What a great job these people did on my Pomeranian! I called to get an appt. because the people I usual use went out of business. Could not get anyone in Castle Rock CO to even answer their phone. They answered right away, and got my dog in within an hour!YOU GUYS ROCK! And my Pom was done in an hour! WOW! I have a five month old puppy who needed his nails trimmed so I decided to take him here. When I went there they said it wouldn’t take awhile for them to trim his nails, about three minutes in my puppy was all done. I asked how much would it cost me for the service, she said it was on the house. I was very surprised because it was our first time, so I thought that was very nice of them, but once I got in my car I wanted to check my Pups nail and there I saw that he was bleeding from 2 toes. They trimmed his nails too short and was bleeding. And then I knew the reason why they said it was on the house, because they trimmed them too short and caused it to bleed. I am very upset because they didn’t notify me that he was bleeding and also that they didn’t do anything about it.

I have an 11 yr old Chi-mix and she has had only one groomer her whole life! After moving to Colorado a year ago and couple REALLY BAD experiences! We have now found our Groomer Bark Avenue is AMAZING they made Carli and I feel very comfortable and happy! I can not Thank you enough!

We brought our own products and explained how every place we had been previously never used them and our dog ends up miserable and itchy. They offered their own hypoallergenic stuff and we explained we have also tried this route and again handed our stuff over and asked them to use it. Sure enough they didn’t use anything we brought and two weeks later, along with another bath, allergy pills, etc. puppers is still irritated and miserable. I would have given three stars, because it’s work, I know, we have tried to do this ourselves, but we found a bald spot AND her eyebrow was nicked too. This has been the most expensive place we have been so far as well so I was completely shocked at the quality of work. We won’t be back, but sounds like they have enough business without us.

Today was my first experience with Bark Avenue and I'm very impressed! Not only did they get my little dog in on the same day, but they didn't waste any time and he has the best cut he ever had! My old groomer would schedule an appointment and be so overbooked, my little guy would be there for 7 hours being nervous, etc. I'm happy to say I've found our new pet groomer with Bark Avenue!

We finally found our forever groomer with Bark Avenue. I tried various Parker pet groomers and wasn't happy with the length of time they kept my golden retriever, and not too happy with her hair trim. I read the great reviews about Bark Avenue and decided to give them a call. They gave me a very fair cost estimate and were able to get her in right away, which I understand isn't always the case, but they are worth the wait. My golden is a bit timid and submissive, but they did a great job making her feel comfortable. She looked so pretty when I picked her up! They did such a great job on her brushing, and her legs and tail were trimmed perfectly. It has a nice family atmosphere and we will definitely be back for regular grooming.

I had my beautiful Tibetan Terrier groomed at this salon today. I took a photo to show the groomer what I wanted for him. When I picked him up I was shocked at what they did. He not only didn't look anything like the photo but also doesn't even look like a Tibetan Terrier. It will probably take 6-8 months to grow him back and I am heart-broken. This shop was recommended to me but I caution anyone else about taking their dog here. These people are careless and unprofessional!

My little poodle is seven years old and I have always groomed her myself. I was very concerned that she would be stressed if I took her to a groomer. Much to my surprise, she was calm when I picked her up, and she looked perfect! I always keep her with a fancy cut that requires much more than a quick shave. It requires a lot of hand precision trimming. They did an outstanding job!

I am not sure why this groomer has such good reviews. My encounter this morning was completely unprofessional and personally insulting. They all but refused to wash and brush out my dog who has a thick double coat then back tracked and told me it would take at least 8 hours and cost me hundreds of dollars. I had to watch these people hold down my dog while their butt crack hung out, I had to hear their comments about my dog's nails, how there was no way they were going to brush him out and I was made to feel ashamed. On top of all of it, not a single one of the people working there was wearing a mask! I do not recommend this business.

I'm usually too busy to write reviews but I had to make time for Bark Avenue. My dog came from a puppy mill so is very reactive and nippy. Whenever I go to the vet or any other groomer she has to be muzzled. At Bark Avenue my dog feels so comfortable and relaxed with the groomers that she didn't display any aggressive behavior at all. On top of that no other groomer in Parker has spent more time de shedding/cleaning up my dog than Bark Avenue, all at a fraction of the price of local pet salons. The only downfall is cash only, it'd be nice to be able to use my credit card.

We take our dogs in every other week, one golden retriever and one great pyranese, both of our dogs are farm dogs and are always trying to get as messy as possible. The folks at Bark Avenue make our pups and us feel like family. We are always greeted warmly when we arrive to drop off and pick up. Getting your dogs groomed here is truly a 5 star experience! Today they even helped me get the dogs out of the car and inside because I just had a surgery.

I'm very fussy about who grooms my dogs because my boy had a bad experience when he was a pup. The folks at Bark Avenue are lovely and my dogs came home happy and looking great. Yes, there is a wait to get in but they are definitely worth it and I now recommend them to all of my friends who need a groomer as well. We'll be customers for life, or at least as long as they keep grooming.

Bark Avenue always does such a great job with our animals. We have two dogs and a cat and they all go to get various services completed. They come home smelling clean, looking great, with trimmed nails and happy as can be. We appreciate the fair pricing as well.

Bark Avenue is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE and when I looked at our credit card bill they actually had the gall to add a $8.45 surcharge for not using cash. I understand adding it if it’s a small charge but our bill for grooming 2 dogs was $245.00!!! HIGHWAY ROBBERY

I brought my dog to Bark Avenue in November, they did a great job! I called last Monday they couldn’t get my dog in until today, a 10 day wait. Okay, no problem I waited. I went in this afternoon was greeted by an exceptionally rude gentleman that told me I don’t have an appointment today, I explained I called on last Monday to get him an appointment, he proceeded to tell me that they are booked out and there’s no way they would have been able to get me in so soon. Another gentleman came up and found me in the calendar for tomorrow. Needless to say I canceled my appointment for tomorrow. I try to spend my money locally but when a business acts as if they don’t value that I go elsewhere. And I think it’s a little crazy to have to wait almost 2 weeks to get a grooming appointment. Really disappointing.

I take all four of our dogs to Heather and Jack and they all are treated professionally with kindness! These are friendly people who love animals! The salon is very busy but if you schedule your next appointment while you are picking up your cat or dog, they can usually fit you in. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

It is impossible for me to clip my pup’s nails. The pros at Bark Avenue took care of my pup as walk in immediately. Plus side is the staff grinds the nails down and they do it at a very reasonable price!

I've been taking my chow for grooming at Bark Avenue for over a year now. They are the best in the business as far as I am concerned and I have tried out many groomers is the past. The key is that you can tell, as can the dogs, that these folks REALLY LOVE dogs. My terror of a Terrier gets his nails done there now without a whimper. Before we found Bark Avenue he literally would have anxiety attacks when his nails were clipped. Now he just lifts his paws and is quite and calm.

Thank you Bark Avenue! I brought my Mini Aussie to get de-matted post-quarantine after Pawsh in Parker couldn't succeed. Pawsh wanted to SHAVE him or charge me $150 to "try" to get the knots out. Both unacceptable as he was not irreversibly matted! Luckily I had already booked an appointment at Bark Avenue and Heather had no problem getting him fully brushed out, trimmed up and feeling super soft within a few hours. She saved his coat for half the price. I highly recommend Bark Avenue!

They did a fantastic job with my two dogs, a cockapoo and a shih tzu. It's the best haircut they've had, by far. I've been to two other groomers in town. One was PetSmart and that was a bad experience. Thank you Bark Ave!! I didn't know my dogs could look this good. Lol.

Great people and very good animal handlers. My dog Alonzo has had several bad experiences with other groomers but at Bark Avenue, Jack and Heathers are awesome with him. Alonzo is 11 years old but never shows anything but happy and does not act afraid or timid when we arrive.

If anyone needs a groomer in Parker, I highly recommend Bark Avenue Salon. They are so good with my doodles, have open spaces, and care enough to point our items that could be a potential health concern.When I picked up our doodles today, she thoughtfully pointed out that Dingus was overweight (we know, and are working with the vet since it’s caused by steroids he’s on.) However, the fact that she pointed out his lovely ba-donka-donk out of concern was HUGE! They care enough about their dogs to make sure that they are healthy, and happy.After talking with her about his weight, and why he’s overweight, she felt so bad and embarrassed. I assured her that I was not offended, and he is in fact a big ol boy with a large badonkadonk. However, I highly recommend their services, as they actually care about their dogs. 😊

Not only does my pomeranian look fabulous after each visit, he loves going!! Everyone greets him with hugs and he is well taken care of. You can tell that everyone there truly loves animals and working with them.
