping off my dogs to get cleaned. They are happy when I pick them up and usually are sporting a new bandana. Give her place a try. You and your pet will be happy you did!!!!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place as much as I'd like to since it's close to our house. My wife took our 11 year old Bichon / Poodlemix to get groomed and explained exactly what she wanted. Needless to say the haircut was horrible and the worst he's ever had. Even during COVID when we had to improvise and groom him ourselves, he looked way better than after going here. We will not be taking him back here.

We took our two dogs in. We asked for a puppy cut for our Yorkie and a trim for for our schnoodle. We were very specific. I was horrified when I went in to get them!They had both been shaved!! We were crystalclear with the information provided.They feel like they can do whatever they wantwith your dogs. Both my dogs are now sickwith diarrhea. Coincidence? I don’t think so.They are deleting unfavorable posts to maintaina fake rating. I started to leave without paying because I was so incredibly upset but they blocked the door physically and I was forced to pay. I believe that’s illegal!

We just had our pomeranian groomed here. She did an outstanding job. She is just so loving, gentle and sweet to the dogs there. Our pup loved her and he came out amazing! This will definetly be our go to place from now on.

We followed Bo here because we can't imagine taking our dogs anywhere else. Our dogs are always groomed exactly to the way my wife desires, and they are washed and nicely pampered until we return. I should be able to give 10 stars because we bring both our dogs here at the same time! Don't hesitate to trust your loved furry ones with Bo!!

They do such a great job on our little cocker spaniel. We love that they let the dogs take breaks during their cut if they need it. Ollie loves playing with the other dogs(they don't kennel). He's clean, neat, and tired when he comes home 🐶

Best groomer ever! So nice and very caring. They were so friendly and the actual shop is clean and organized and they don’t put the dogs in a cage to dry which is the best. Dogs came out feeling fresh and happy!

My Keeshond was overdue for a grooming and Lovely Pet Spa did a fantastic job bathing, brushing and trimming his fur. Meeko has never been softer! We will most definitely be taking him here on a regular basis.
