First time here and this will be my go-to pet store from now on. The man at the counter was very helpful and friendly. The store is clean and aesthetically pleasing. No weird overwhelming smells. The animals look healthy and happy. I got some feeder mice and a grapevine branch for my ball python.If you have any questions about your reptile babies, these guys are willing to help!10/10 would recommend!

These guys are amazing! We were 5 hours from home and we live 5 miles past the middle of nowhere so getting feeder insects and rats is a challenge for us. These guys helped us get hopefully some breeders of our own so we don't have to travel so far for our animals and we brought home a new baby named worm. Cutest African sand boa you'll ever see. They were so informative, helpful, and nice. I can't say enough good things about this shop. It was amazing. They take such good care of their reptiles and their feeder insects and rats. We will definitely go back when we're in the area.

Been going here for little over a year now for all my spider's needs! Great staff and the shop doesn't have that ick smell! I even take in my cat Mulder to visit and he loves hunting the loose crickets on the floors. Every so often we will get a white adult mouse for our cats to hunt in the house. This last fall I got a juvenile Green bottle blue tarantula and she had her second molt. Took it in for Dillon to sex and he's confident it's a female! They have great prices on their feeders and all the staff are well educated about their animals!I have included a picture of my GBB (Eek)

We went in for rats and isopods for our ball python. The staff here is knowledgeable, extremely helpful and just overall pleasant. We will definitely be going back. It's a full service reptile shop and a great place to pick up whatever you need.

Dylan gave me one of the best customer services I’ve had in years, his knowledge was incredible. I thought I knew what I wanted coming in and he taught me a million new things and ended up convincing me of a totally new breed I’ve never heard of! Popped in today for the first time and am so pleased. I was helped right away. I needed Dubai roaches for my dragon. They are kept behind the counter which is great that I didn’t have to browse. The associate showed me the bugs before I paid and they were very lively! They go for about $16/container and if I had to guess I’d say there are about 30-50 roaches in there. Attached is a photo of them after I fed Mango about 5, and transferred the lot into my feeder container at home. There is a rewards program also that is easy to sign up for. Enter your number and for every $100 spent you get $5 off the next purchase that can be used toward anything in the store. That savings adds up when you consider how long bearded dragons live and how much they love eating bugs!

The guys that work here are super chill and helpful, and really know their business. They also are one of the only local sources for on-site flightless fruit fly purchases if you need them in a pinch. I would highly recommend this location and this store to anyone.

I took my daughter to get her first tarantula, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The staff was friendly, as well as the dog, and knowledgeable, we were put at ease the moment we walked in. I told the employee what we were looking for and was immediately shown different types and species. We decided on a Mexican fire leg, it looks better then I imagined. We will return to get more supplies as the spider grows.

Super helpful and informative. They took the time to help me choose my tarantula and even gave me a 72 hr turnaround time if anything went wrong. Purchased our second bearded dragon here yesterday, they made sure we took proper care of the baby. We were really excited and got out with a great price for all the necessary equipment! Thanks to the amazing staff and the guy with gauges in!
