Don't advertise a sale price on an item with a tag that says that and then in iddy biddy writing it says for members only, you need a magnifying glass. Not happy. Now im off to juction lowes. Probably won't be coming back anytime soon. Because to me that's like a bait and switch, I get told I have to load an app.And have this card which I stood for 15 minutes, And the app didn't work so I left very frustrated and you guys lost a 140 dollar sale...

Just a normal albeit new and clean Ace Hardware. Great location because it's usually not busy. So nice to have a hardware store in this area. It's around the side of Clarks.

The employees are not trained in craftsman tool warranty. I was trying to get 2 broken ratchets replaced and the so called manager told me he didn’t know how to do it and to come back a different day.

I went to buy a 4x4x8 treated post and they wanted $69.00 for it. I asked the manager about it and he said they are priced that way because they don't carry lumber, but if someone was desperate they had them. You could go buy it from valley for $22.00 and put a $15:00 mark up and still make a great profit. Keep over charging the locals and you too will soon be out of business..

Highway robbery pricing. $50 for a 4 x 4 post that costs $13 at Home Depot or any other place that isn’t actively looking to take advantage of its customers. I could understand $30 even as high is that is. But $50? Wow. Disappointing.

Generally friendly staff, but the Manager went out of his way to argue about a $2.89 purchase that was not what was asked for. I will manage without patronizing our local Ace hardware in the future!
