Will no longer shop here. I walked with my dog to the shop in freezing weather. The doors were open but was told, "not open yet". That's fine, but it world have been decent on the part of the worker to at least let us in out of the cold, especially since we only had about 15 minutes. Plus, generally when you have the opportunity to look around for a while, you end up buying more. Now I'm no longer going to purchase products here anymore!Just received the company's response.I knew the hours. I looked it up online. It should have taken me 15 to 20 min. to get there by walking! I apologize for arriving a little too early. If you're worried about safety, why was the door open?! This is not how you treat potential customers! Small businesses used to be much better! So much for caring for others! Again, I found another supply company with better manners.

Absolute must for your pet needs, we found a harness for our Yorkie that even the major retail stores around did not carry. & on top of that, the customer service was top shelf/extremely helpful!!! Please give them your 1st shot for pet needs, you will not be disappointed

Great selection of high quality treats without having to browse thru everything I don’t want my dog to eat. My malamute pup loves the elk antlers and salmon treats. The tricky trainers training treats are perfect low cal options for a pup that requires constant training.

This is a great place to shop for your furry friend! The staff at this location is great. They are friendly, remember my name, and they always makes sure I get points for every purchase I make there. This place has my dogs favorite treat, freeze dried duck heads!

This place is absolutely AMAZING! I was worried when the management changed, but the experience actually got even better! The new store manager Niki is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with customizing a list of foods, treats, toys, etc. that fit my pets specific needs. Honestly, the entire staff at this location makes you feel like family instead of a customer, and i trust when i come in that they aren't trying to simply get product off the shelves, but truly find whats in the best interest of the pets!

The Bentley’s off of Parker Road is AMAZING!! I cannot begin to explain the incredible customer service I always receive. They always greet me by name, give me the best deals they have to offer without mention - I feel like I’m part of a family when I go there! Keep up the good work, ladies! I won’t shop at another pet store again because you’re just too great to leave! :)

I love getting my cat food from Bentley's because it's healthier and they have a great selection that I can choose from. Alita is always super friendly and helping me out on what kind of food that would be great for my cats and I can really see the difference in my cats fur compared to big company pet stores.

The staff was really helpful. Our dog had a chicken alergy and they were able to explain "limited ingredient" and recommend some salmon oil which cured his hot spot, made his coat soft and shiny and he loves it! Thanks:-)

We bought CBD oil here for our dog with cancer. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and seemed to know what she was talking about as far as doses and when to give. Well it turns out she advised us completely wrong. She said to put it in our dogs food and mix it up or put in bread and let the dog eat but after talking to a rep from the company and another expert we learned we needed to give it to her by rubbing it along her gums. Disappointing. Also very expensive! We paid $70 for a one week supply and if you buy straight from the manufacturer it's half that price. We probably won't be back.

Brigette at Bentleys in Parker is always SO helpful and has amazing customer service skills. She has helped us so much with food for our dog who has a sensitive stomach. She goes above and beyond for all of her customers and really cares about the well being of your pet. We will always go to this Bentleys because of the quality of customer service and great products. I have been going to this location for years...before it became Bentleys it's gone through a few owners and managers and has evolved into a wonderful place with a great Manager Bridgette and great employees...Bridgette is so knowledgeable and patient and kind...i love shopping there as you feel like you are welcomed and appreciated...its so different than shopping at a big box store... They value and appreciate your business...i am so glad we have such a wonderful place to shop for our beloved pets....a gem in Parker..
