Has to be one of the best little Ace hardware around, it's smaller then most but for a tiny mountain town without the big box stores it's perfect. One time I couldn't find concrete anchor bolts anywhere in Denver called them up they had what and how many I needed. Def call ahead if your way out in the sticks like we are. I try to support them when ever I'm in town. Very helpful knowledgeable and friendly staff too.

Called to ask about getting permits for backpacking here, as I’ve done every year in the past. The guy on the phone talked over me to inform me it’s strictly done online now, and when I attempted to ask one follow up question he hung up on me. I understand if you’re frustrated with customers continuously asking the same questions, but patience and respect would have been appreciated.

This was our main stop when we moved up to Nederland. One of the only places close by to get anything for the home so we were there a lot. The staff was always so friendly and accommodating and the store always seemed stocked. They have a lot of local/Colorado books clothing and memorabilia that make great souvenirs or gifts.

great selection and prices. did you know they sell Craftsman products there? I think they have more inventory then Home Depot at the moment. Small town feel and excellent customer service. do yourself a favor and shop there!

Extremely helpful staff! Even though they didn't have the spark plug we were looking for, two employees took the time to look and try to find a something they did have that would work. They gladly spent 10+ minutes researching, and trying to help my husband and I. That kind of customer service is VERY rare these days! We will gladly be back!

We are big fans of Indian Peaks Ace Hardware. Unlike the big stores, it is easy to find a knowledgeable person to help you find the odd plumbing parts you need, and checkout is quick. We have loved the items we've bought there, from suet cakes to faucet handles. And the location is very convenient for us locals.

Came in for some 2x4s to fashion a roof rack for our camping trip up at Magnolia. They were decently priced and the staff here had em cut up to size and ready for me in no time. Will definitely be coming back next time we’re in Ned.

These guys were very helpful. A friend and I were taking a motorcycle ride on the Peak-to-Peak highway. We got into Ned and my friend noticed he had a loose handlebar holder screw. We stopped at Ace because neither of us had a toolkit onboard. My friend was going to buy a wrench, but the staff offered to lend us some from their shop instead.

Excellent customer service here. They also have so much packed into a small town hardware store, it's amazing. That makes it convenient for those of us living an hour or so away from the big city box stores.

Please Note: This is not a bad review on any specific Ace, rather Ace Hardware as a whole. Indian Peaks Ace has very helpful employees and great attentive service.I will never give Ace Hardware business again!! All this time and all the $$$ I've spent there throughtout the years thinking I was banking my Reward Points only to find out that they expire at a given point in time. Such a horrible business model for their Rewards Members and loyal customers!!! I have reward points for a number of various businesses and none of them expire on their customers. If you agree please press "Like" on this review as I'm interested how many people agree. So, so disappointed.

Expensive small town hardware store. If you need it today guess it's worth shelling out too much money but if you plan better and can wait until your next trip to the flats you're guaranteed to save. But if you're one of those that is scared of civilization and fear the trip down the hill, Ace is Your Place!

Mike in the machine shop at Indian Peaks Ace Hardware was kind and helpful. I had a chainsaw that needed to be adjusted for use at higher elevation. Mike kindly adjusted it and helped me with tips for operation. He was respectful of my inexperience as a new owner.

They have just about every thing you need for a DIY person and even for people trying to be DIY contractor. Very nice people that greet you as you come in and ask if they can help you find anything. Nice. Prices are comparable with HD and Lowes but a lot better customer service.

I love Ace Hardware in Nederland. They have everything that I ever need, from batteries to smoke detectors and shredders. They are super friendly and even helped me practice my home improvement job! Love them.

When you live in the mountains not everything is close and when you need to fix something I always go to Ace. They have parts that you can't find at Home Depot. If you need something go to Nederland.

Oh my gosh... I love it because it's near where I grew up and I used to live up here regularly. Likewise, because their prices on pocket knivesbeet JAX day long and twice on Sunday. If I'd only had the time to go to the Army Navy store in Broomfield I would have... But for small Mountain Town favor this is the place to go.

Propane is $2 cheaper at the grocery store!And they do not make you wait on 5 people standing behind the counter or tell you that prepay is not an option due to them not knowing how much can fit in a empty 20lb bottle. Despite asking to pay for a 20lb bottle

We have been vacationing in Nederland almost every summer since we moved from the area in 1970. One of the most important features of the town that keeps us coming back is that it has not been ruined by outsiders as most small towns in the Rocky Mountains have.The one store that we were glad to see open in Nederland was the Coast to Coast Hardware that later evolved into Indian Peaks Ace Hardware. Since the original store opened it has always been more than just a hardware store.In the early days of VHS recorders the friendly staff would charge our batteries when we were camping at Yankee Doodle Lake, miles from the closest electrical outlet. They never accepted a cent for the charging service.Like the early store the current staff carries one of the best assortment of hiking and camping maps. All the supplies that one needs when venturing into the wilderness are displayed the well organized clean store.A year ago while vacationing at Arapahoe Ranch cabins we went to Indian Peaks and asked for a small board that we could use to put feed on for the large flocks of birds at the ranch.One of the employees sorted through the pile of lumber in a back room, found one close to what we requested, cut it down to our specifications and refused to charge us for his work or the board.We found out years ago that in addition to hardware items, hunting and fishing licenses and supplies, automobile supplies, their stock of sweatshirts and other tourist clothing was extensive and at some of the lowest prices in town.I just wish the Ace Hardware in my home town had as wide a selection of merchandise as the Indian Peaks Hardware or a staff of employees even one half as friendly and helpful as we find at the Nederland store.
