They do such an outstanding job that we continue to bring our dogs to them even though we’ve moved to Broomfield, we just make a day out of it now. Our Bernese looks like a different dog when she comes out of there and our golden is just as impressive. I've taken senior dogs and special needs dogs there too and they know how to make them comfortable during the grooming process. They have fair prices and make the pick up and drop off process easy.

After a surprise $45 late fee for my appointment I decided to turn around and find another groomer. I was only 10-15 minutes late. I used to drive an hour up to see Abby from Arvada. I liked her that much.After multiple price increases and the surprise late fee that never existed until recently I’ve decided to move on. I feel finessed. Every time I go there I feel like they throw another $10 or $20 on-top of what it was the time before.I can’t believe running 15 minutes behind caused a $45 late fee. I have 3 dogs and used to be around $450 to groom them. I will be taking my money elsewhere.
