I have been to this New Castle office twice and the Glenwood office previously. I have always been pleased with their treatment of my animals and feel their costs are reasonable. They also were able to get me an appointment quickly. I would highly recommend them

Would give them ZERO stars! Never a good experience! The front desk lady is EXTREMELY RUDE! Was told we need to provide our own interpreter; I work in healthcare, it is NEVER the responsibility of a customer to provide their own interpreter; that is actually illegal. They REFUSED to give me service because I didn’t have an interpreter. Take your service to Rifle Vet Clinic!!Better/friendlier staffing would make this place 10x better. Good luck.

Chico and lucky say thank you, staff at all. Cats and dogs veterinary clinic in Newcastle, Colorado. The staff is amazing, their services are amazing.I recommend anybody else who needs their dogs. Cared for especially on an emergency.This place will take care of you. They're absolutely wonderful.

Wonderful! I can't say enough about them. Took my chihuahua in there to get him checked out. Due to Covid, I couldn't go in with him, but Dr. Annie Schmidt stood outside in the snow with me to answer all my questions. I highly reccomend her. She actually listens to your concerns without making you feel rushed... no matter how ridiculous your concerns might be lol Thank you again ❤

This place is awesome! From the phenomenal receptionist to the amazing techs to the cool doctors! They are super patient and professional, they really do love what they do and they want to work with you and your fur baby. I even feel like they have really affordable options for you in the long run, and they tell you about pricing up front, no surprises which is always good to know. If your looking for a new vet, this place is a must! You won’t regret it!

I was visiting from out of town and my diabetic dog became ill. They got me in right away, even though we were not current clients and they were fully booked for the day. Dr. Bob was caring, thorough and didn’t overcharge me. I highly recommend and wish he was closer to where I live because he would definitely be my new vet.

I just want to tell Dr. Annie Schmidt how grateful we are that she let us come to her for our 18 year old (Trinity) cats last moments with us. My vet could not get us in and Trinity was in pain and probably had a stroke. I called Robing and Dr. Schmidt graciously made time for us. The vet assistant, the Dr. the staff were so loving and professional. I would recommend them highly. You can tell when you are not just a number and your animal is not a number. The receptionist is very enjoyable to talk to....and the vet assistant is also very nice..I did not enjoy, however. the vet I saw on this visit...I also did not receive a call back on a question I asked..(this could be due to my bad service area..) and the prices are not reasonable whatsoever...and I do understand cost go up for our vets as well...but how are we supose to take care of out pets this way and have them have the best quality of life..idk but sometimes convenience is just too expensive...I'll just have to do some research and travel next time...

We had to take our old cat here for euthanasia recently. The staff and doctor were very kind and thoughtful. Easy access on the south side of the river in New Castle with plenty of parking. Beautiful interior.

I took my 2 year old border collie Annie in for bloody diarrhea and Dr Annie and the 2nd day Dr Morgan did amazing with a final diagnosis of pancreatitus. The whole clinic did an amazing job and now after 48 hours my Annie is back to wanting to play and eat all. Thank you all for being there.

I want to say that Dr Bob was awesome even though I wasn't a very easy person to deal with he's very professional and he took care of my dog jack cleaned his wound assessed him gave him antibiotics and something for pain but I just want to say thank you because he's giving my dog another chance of life so and I was not very easy person to deal with but he handled me quite well and I was extremely upset about another veterinarian that had previously looked at my dog I won't name names or business I'll just say I was dissatisfied and he's like okay let's move on we're done with that now just like that even though I was still trying to talk about it and actually kind of had a blow up and I had to leave the room while my husband and my daughters stayed back and I was a crybaby bawling mess but Dr Bob was an amazing person who took care of my dog help me with the payment he really worked with me and was very friendly and that day my daughter learned something about infections he showed her the cutting of his skin the removal of the infection the cleaning of the infection and I put a different perspective for her she pretty much told me mom there's no way I could be a vet maybe I could be a vet technician but not a vet anyways thank you Bob and Bri and the rest of the staff at all dogs and cats and New Castle Colorado for being attentive courteous kind and most importantly dealing with me
