My new rescue Pomeranian was groomed today by Miley, and it went wonderfully. I asked her to keep the coat natural and she followed my request perfectly. She also understood that my pup is a recent rescue and she handled her quickly and with great care. I will definitely be back!!

We have had a great experience at Heritage! Our doggy Luna has been spending two days a week there for more than a year and she does great there. For what I can tell she is tired when she gets home and she is always happy to get in. I love that if I ask for feedback they tell me when she is doing good and they days she had a hard time. They also understand which dogs get along well and peer them. Great people there, caring and friendly.

I wish I could give more stars. Took my handsome long haired mini dachshund here. He was groomed by Alissa. She did an AMAZING job! She did everything we asked her to do & the price was great too! I HIGHLY recommend Alissa she is wonderful! So so happy with the results!

I highly recommend KC for grooming your cat! Charlie was a recuse from an abusive home with high anxiety and depression. He has been groomed before but this time he got his lion cut and he is a completely different cat. He walks around happy as can be and so playful now. He no longer hides under the bed and comes out when people come over to show off his new look. Thank you, KC! You did a GREAT JOB, and he looks so cute.

Pros: My puppy had a good experience at her meet and greet and I really appreciated the report card that was emailed to us with pictures. Our primary goal for daycare is to give our puppy some good socialization experiences, which I think she got a little of here.Cons:- We were excited about the Puppy Tuesdays service they offer on their website, however it has apparently been discontinued. Our puppy was placed with larger adult dogs while I was hoping she would be able to interact with other puppies.- When I called to make the initial appointment, I was directed to a call center. The woman I talked with did not know much about the facility and presumably did not speak English as her first language. It was very time consuming to spell out words like “Blue Merle” and our dog’s breed. I wish I would’ve been able to speak with someone at the facility so I could ask questions and find out that Puppy Tuesdays are no longer an option here.Overall, it was a good experience but I’m very disappointed that they no longer offer puppy-specific socialization experiences.

Our lady did such an amazing job cutting our 6 month old mini goldendoodle’s hair! We had a terrible experience at PetsMart where they only had cut the eyes and gave up doing the rest because she kept “licking the clippers” and was “squirmy”. Felt like all hope was lost but I’ve talked with a few coworkers who mentioned to go to a place that actually knows how to handle puppies since PetsMart clearly does not. This place definitely knew how to cut her hair! We mentioned that our pup was afraid of blow driers and they already knew this which was a relief. They were timely and so friendly and our pup came out looking so adorable! Highly recommend coming here especially if you have a pup getting their hair cut for the first time! Also pricing wasn’t terrible! I’ve researched other places and they were charging much more than here — definitely coming back here!

While Heritage always does a great job with my pets with grooming and boarding, I was very impressed with Alissa (a groomer) today when my car battery died. She went out of her way trying to help me jump my car. What a way to take care of your customers. Thanks Alissa!

First impression, I was referred here via another doggy camp that was understaffed, so this is our first experience and definitely thankful for a local option! Heritage customer service was friendly, attentive and helpful on the phone in setting up my dog for a meet and greet- sending the waiver and accepting our vacation record info. Driving up to the store, I noticed the letter I on the sign was hanging off maybe a little dangerous and awkward first in person impression. The front desk girls were friendly and sweet to my dog. I would have appreciated a bit more thorough communication regarding meeting us, and offering services and overall boarding "what to expect" etc. It's online, but always good to say in person for assurance. I was also interested in grooming, but that wasn't really initiated, just a bit of advice for sales friendliness. Overall first meet and greet went well. Hoping the phone texts and everything are set up, I was a bit confused leaving if it was confirmed. Grateful for a local doggy boarding option, and inside looked nice from what I could see, clean, well organized. My dog was safe and had fun first time and that's what I hope for the most! So thankful overall for a boarding option for my fur baby, especially accommodating a bit last minute for work travel plans for a whole week here soon. Hoping we continue to like this place, perhaps try grooming and day camp as well! Leaving our dog for a week coming up, we will stay updated and hope all goes well! First experience!

I can not say enough about how great this place is. We recently started to come to Heritage pet when our amazing groomer (Amber) moved to this location. Amber has been grooming our dogs since they were babies and when she decided to accept a position at Heritage Pets we did not hesitate to follow her. We love the option to add on a half day of daycare so the dogs have play time with other dogs. Everyone we have interacted with at this location have been amazing. I highly recommend this location for all services they provide and especially recommend Amber as a groomer.We were already thrilled with Heritage pets, but we had an incident happen that caused our Mini Aussie, Jessie, to be traumatized. A neighbors dog got loose and broke through our door and attacked Jessie. She healed well physically, but became scared of going out the front door and would shake and tuck herself under us when she saw other dogs. Before she was attacked she was never scared of any dogs so it was hard to see her so scared. We advised Amber of what had happened and how nervous Jessie had become. After Jessie had her stiches out we arranged to take her in to be groomed. Amber made sure she brought her own dog in because Jessie has trained with him previously. It helped Jessie to see her good friend. But even more - the staff took the time to expose Jessie to new dog friends and showed her the patience she needed and allowed her to become comfortable around new dogs. After just 1 visit with them she started to act more like herself. I am so grateful that the staff at Heritage Pets not only do a great job with grooming my dogs, but they also were willing to help Jessie work through the emotional trauma she endured. When we went to take Jessie to grooming today she did not try to avoid going out the front door - and upon arrival at Heritage she willingly jumped out of the car and was excited to go inside.Thank you to all of you for going above and beyond for my fur babies!

I have had the best experience at Heritage Pet! Brandi is an incredible groomer, and the whole team is so kind and welcoming. My dog is always so happy after a day of grooming and daycare here, and he was never happy after a grooming session anywhere else. I highly recommend Heritage Pet!

First big day for the “triplets” … just turned 6 months and fully recovered from their “sterilization procedures” fully vaxxed and chipped … Ready for daycare and making friends now… first day went well this was their first day ever around other dogs! Clean and organized they will be spending 10 days at the end of this week as I am traveling … I have complete confidence my daughter has been taking her dogs here for a long time.The staff loves them - called them smart and well behaved (🤣) not sure who’s dogs they were referring to…all jokes aside, I trust them completely!!!

Brought my old man 11 year old Sheltie for a grooming this week - he was in great hands, he looks very handsome. The groomer made sure to keep him comfortable as he does have arthritis too so looking forward to his next grooming appointment.

We have been taking our dog to Heritage Pet for years. They are always extremely caring, kind, and professional. They always do a really great groom for our Maltese. You can tell they truly care about the dogs and I feel safe leaving our dog with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been a client with Heritage Pet for 30 years; before the were bought by a different group. The service was wonderful before and after the sale. Alisa is our current groomer and is very good. They have taken care of 8 of my dogs. They are pricey but well worth and my animals have a good time with them.

Update: I decided to give this company another chance. I scheduled my dog for this Friday for a grooming service. They asked me for updated vaccine records and I provided this to them with no issues. I receive a call today stating that they will not see my dog and wish me all the best. First of all, you screw up and I give you another chance and get treated like I am the problem? Second of all, thanks for having us on the books for a week and then canceling on us 3 days prior to when he was supposed to be seen and after wasting my time and energy thinking he had an appointment and getting you all his records. At the end of the day it is best that my dog isn’t seen with this company who clearly doesn’t care about dogs because if you did you would not have cancelled on the dog as none of this is his fault. Just goes to show how petty and narrow minded they are here. Guess it was a blessing in disguise. I hope karma comes around and bites you as you all deserve it!I scheduled my dog for grooming weeks in advance. I was never told that do to being short staffed that it would be 4-6 hours instead of the normal 3 hours max and their prices increased but no one told me this as well. I had someone drop him off and and all of this was said to them. I called to talk to them about it and immediately got huge attitude with the front desk girl. She blamed it on me for not asking these questions prior to his appointment. I demanded to talk to a supervisor and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. Once the manager answered it was the same thing a very defensive attitude and blame me attitude for not knowing how they are operating their business. I was also told that I was verbally aggressive to their front desk staff so that is why she was rude to me ( what a joke). Once I explained it further the manager apologized for how she behaved and said she handled this wrong. I was still charged the new rates and it still took 4 hours for my dog to be serviced. His haircut looks horrible this time and he is cut in his groin area. They clearly don’t care about anxious pets or relaying info to their customers and then blaming their lack of communication on the customer. I will not be back and if you care about your pet you should not take them here!

We have been seeing Miley since January. She does a great job with our goldendoodle, Ammo. He is happy to see her during his visits with no struggle to be taken back. He always looks good and smells good. Finding a groomer with experience with doodles can be difficult. She is amazing!

We LOVE Ms. Casey!!! She makes our little pup feel like a million bucks. We are so grateful to have a groomer we trust so much who always cares for our little guy so well. Merlin is a rescue dog who went through some trauma as a puppy, so it’s tough to win his trust. But he’s so at ease with Casey and is always excited to see her! Look how proud he is of his handsome haircut ♥️
