I have been going here for the last 3 years and today I was totally embarrassed, my ebt card I guess told them that it was stolen, 3 of Palisades finest showed up there thinking that they had an ebt thief on their hands, the people in the store should know me but now, but they still called the cops!! Then they didn't have the manners to tell me sorry or anything, I will never go to that store again

This Dollar General is one of the best. This location is bursting at the seems with products, both staples and random things you didn't know you needed. The associates are always friendly and helpful. The store is pretty clean and organized. Has good food options, which is good when you are in a small town.

Don’t shop there! These people are completely lacking in customer service. They don’t seem to know the answer to anything and above all else, they are extremely rude and disrespectful when they have to do some work like cashing out or helping customers. Take your money to a more deserving store. These rude people don’t deserve your business!

There was no cashier. One lady was in a small room saw me & ignored me. They have a self check out but I had a question. After waiting several minutes I just left. No service at all!

I was there Friday evening with my transgender daughter, who is visiting from out of state and needed a couple of items. I was shocked at the way she was treated by the cashier. I don’t care what your personal feelings are. When you work in the customer service industry, you need to check your personal feelings at the door and provide an acceptable level of service to ALL your customers! I will never shop at Dollar General again.

Not the friendliest of staff but I'm not the friendliest customer when I go in there so.... Store is cramped at the best of times but most Dollar Generals are. I like the low cost on dry grocery goods but the coolers are almost always empty.

Convenient. Decent prices. Always some kind of sale or coupons! You can tell the employees are over worked b/c they act like they hate their jobs. Most of the employees are friendly though. But there are a couple that get really irritated when you ask questions or 'bother' them. It's very unwelcoming to feel like your business is an inconvience for the employees. Sometimes it's a bit messy up front but way better than other locations I have visited!

I was in the store purchasing four items. They came to $12.87 and I gave her $13.00. The clerk looked at her co-worker and asked what is 13 cents!! He said a dime and three pennies. I asked her if she really did not know what 13 cents was. Her answer.... "They don't teach us that". .... I said " they teach that in school". She said " not in my high school". I explained that this is taught in elementary school and she looked at me like she didn't understand what I was saying. I am sorry but seriously!!!!What happens if the register goes down? What happens if someone hands you $15.87 and you owed them $3.00?What if they handed you $20.00! Would you not know how to give them $7.13?WOW!!! Basic math!!!! Try harder people!

I get its a "discount" store but it's pretty hard to find things easily because of a lot of disorganization. I know customers rummage though so I don't judge too harshly in that. But when you have a line 4 people deep and nobody is manning the register, where people end up waiting 10 minutes to check out, that's not a great look.

Was disappointed in 2 of the staff. One was not so nice when i had told him that an item was 2 for 3 dollars and all he said was o really i'll have to check on that latter and i was already checking out.The other Employee as I was at the counter was also not so nice when i went to check out she was not very interested in making sure i had got what i needed she was more interested in just taking my money then what i was looking for.I use to like going to this store but not so much anymore.

I thought this dollars General was nice , dont get me wrong the workers are wonderful but their ability to keep it clean ,picked up is disgusting. I've gone to two others and there clean and well organized . Send In Some one to help organize the Clifton Colorado store .

Great staff, clean.. however I was extremely disappointed that during this virus crisis..there was not ONE sanitary product available to clean the cart ,counter,or your hands! Otherwise, I LOVE that store!! Best store to shop at in town ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Usually find unique items you don't see in other stores. Their website and app weren't working, so couldn't add coupons. And, they didn't have the special M&M candies.

This location on your Dollar General store is one of the best. Your staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you cannot find something you simply Ask and they will take you directly to what you need. Could not be happier

Employee's could be a little more understanding, when asked to use the restroom had to wait them to unlock the door. As some of us has medical condition's where you can't wait.

I like going here instead of having to go all the way into Grand Junction 15 minutes away. The staff is always so friendly. Usually I need random things so it's cool most of the time I can find it here :)

Small store with a decent selection of general products. Lots of the products are strange off brand's, but if you need house hold products with out going far it works. It's cramped and the not a lot of room to walk around. I would just rather take the trip to Walmart.

A associate named Clint helped me out there. He was very knowledgeable and very kind. He keeped busy with his job but made sure to welcome me and help check me out. After tmI talked to a co-worker at work that had a similar experience. Looking forward on doing a survey. Thanks Kent Knavel

They always provide what I need for a small town establishment. Most of the staff is helpful and cordial! Many of the older ladies make you feel like you are an inconvenience! Overall, it is convenient!

You would think that the store associates would be aware of the deals/sales they have, especially if there is a poster for it in the wo Dow. Every time I stop in, there's a problem with the items advertised. I guess the online sales are different than in store?

No real choice of stock. They are out oc most vegetables they are supposed to stock continuously Prices are one to 2 dollars at the very east over priced.Every item is marked up to the highest price it can sell for in a competitive market.Other compromises on every isle. There are shop watchers every where, These are folks who watch what a person buys and reports back to marketing companies. In the low end market such as this social service workers follow customers to see what kind of products they are buying. It is an unconfortable comprising place to shop. I don't recommend it .
