Oh my goodness, I loved this place!! We were out for a snowy mountain drive and I really wanted a coffee. This place is adorable! They have the most amazing little shop in here with amazing books, journals, trinkets, stickers, and so much more! I could have spent an hour in here and not seen it all. It's definitely the small town shop that we all need more of. The people were unbelievably friendly, and I just felt at home even though it was my first visit. I'm a black coffee gal, but that seems pretty difficult to find. So we can't quite call it a "coffee shop" but they have coffee adjacent drinks that are good. I had a latte with almond milk, and it warned me right up. And the best part? They have pup cups! The doggie was super happy too! I'm looking forward to driving up again with a little more time to browse. Cute little stop and definitely a must-see!

Adorable bookstore with delicious coffee and homemade ice cream. They have a ton of unique books. I hope they put the tables back out so we can sit and read while enjoying the cafe!

Lovely little book shop, lots of older books and a really eclectic collection overall. They have handcrafted candles and incense, and they even sell ice cream!They have tables outside and a dog water bowl as well.

A quaint and eclectic shop that sells books, coffee, and ice cream. What more could a person want??? The owners (Chud and his lovely wife) are all around great people and interesting conversationalists. It was a pleasure to find this shop and to meet the owners. Attention guitar players: Chud has an incredible acoustic guitar that plays and sounds amazing. Check this place out when in Nederland!!!

Nice quaint book store, but whatever! That VEGAN cookies and cream ice cream was out of this world!!! I don't usually expect much from vegan ice creams, but this creamery is expertly formulated. Please try their ice creams. The gentlemen that run the shop are a great representation of the spirit of the area.I also got some pretty great unique books from them. I got some books for gifts and my recipient was super stoked! I also got a Jane Austen for myself.Stop by and show the shop some love! Don't care about books? That's okay, go stuff your face with delectable creams while smelling some books!

Amazing ice cream. The salted caramel oreo is not for the salt hater, but I didn't think it was overpowering. If weird at first, I got used to it and immensely enjoyed it. As well as the coconut cream pie, and the cozy little library they have feels like home. Love this little shop in this cute town of Nederland, giving me treats everytime I come

This is a hidden gem! Only a small area is open now due to COVID but as used bookstores go, this tiny spot is fantastic! After our purchase, we kept stumbling on more and more great finds. Ended up making 3 separate purchases during a single visit! Eager to get back again soon!

This place is super cute! I was recommended the pistachio ice cream and it was amazing. They don’t have indoor seating, but have picnic tables and benches outside, so plan accordingly.

Great ice cream! Almost got run up for a double charge innocently by the young'n who took my order but easy catch for me... honestly just with the books were more emphasized you barely have access to them whether it is most of the store being blocked off or the hours of access being much less than the ice cream which seems to be the main focus these days...Lovely people and a lovely stop any day ^_^

My boyfriend and I went out there the other day. I love the atmosphere! So many kinds of books without over crowding the place. The woman serving behind the counter was very kind- and my bf said the ice cream was good. Can't wait to stop by again and pick up some the tea they had for sale there.

The chocolate ice cream is the blandest I have ever had and when I got the fudge dipped cone, it was so freshly dipped in hot fudge that when they added the ice cream, it was a huge melty mess...and I eat fast! I had to eat it so fast that I couldn't savor the ice cream, which was only disappointing because the salted caramel oreo ice cream was actually pretty freaking amazing!

I have passed this little shop everytime I come through town and finally took the time to stop for a scoop of ice cream. I ordered a small huckleberry and vanilla ice cream in a cup with fudge sauce, as well as a pup cup for my dog. My dog seemed to enjoy his ice cream, but he rarely every complains. As for myself, the lady handed me a cup spilling over and dripping with ice cream and fudge, proclaiming that the fudge sauce was homemade and the best around. I wish I could say that excused the mess, but really a few napkins won't make up for overfilling a 10 Oz cup with ice cream and what might have been fudge sauce. I tasted the fudge sauce first and really just didn't enjoy it. Personal opinion is they made it to say it's homemade and save money on what would have been a better flavor. I approached approached counter again quietly and explained the situation. All I wanted was the same ice cream without the sauce. Considering the small business and the fact I just paid 10 dollars for a messy 10 Oz cup of goo and a snack for my dog, I really hoped for a better answer than what she said. She looked at me and said "Sorry, no give backs. You can either buy a new one or scrape it off." I replied "wow, what a guarantee." She tried to sell me up on another 8 bucks of ice cream, which may have been good without that brown sticky goop, but I didn't have the additional 10 minutes for another simple transaction. I was really disappointed. For such a cute little shop, their customer service is lacking.

Coffee is delicious, ice cream slaps, books are plentiful. I found a great Psychology book for the flight home. Cute shop. Prices are more than a thrift but it's worth it to support the business.

If this allowed ZERO stars I'd give this place ten of them. Small place in a small town with small minded owners. Customer service and satisfaction is absent. All the so called woman worried about was having to pour a large five dollar coffee down the drain due to it being so burnt, that sugar nor creamer could make it better. We are visiting the area, decided to stop and buy local to support their community, walked into a tiny coffee, ice cream, and book shop, and literally there was no room to even read their menu. Very few people made it crowded, and they were treated a whole lot better than we were. Locals. The owner's friends. The same woman who whined about pouring burnt coffee down the drain. ZERO customer service. Her proper response SHOULD have been , "I'm sorry. I can make a fresh pot OR perhaps you'd like a latte instead?" But.NOPEShe whined about her overpriced coffee.I do NOT recommend.

Fun and funky local bookstore, coffee shop and ice cream parlor. Eclectic collection of old and new books, locally hand crafted goods, rotating selection of locally made ice creams, locally roasted coffee, good breakfast burritos, homemade brownies, indoor and outdoor seating. It's a popular place with a cozy atmosphere, so be ready to wait a little bit for service, but it's worth it.

This adorable spot had a fantastic variety of books. The ice cream was pretty delicious, too. I got one scoop pf the Salted Caramel Oreo with a shot of expresso poured over. My only regret was that I got only one scoop instead of two, as the scoop was smaller than I anticipated. I'll definitely be back again and I'll make sure to get two scoops.

Ice cream was good! Service was lacking. The lady behind the counter was having a bad day. She didn't like when first time visitors had questions. She was very annoyed by simple questions. Sure doesn't make anyone want to come back the next time we are in town.

We made a quick stop for some coffees for the road. The mochas were some of the best I've ever had, not overly sweet and just the slightest hint of cinnamon... perfection!
