NEVER AGAIN!I try to give a chance to Clark’s to avoid driving to rifle for some bread for dinner, this is my 3rd time getting mold in bread that it’s not expired yet !Produce it’s poor condition, store it’s in poor condition, I just try to save time not having to drive to other town for bread … MY BAD

I don’t typically write reviews but had to share about my recent experience at Clark’s. The doctor recently put me on a very restrictive diet so I showed up to the store a bit lost with a list of different healthy alternatives to cook with. Jewel noticed me scanning the isle for something and was super sweet to walk me around the store and help me find the items on my list. There was one item that they didn’t carry and she went out of her way to actually order it for me while I was in the check out line. “Next time you come in, it’ll be right in this spot.” WHAT!? Y’all, I can’t even! That was next level, exceptional customer service. I have NEVER had a store offer to stock something for me. I felt so valued as a customer, especially as I try to navigate these somewhat frustrating new diet restrictions. Needless to say, I’ve done most of my grocery shopping there since.Oh and not to mention, the people running the front registers are absolutely darling: always friendly, offering smiles and even the occasional candy as customers pay. Also, they play the music a little louder in this store so grocery shopping is a total vibe.I’ve lived in Parachute for almost half a decade and am barely realizing what a gem of a store we have here in our little corner of the world… it’s got those small town, friendly vibes that remind me just how much I love this community!

This review is for the pharmacy only. The pharmacy staff is absolutely amazing! I have been using Clark's pharmacy for 8 years and it's so wonderful, so friendly. They treat you with courtesy and respect, and I feel they go above and beyond to take care of me and my family's needs.

Repeatedly called to check and see if prescription was ready and staff would say let me put you on hold and would hang up after 2 days of attempting a call resolution had to go in and they told me they didn't have anything in and this isn't the first time this happens I will absolutely not use this again staff looked very iffy when I confronted them about the phone and they stated they do not put anyone on hold to me it does seem like thier moto if they don't see u or hear you they don't need to do anything my doctor called after going back and forth about this and my doctor finally called to investigate and they said the same thing and they ended up sending my prescription to another location further definitely definitely DEFINITELY NEVER EVER EVER USING THIS PHARMACY AGAIN

I love using my local pharmacy. The pharmacist is awesome and I love that he works with you. The store is a nice store to have nearby the prices are a little high but there isn't taxes which is nice. I love the salad bar for lunch.

I've lived in a few small towns with horrible markets. Seems like a lot of people prefer other stores, but I'll go for a few items or even a grocery trip. Paying a little more on some items makes up for the drive elsewhere. Clark's is clean and organized. They offer more than I expected. Products are easy to find and staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Not a lot of choices here and the prices are way to high which is unfortunate as the locals avoid this place because of that. Lower your prices and maybe business would pick up dramatically I know I would shop here more often.

I love this market! The employees are so friendly and will help you find anything that you may need. The meat is so much better than any other grocery store, so tender, and favorable. It you want a special order they will cut it to your specifications. The salsa and guacamole is made right in the store and is the best. We all love Clarks, could not do without it here in Battlement Mesa.

I don't like that they do construction work, all fix work while the store is open. It'd be better to do that type work when the store isn't open. So the food doesn't get contaminated, lights don't turn off, people don't have a chance to steal and your employees will be able to do their jobs correctly.

Prices are high but it is expected as it's such a small town. Everytime I have been in I have noticed the staff was extremely rude. Recently was with a cashier whose name was Jewel. She didn't greet me, thank me or talk to me at all. I even commented on an item I was purchasing and she just flat out ignored me. I think the only thing she asked me was if I wanted a receipt. It's not that hard to be nice....

The staff is superb in providing customer service. The inventory is tailored to the clientele. Why some locals drive to Rifle, a 32 mile round trip, is very short sighted. You can spend more on gas than you save.

I was a little upset yesterday when i noted that 2 employees were not wearing masks or gloves. 2 customers walked out because 3 employees were helping one customer and the line had built up by 4 to 5 people waiting. An elderly woman came in saw the line and the lack of a face mask and turned around and left. A man got frustrated with all the employees standing around and set his milk on the floor and left. I finally was able to buy my favorite bread the great grains multi grain and didnt realize that my bread had been put in a bag with 2 canned items and smashed by the time i got it home. The price gouging on the toilet paper really got to me also 7.00 for a 4 pack of Charmin? I really love the bread but otherwise i am not happy with the lack of community awareness and seeming lack of caring about guidelines set by the government so we can get back to work.

A nice place to go when you are short on time or if you want some of the great meats they offer. The selection is limited but you can get what you need in a pinch. I have seen expired product on the shelves and this I don't care for.

This is a great place for Rx needs! Such a friendly staff and helpful, knowledgeable people that work there. I recommend them. We have been customers for several years. It's so convenient.

BUYER BEWARE!!! If you want to get ripped off this is the place to go like Watts market in meeker they are big rip-off they price gouge the hell out of you for food market items CASE IN POINT: a meat tray priced at 30 dollars, 12.95 wal mart, they had the best priced for bread now they don't, a less than 3 lb container of Folgers coffee for 10 bucks when you can get it for 6 bucks at Wally world or Dollar general as I walk to the store I saw nothing but high prices and for an area that has low income people it seems to me all they're interested in is ripping us off therefore I am not a participant Clark's market nor will I be ever I walked in there once saw the prices and have never been back I strongly recommend you either go to the family Dollar store down by the freeway which has very good reasonable prices or just go ahead and take the hike back to rifle because in the long run you still Pay less then you would if you were buying stuff from Clark's market

I wont recommend this store anymore. It's a shame too, because there is some great people that work there.My husband was asked to leave in the check out line a few weeks ago for not wearing a mask. He was not asked to put one on he was asked to leave. We believe that a company has the right to ask you to wear a mask in their business, and if you refuse then you should leave. But he was not asked.Today I was at the pharmacy and I see Rick talking to multiple customers without masks as well as himself. We have been in the community a long time and have always supported Clark's Market. Even though we always find expired food and pay the extreme prices.But we will not anymore. Especially after speaking with Mr. John Tucker.

So glad there is grocery and pharmacy here in town. People are super nice and helpful too. Prices a tad high but think about how far off route trucks have to drive to deliver items. And imagine how much more time and money you’d spend driving to rifle for a few items each time! Thanks Clark’s!

Nice small town grocery store. The selection of products can be a bit wanting, but it's a nicer environment than heading over to a Walmart or other big box type store. It can be a little hit or miss on what's in stock, but they always have the staples.

This has probably got to be one of the worst places to buy anything. The people are so rude, its so unbelievable. Humble yourselves.My last visit my cashier was to busy chatting to another employee that they didn't even say one word to me.You should take the extra time to go to City Market, or Wal-Mart down in rifle. At least the customer comes first.1 star only because you can't give zero.

Prices are high and staff is not accommodating. Drive to Rifle if at all possible. If this market had competition in town, they'd be in BIG trouble.Keep in mind, Family Dollar is downtown near the Wendy's. They are awesome and actually have lots of food items.

Always has old produce, ive brought onions and cut them open to find out they were bad among other items. The meat doesn't look fresh either, very overpriced

Clarks is great for where it's at. Parachute/Battlement Mesa area is pretty abandoned, so it's quite nice for where it's at. The groceries on the palettes are kind of humorous, but shelving is expensive. It's good, and has really friendly staff. At least there's something here.
