So thankful you did something about the manager. The store seems a lot nicer, clutter cleared. The younger assistant manager is always so pleasant And eager to help. She's constantly busy. Still have bare shelves, especially pet food and medicine.

This place seems to get worse and worse. Half the time the shelves are half stocked if theyre stocked at all. Hardly any medicine/medical supplies on shelves. Thought new management would change things but no it seems like they just don't wanna service the public anymore... sad but true

Clean store still difficult to navigate thru out the store. But not really an issue just not use to the NEW LOOK. Staff is great very friendly and very family feeling when I go in and told hello by my name along with other customers.

The employees follow you around like you are going to steal everything, and the store is always filthy. I have to drive from ordway to the family dollar store in rocky Ford because I don't feel comfortable going to the one in my own town. If I could rate it no stars I would.

Family Dollar is moderately priced but the local store leaves a lot to be desired. The check out service is poor or slow. There will be many employees working but only one cashier to service 10 to 15 people waiting to check out.

Good stor bad staff the staff is back stabingseachother then check you out at the register the person who should of check me out jest looks at me and talk to the other employee. About sum staying in the back.

I would rather come here and do my shopping then go to kj's store!I would have given it a better review if the original staff were still their but its my favorite place to go shopping

Customer service is a joke and management doesn't know how to manage, the revolving door of workers gets worse each time, being immature and unprofessional must be a prerequisite for getting hired.
