Where do I start? I can’t even say enough about this place, we stayed here for three nights, The employees were absolutely amazing, the room was absolutely spotless, probably one of the better hotels I’ve ever stayed at, wake up early in the morning with beautiful Mountain View’s, very quiet town… not only that breakfast was tasty, the owners were super helpful about where to go snowboarding, skiing, hiking trails and what to do around town. Again thank you guys for a WONDERFUL stay!Rooms: Extremely cleanNearby activities: Hiking, snowboarding, skiing, backpackingSafety: Felt very safe in this town.Walkability: You can walk the entire town in about ten minutes

This is a good place to sleep and shower. We were given the privilege of bringing our dog Leeloo. The smell of the cleaning products that lingered in the room was remedied by cracking the windows. There were some walnuts in the breakfast smorgasbord that I highly recommend, as well as the oranges and apples. We drank the water out of the tap. There are good movies available on the HBO channels. We met wonderful folks living in Ouray as well as soulful fellow travelers. It was quiet and respectful here. Magical.

We booked this hotel as it was the cheapest room (and one of the only ones) we could find in Ouray on a Saturday night. The hotel did not disappoint. Breakfast and service were great for one night. The only complaint is that we asked for a ground floor room so that we wouldn’t have to haul our bags up stairs, but didn’t know that there is still a flight to climb to get to the back side rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome location with a quick and easy walk to the Main Street. Rooms were clean, and a middle aged gentleman there was incredibly helpful and kind.The hotel has 2 working hot tubs, which was a major highlight. Their Breakfast did the job each morning, but I recommend getting there 30+ minutes before it ends.We stayed there for multiple nights, and really enjoyed our vacation in Ouray.Walkability: Easy and quick walk to downtime. This was super convenient!

They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was offering recommendations for local dining or providing directions to nearby attractions, their genuine hospitality made me feel right at home.The rooms at this Quality Inn were clean, well-maintained, and exceeded my expectations. The cozy and comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided in the room, including a mini-fridge and microwave, were incredibly convenient. Plus, the complimentary Wi-Fi worked seamlessly.The complimentary breakfast was hands down the best complimentary breakfast that we have ever had!The value for the price we paid was exceptional. Right off of Main St which is in walking distance to food, shops and there are plenty of great hiking areas nearby that the hotel is close to. The complimentary breakfast was great and had plenty of options. The WiFi didn't seem to be great but that's okay. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable enough. Friendly staff and quiet area, would definitely stay here again, especially for the price.

Ouray CO has been on my radar to visit for the past several years. I finally made it a point to finally visit as part of my summer vacation. Being a Choice Privileges member, I was glad to be able to book my accommodations at this Quality Inn. My overall experience was positive. The front desk staff were friendly and personable. My room was clean and fairly comfortable with strong WiFi connectivity. The complimentary breakfast was generous with hot and cold options available. I also enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. There’s a great view of Box Cañon Park, which is just a short distance away. My only disappointment was the lack of daily housekeeping, even on request. Although guests could request fresh towels from the front desk, it would have been nice to have housekeeping even on a request basis during my three night stay.

Great staff, the rooms were as expected and clean. Nothing too special. The location was amazing. Opening your door and being surrounded by snowcapped mountains is something else. It was unreal. This little town has to be one of the most beautiful in America. There was also a hot tub which was nice. The elevation is very high up. Lowlanders, you have been warned lol.

Stayed here in January 2023 for ice climbing with a couple friends. Really wonderful place to stay, perfect location for walking to the ice park. The breakfast was good with hot water and coffee to bring with us for the road. The hot tubs were nice with a great view of the mountains and stars. We will be back!

The overall feel of the hotel is like a small mama's and pops friendly homely, charm. Nice up to date rooms. I love the waffles, scrabbled eggs and sausage in the mornings from 6:30am to 9am. My room was quiet with a great view of some mountains and a little part of town seen from afar. The main street was a couple of blocks away. Not a bad little walk.Nearby activities: Hot springs down the road about a mile away. Souvenir shops, some breweries, a couple of reataurants, 1 liquor store and 1 general little grocery store about 2 blocks away. I just came to Colorado the week of Thanksgiving which the off season for tourist attraction, so some of the stores and restaurants were closed. There is also a Family Dollar next town over for snacks and necessaries.Walkability: Yes this hotel is convenient to walk to the middle of town with souvenir shops, some breweries, a couple of reataurants, 1 liquor store, 1 small grocery store and a bank.Food & drinks: The Gold Belt reminded me of a bar restaurant. But very good zucchini fries and margarita pizza altered with olive oil and garlic instead of red sauce. I would describe their pizza as New York brick oven thin crust style. Which is delicious in my eyes! However, most restaurants seem very pricey in general in Ouray or Teluride.

we came here to be able to charge our ev and were very thankful we could take advantage of this option during our stay. owner and staff were very helpful. rooms were sufficient and clean. beds were comfortable and had surprisingly nice linens, so we slept well in a very lovely and quite setting. breakfast was fine, but room was a tad on the small side; good thing breakfast time was generous. though we rarely return to places already travelled, we felt so welcome and comfortable and would seriously consider returning.

Great location!! Right in downtown Ouray. We could walk to the restaurants and stores from the hotel. Also within walking distance from some trailheads. Very close to Box Canon park. We can easily see the surrounding mountains from the hotel. The view is just breathtaking and stunning! The owners who also worked at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Breakfast is standard but plentiful. Room was clean. Overall A+ stay! Will definitely be back to Ouray and will stay at this Quality Inn.Nearby activities: Hiking trails, jeep tours.Walkability: Walkable to restaurants and stores and trailheads.

This place was our home for 6 days of off road riding in the mountains. I would highly recommend staying here! Plenty of parking for our truck and trailer. Awesome staff very helpful always had smiles on their faces. The breakfast was delicious and started our day out on the right foot. The big surprise was all the animals that wondered down the streets. Lots of fun!!

We spent our second time at this location last week. For two days this time. While it is not something fancy, we got the room we reserved, as described. We had an issue for the first part of our trip with not getting what we had reserved at other hotels. So that was refreshing. The staff are some of the friendliest people you could ask for. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.If you go in the summer you will be greeted by a bunch of hummingbirds. ;)

Very cute, clean, good breakfast. Nice people. They do an excellent job. I loved the hummingbird feeders and plants hanging in the back. They have coin operated washer and dryer. Hair dryer and iron. pet friendly. Heat and AC worked great. I booked the wrong day by accident and they were able to change this without any issues. I was happy they were flexible. We will certainly return. Possibly will schedule an guided tour with B. Griffin who we met at the hot springs

Stayed here June 11, 2023. Hotel was easy to find and not on the main drag, so very quiet. We know Ouray well and have stayed many places there, this was one of the cleanest and quietest. Very happy with the price and quality.Rooms: Very clean, up to date and safe.Walkability: Very close to main street, shops and restaurants.

This was such a great place to stay in town. The rooms were great, comfortable beds and everything you’d want in a place to rest. When we arrived we were welcomed instantly and made to feel like we were at home. The owner has done such a wonderful job and the hospitality was on point. Thank you for making our Thanksgiving Ouray snow-in so wonderful. We will be back.

Clean, spacious, updated rooms. The continental breakfast was large and a REAL breakfast. Both employees were very friendly. The location is awesome - literally 2 blocks off Main Street.Our favorite part by far was the large amount of hummingbird feeders on each level! Such a treat to be surrounded by such a large number of hummingbirds constantly flitting about.

For a franchise hotel the Quality Inn in Ouray felt like home. Owners, Bill and Emily as well as staff made our stay very comfortable. Our rooms were clean, breakfast was good, great patio area to sit and relax with friends, plenty of parking, and within walking distance to every place a Ouray. We stayed for one week and would definitely come back.
