Super cute brewery that needs to be in you bucket list. They have a beer for everyone’s preference. My favorite was the stout called Dark Canyon… it’s like your having a chocolate raspberry cake in a beer. I don’t even think it has raspberries but in my head it was the dessert I was looking for. Hubby had Oktober fest and it’s very good. The location is so cute and make you feel at home. I loved our bartender who was very attentive and share wisdom regarding the invisible wasp. Y’all they kill the fruit flys. Keeping this answer for future trivia. Lol. A plus is that they are dog friendly, perfect for when it’s cold outside.

Well this little spot is a pleasant surprise! We’ve been there twice in the past year and have not been disappointed. The beer is good and the staff is friendly and helpful. This is definitely a place where the locals hang out and with it’s laid back vibe, it’s no wonder. Definitely stop in for a beer or something to go next time you’re in Paonia!

Gotta go! The brewer was behind the bar when we went and told us about all the beers they have. Very nice fella. Good prices on the beers and solid pub snacks. There’s a good amount of outdoor seating and space to belly up to the bar. I figure we’ll be back each night we’re staying in Paonia.

Great beer great service great place, really stop in I would be willing to tell anyone there is at least one beer you will really like. Met owners very nice people and also understand how to make beer. Only thing that would make it better would be a simple smoking area, other than really good place with great snacks too.

Outstanding beer and the hospitality is out of this world! The owner was so helpful and accommodating allowing us to hold a reception in their back patio. It was much appreciated and it was truly the best experience I could have hoped for! I will definitely be returning to enjoy the beer and camaraderie!

I came in not expecting much from a small town brewery. My mind changed quickly. I've since tried three separate IPA's and Pales that are amazing. Witt was great as was the Porter. After speaking with the owner Mike I learned his brewer has trained with the best of the best. And it shows. Plus the owners, Mike and his wife Kit, are as welcoming and friendly as they come. Definitely a must-visit by anyone visiting Paonia or locals looking for a good beer.

I will definitely never attend this restaurant again. I kindly asked if I could bring my service dog into the bar and the bartender said yes apparently not paying attention. After I went out to get my dog and brought him around to sit out back he came out and very rudely told me off about having a dog in there when there is no dogs allowed and when I told him it was a service dog he questioned if it was really a service dog I am a veteran in this man was very rude and I will never go here again

The heff is great. Blonde is also very good. The IPA tasted quite good, clean finish, but most surprisingly, tasted fresh-hopped. Different in that sense from other IPA's I've had.Clean atmosphere, great beer, good service--you can bet I'll be back.

Quaint brewery off the beaten path with great community vibr! The brewer was very friendly, the beer was very tasty and they had a nice variety. They even have a burger truck out back with great burgers!

My wife and I just got the side by side cream ale to-go, but it was a great size (~25oz), price and flavor! The place was pretty busy, we were hoping to get sushi there, but they had sold out.

Bartender on Saturday was such a treat and so customer service oriented. Sunday Bartender, ummmm.....bad days should be left at home, you were more than crabby to everyone in our party and when we we leaving heard your crabbiness on others. Life is hard for everyone right now and you can make or break someone's day!

REFUSED SERVICE DUE TO MY SERVICE ANIMAL!If I could give zero or negative stars I would!!!! Drove in from Denver based on a suggestion in my HopPassport that I am working my way through.. My wife and I walked in and I was holding my service dog (she's a 6 lb chiuahua) when I was told there are "no pets allowed." I simply replied "she's a service animal." To which I was greeted by the following from the OWNER with a nasty look on his face "so you have an issue 'eye roll'" "yes I do" "what is it?!" "Sir under the law you aren't allowed to ask me that." He then got defensive, to which thr bartender then asked for paperwork regarding her service, I replied again; "by law and under ADA you aren't allowed to ask me that." Due to my refusal to oblige to the owners demand for my paperwork, he refused to serve us!

They have a front yard, an inside, and a backyard and, although almost no one is there during music time on a Friday night, no dogs are allowed. With Covid, no one is going out, and still no dogs. The streets are EMPTY, and no dogs. They lost $50-$100 tonight just on the three of us. Boooo.
