This was the worst hotel experience of my life.I would NEVER stay at this hotel. EVER.I checked in and Bailey, the general manger, gave me a room key to a room on the fourth floor where someone was clearly living. I went back down and got another room, room 102, which was the first floor. I went it and it reeked. Was so foul. I asked them to clean it again. After they went back in there was still a PILE of dead skin next to the bed, it still smelled FOUL. The only difference was they half-wiped the pubes and beard hair out of the sink.I was so exhausted that I just wanted to sleep and not leave the hotel, so I stayed and tried to sleep. Unfortunately there is a barbecue area right outside room 102 and there was probably 20 people there until 3 am bumping loud music and having a party. I didn't sleep at all.There is free laundry, which slightly remediated my situation. Unfortunately, there was a fishing hook in the laundry which got caught on my clothes and ripped them up. You cannot make this up.I asked for a refund and they told me there was NOTHING they could do. I am so disappointed and will definitely never be staying here ever again.

Only downfall is the bed.. We stayed in room 105. Room was clean and had plenty of space. Only thing that wasn't great was the bed. It was a old spring mattress. Husband and I were tossing and turning all night. Woke up with back pain. Second night we tried laying the other way, it helped a little but not much. If the bed was a bit better this would of been a great experience.

I really like the rooms here. There is a full size refrigerator and a cook top stove also silverware, dishes, pots and pans and even a toaster. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff are really nice and best of all the rooms are very clean. Great place to stay.

Loved this place! Showing up at midnight, it was a real treat for Richard to greet us like old friends with a smile and happy sense of humor. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough that we would have enjoyed staying for a month! I loved that the laundry facilities and gym were connected, such a great idea! Our room even had it's own laundry basket, full sized fridge with an ice maker, 2 burner range made a great mini suite.

Staff is nice, rooms are average clean same in all hotels, I always find hair in every hotel room... yuck... no breakfast... beds are most important for me! Their beds are typical new style foam top mattresses that your back gets thrown out when you attempt to roll over, and I'm not overweight... $200 in the middle of nowhere is way too much! I should have found a Hampton...

Although we got the last room available. 1 bed to 2 adults and 2 kids. The place was super nice and clean. Refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee pot etc in the room. They also have big things of shampoo etc in the shower. (Smells great as well). They don't have continental breakfast. They do have complementary items in the guest shop. Amazing stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. First I'd like to say that the FIVE stars are for LEONA at the front desk. Her level of customer service is an asset to IHG. Baylee and Amy we great as well we just had more interaction with Leona. She was super informative, accommodating and very professional.This hotel offers great amenities for travelers. Wonderful view of a gorgeous lake behind it. Free Laundry facilities, gas grill, cornhole, board games and plenty of kitchen appliances to make your stay home like. They offer Tractor Trailer parking which is VERY hard to find. The rooms and the entire facility was spotless, very comfy beds and great kitchen set up. I was told that the hotel is getting ready to do some renovating on the rooms which would be a HUGE PLUS. The carpet and living room furniture could use some love. We will definitely stay here again. This was a beautiful hotel! It’s basically an apartment, but a hotel and reasonably priced! We checked in late (like, 3 am late) and the front desk worker was so nice to us and helped us a lot. We woke up late and needed to finish cleaning up to checkout, and they were so nice and let us take our time to checkout so we didn’t have to leave immediately.

This place was nice and very clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were nice with lots of amenities. My only complaint the condition of the furniture. There were 2 chairs in the room that the material was completely falling apart on and it looked old & wore out in a very nice room. I think if they would buy a cheap slip just to cover the chairs, it would not have been an issue or even caught my attention. Minor detail though and I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again

Very nice hotel and very clean. We were driving down the I70 and the hwy got closed by authorities because of a massive storm. Every hotel and in the area was price gauging because they knew the situation. Richard at the front desk was extremely helpful and got us one of the last rooms in the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel if traveling through the area. Large rooms and a great value.

Absolutely loved our stay. Staff was so kind, accommodating and helpful! From the time I called until we left they were nothing but pleasant and were more than happy to go above and beyond! They deserve a raise! This hotel is more than affordable, as well as functional! They have a laundromat and workout room in house. The rooms were clean and well equipped! They had a FULL fridge, up to date bed sheets, a closet with a laundry basket. They put us in a corner room and we had a BEAUTIFUL view of the mountains. We are hoping to only stay at Candlewood's in the future! I believe our room rate was around $80 for a king bed room.

My stay here was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and spacious. Nice kitchen area in the king size rooms. Comfortable bed. Free DVDs to watch, very convenient. I would recommend it

Was looking for a room at last min. Dew to winter storm. Priceline helped find this amazing place with wonderful service. For a cheap price (under a 100 dollars) any how the manager put me in a room on the top floor so I was not woken by anyone above me, dew to driving all day. The lobby was vary clean, had a elevator to the 4th floor that was close to the main entrance. When I got to my room I was shocked. They had put me in a room with a full size bed, a kitchenet, walk in closet, and full size bath. With a view of a beautiful lake. The candlewood has a workout room, laundry, snack room with a full size snack bar and fridge. You also can use extras on your stay such as crock pots, ice coffee makers, and so on. The staff was covid friendly. This was the best place to stay if you are in a jam

My wife and I had a very comfortable stay on our way through Colorado. The suites were large, clean, and well-maintained. It was nice having our own small kitchenette. Coffee tasted great in the morning as well. Would definitely stay here again if we travel back along I-70.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is friendly and are customer service oriented. They have convenience foods to buy, small appliances to check out, laundry and a gym. It is close to the interstate but far enough away to not hear traffic. The suite was very nice with comforts of home including a dishwasher! It is pet friendly and rooms are insulated so my dog did not hear noises to make him bark. I am very pleased to have found this hotel and is my new go to place when I need to stop for the night.

Staff was nice. Ashley at the desk made sure we were welcomed at 3am after sitting in a traffic jam on I-70 for 4 hours due to a mudslide. Thank you Ashley. The room was decent except it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It was easy to find of the interstate. Views were nice also.

Room was spacious, used the ice machine. Have the laundry people go easy on the bleach, when washing the sheets. I could smell the bleach on the pillow cases, it made me feel sick. I had to take a shower. Housekeeping forgot the soap to wash my hands after going to the bathroom. The guy above me was making a lot of noise, couldn't fall asleep until after 11:00. I woke up at 8:30 and housekeeping was already knocking at my door.

Great service and liked the feel of the hotel. Theey were not stocked with very much for food. The coffee was great in the morning 🌄...The view from my room on the 4th floor was amazing. It was a beautiful river and saw alot of wildlife. There were at least a dozen deer of nice size to watch on the evening and then again in the morning.....Simply beautiful..

This place was great. I had never stayed at a Candlewood before but will again. I stayed for just one night but this is obviously set up for extended stays. You have basically an efficiency apartment here. You can borrow all sorts of movies and small kitchen appliances from the front desk. Your stay also comes with free popcorn. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is very clean and beautiful! Vanna at the front desk staff is very professional and nice. Our rooms were super clean and updated. The beds we're super comfortable and clean.We will definitely be staying here again.

I have been living in hotels for almost a year for work and this one was the worst. I would rather stay at a highway motel. There was old pizza boxes under our bed, they couldn't figure out the billing I had to put a stop pay on them else be charged twice. House keeping was rude. Awful. 0/5 stars will never even think about staying here again.I want my entire stay refunded, but that's not happening. I only stayed here because the other hotels in town were full.

Do not waste your time or money, no heat, constant construction noise, the place is not even near full, if you are rebuilding a room how about putting a little space between that room and your guests. And forget about trying to check out early on a multi day reservation, the the crayon eater at the front desk will just tell you that the room has allready been paid for so he cant cancel your reservation????? I wish I could leave negative stars!
