I have been coming to this store for about 5 years now and overall it is great! The Employees are friendly and helpful. The check out wait is pretty quick; If there are three people in line they will open another register to speed things up. The staff is very polite and they get to know you its like a small town vibe here. If I want information on a product they are very helpful. The store is always clean. Wish more stores were like this.

This store has unprofessional staff and management. I went to this store last night where the manager on duty at 6:30PM was not giving Wow customers service. Natural grocers values are not delivered in their stores with staff. The manager on duty yelled at me in front of customers because they would not give me a receipt for a voided out transaction. They were rude and unprofessional and do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. No customer should be yelled out by leadership in this store. They were so negative and glared at me with such anger when I asked for the copy of a voided transaction where I ran my card twice. I was concerned of being overcharged and wanted a record if there was an issue. I would need a receipt to ask for a refund on being overcharged. This manager told me “No” and proceeded to yell at me with a line of customers trying to check out. Their attitude was completely hostile and negative and attacking energy. Avoid this manager at all costs because you might be the next victim of their unprofessional wrath customer service.

Clearly has no standards in employees. Especially Ron, there produce manager. He screams like a child in front of costumes and I’m sure cost the store a great deal of business. I would recommend Whole Foods, sprouts or any other actual reputable chain.

I like coming to this store because they carry ingredients that are hard to find at other stores.They have dry and refrigerated bulk sections at very reasonable prices.There is a very large supplement section. This store does have great prices comparatively.Usually the cashiers are friendly. Last time the cashier seemed to not understand the importance of acknowledging the customer in any way whatsoever. I'll give them another chance though.

Just went to refilled my gallon of water as usual, the cashier call me silly for carring my own water to the register, which i reply with a subtle smile but then proceeded to accused me of grabbing a new container and try to charge me a full amount.m and not a refill. Her reply I'm just doing my job, she didnt even apologized or any manager. Her job is not too insult costumer and see that I walked in with my own container. Place too expensive to be this rude.Was a loyal costumer and will not be anymore.

Maybe I was expecting too much, but this place reminds me of one of those off-brand discount stores except it's extremely expensive. I get that a lot of it is local, but wow. $13 for a bag of cereal? Many of these things can be found cheaper elsewhere, not all can afford to support a local business when the markup is so much more. The employees are... interesting. They seem to be lacking personalities. I was really disappointed in the lack of meats. It's a no.

I have been shopping at Natural Grocers since it was called Vitamin Cottage. It has been about 30 years. They haven't made a single mistake on the receipt. It used to be expensive but now is better priced than most grocers. The best part is that, unlike others, they have high-quality true organic products.

The store itself is great but I do not recommend their private label supplements. I've tried several of their products like Bromelain, Gaba and Vitamin C and they've all been ineffective junk

Live to shop here. Always calm and mellow. Unfortunately when they run out of an item its hard to get it back in. Makes it hard if you shop gluten free and find items you like. Wish the store was bigger but its still great as it is. Good selection. The staff are always helpful and pleasant.

The more I shop here the more I enjoy it. I always seem to learn something new about a supplement or product when I go. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I had a problem with an item once and they addressed and fixed without hesitation. I find their "Now" brand of vitamins and supplements to be affordable and work great. A clean well lit and nice place to shop!

Fantastic prices and great weekly/monthly sales.Great selection of organic food on every isle.The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable.The store is always spotlessly clean.Checking out is really quick and efficient.I’ve saved a ton of money with my free N-Power membership.For example, via N-Power I can earn $5.00 simply by spending $63 during a specific time period which I would be doing normally anyway.I also accrue points and get $2.50 or $5.00 off.Highly recommend this store.

An employee came up to me pretty quickly to ask if I needed help. She was very helpful and talked quit a bit with me. Then when I went to check out, I was taken over to a register that had not been previously open so that I did not have to wait in line. They offered me some coupons for an upcoming sale and let me know that a health magazine was free for me to take.It was an overall awesome experience!

I've always enjoyed this particular store, the staff have always been helpful above and beyond the call.An example was a few months ago I took my 5 year old in to pick a couple of things up...she was hungry so we were going to pick up a snack as well.The Gal working in produce overheard her and asked if she would like a banana...and of course my little one was thrilled.This is the type of store I like to give my hard earned money too...because I come out with great products and friendly service.

Great store with wide selection given its size. Very helpful, attentive staff. Has the usual Natural Grocers supplement smell, which bugs my kid, but that's to be expected. Remember to bring your own bags.

I Iove the fresh made gluten free bread, buns, and bagels. They have multiple gluten free options. Plus all the organic and fresh products they have. This is my go to store. The staff here is also knowledgeable about he products they have in store which makes it nice when you have a ton of questions. Love it!

Generally a reasonable place but most recently they wouldn't even exchange my mother in law's sandals that she had for one day. She got the wrong size and merely wanted to EXCHANGE them for a smaller pair and they would not allow her to. This is bad customer service. I will become MUCH more selective in the things I buy here and will start giving more business to Sprouts. Just make sure what you're getting is absolutely what you need from here before you buy.
