What a great diner in Naturita. Located along the scenic 141, this will be one of the few places you will find food, given the isolation of the road, which is what makes it so fantastic, along with its scenery. It's the classic burger place, and its food is great, burgers and fries. You order at the window and they call your name. Small town diner with a great atmosphere.

Blondie's has amazing food and staff. They have breakfast, lunch & Dinner awesome ice cream as well. Its family friendly with a gumball machine that offers a chance to get a free ice cream cone and a arcade room as well. This diner is the only restaurant in town. It's a sweet, incredibly well designed 50s looking diner. Like the movie Grease for sure!Ate a burger. Tasted amazing, made exactly like a typical poolside burger should be.

What a delightful find. The Google reviews were all correct but I don't remember anyone mentioning how incredibly CLEAN everything, especially the bathrooms, are. We both had the green chili burger which had mild chili but was clearly a fresh hand made patty and delicious. Fries were fresh and hot. The staff was friendly and the food came out really quick. What more can you ask for in a little town restaurant. We will stop again.

Last summer when we traveled to my hometown of Cortez, Colorado, we decided to take an off-the-beaten path through the Gateway Canyon, south of Grand Junction. I had previously driven the first part of the trip on Highway 141, from Clifton to Gateway, but I was blown away with the landscape even further south! It is some of the most interesting and serene parts of Southwest Colorado!Around lunch time we ended up in Naturita (population 546). This area of Nucla and Naturita has an amazing history, but I won't bore you with it with here. We stopped at a classic greasy spoon diner, Blondie's, for lunch.You could tell that this restaurant was the epicenter of town from the number of patrons. I enjoyed my green chile cheeseburger and tater tots, and Bob liked his special of the day, brisket sandwich.The decor was 1950s Americana. There were even fun murals in the restrooms, and an arcade off the dining room.It's not completely clear when you go in that you should go up and order at the register. We sat at our booth for a few minutes before we figured that out.There was a "For Sale" sign on the outside of the restaurant; I hope that this kind of American experience doesn't leave this community.

Hubby and I were in town for business and asked around for a place to eat and were told BLONDIES! We stopped and Holy Cow what a surprise! The burger was great and the grilled cheese with ham was awesome, thick cut of ham! Next we had Hot wings and they were also amazing, not dry and very tasty. Y’all need to stop in this place cuz the grub was good!

Our first time at Blondies was a good experience. Order at the counter, simple menu (pizza, burgers & some basket options) good prices, clean environment. We will definitely be back!

Lived here in 2018-2019, and this was hands down, our favorite place to eat!We are here weekly, the Green chili cheeseburger was my FAVORITE!They'd always make me coffee chocolate shakes which were amazing 🤩Plus we loved the fried zucchini, delicious!Great service, great atmosphere, great food!!!Missing this so much now that we moved ❤️🙏Kid-friendliness: They are amazing with kids! Kids love the food and shakes!

We went to Blondie’s for breakfast a couple days on our vacation. It was delicious. It was a nice sized plate of food, I ended up eating off of it for 3 mornings. We came to the restaurant with our dog and ate outside. The employees were so sweet and accommodating, even bringing out a bowl of water and giving him a lot of attention. Will definitely be back if we are in town.

Only Cafe in Naturita we could find. Nice decor. Don't even expect to eat healthy but the food is good enough, not great but good. Nice, cool place to take a break on a hot day when you're hungry and traveling.Parking: We were pulling a small trailer and we found it easy to get in and out and park with no hassles.

Take out order. Geez a waitress with black and decayed teeth. Bad breath. Knowing she was not cooking. Ordered. Simple enough, but f÷=_<Ed it up. How Simple is a burger no fries and a burger for my dog. One ice tea and water for my dog. Got water for my dog. And had to ask and wait for my tea. Got French fries and onion rings... So I took it all. Since I was only charged for a burger no fries and one no bun for my dog. Wow. Usually like to visit there. Not no more.
