I love this place. Occasionally the prices on certain particular items spikes out of proportion but usually they offer a rather decent selection. For a decent price. I'm amazed occasionally at the order fruits and vegetables they have available in the produce sections as it's quite unique occasionally and unusual to see the selections offered in such a smaller location. I do enjoy the employees , they're friendly and don't seem to thoroughly hate their life or their job unlike other places. And being the only convenient option nearby I highly appreciate that it is in fact an option and patronize the store regularly.

Its convenient since it is in town, but the prices are steep on quite a few items, including cigarettes, and I wish they were open later as they close at 7pm 6 days a week and are only open until 6pm on Sunday. The service is always top notch though and for that I am appreciative.

They are really customer friendly. They have some great sales. But if u we're shopping for a large family it pays to shop at Walmart in the end it will save you a lot.

Love this place. Robert is a great butcher they are always friendly and always carry out and load my groceries. Best meat cuts around, great prices and excellent service. The only place I go grocery shopping.

A generally appeasing grocery store, convenient for it's location for those in Crowley County. Always well staffed with helpful, friendly employees. Always well stocked, although the stock is somewhat smaller and more selective as it is a smaller, less competitive and spacious store. The produce is always up to par in sales and selection, although sometimes less then ideal in quality (I've bought pears that were harder then rocks twice there, although they we're technically edible). My main issue is the prices are relatively high, but as to be expected from a smaller retail place. They certainly don't have the means or capacity of competing for Walmart, and there location being in ordway saves residents an hour long round trip drive to Walmart, as well as stimulating the local economy of the smaller, yet proud, towns. They have a butcher and offer fresh meat selections, have a baby/kid, hygiene/cosmetic, cleaner, and typical dry, canned, bagged, frozen, boxed, and refrigerated aisles. Not a bad shop logistically, especially for last minute items to complete meal. But for a family on a strict budget, the hour drive to Walmart (round trip) might be more economical.

KJs is apart of our small community, and the sales they provide for us has fed me well through out the month.They will do special orders on products that they normally do not have in stock.You can get a rain check on any sale items that are sold out, so you don't miss out on the item/s lower price after its over. The sale is week to week, and occasionally the sale ends before the new stock order arrives. This includes their on site liquor store.The customer service is GREAT! You even get a grocery bags carry out assistance.This store services all of Crowely County and the surrounding areas, and the Summer Tourism from the two lakes. Lake Henry, off of Colorado State Hwy 96, and Lake Meridith just next door to JRs Country Store and refueling station.

This is a good small town grocery store. The prices are higher than Walmart but the service is better everyone is friendly and the store is clean

Most of the staff are rude they dont greet you or even smile and personally I will shop at other stores unless Im unable to go elsewhere! I actually do most of my shopping at the local Family Dollar

the staff is rude, no one smiles or greets you and if you go near closing they literally turn the lights off on you while you are shopping and mop around your feet and it's over priced. plus side they carry and load your groceries for you and only grocer in my town lol...
