After having a good soak at Mt. Princeton Hotsprings , we had our dinner at the resorts’ restaurant . The food was amazing . We started off with some drinks and apps. The hot chocolate was very tasty . The crab croquettes was delicious . Entrees were really tasty too . We finished it off with their Vanilla Creme Brulee , which is a must try.They have a spacious dining area and a great patio . The views of the mountains were amazing. Service was great and staffs were friendly. Ambiance was really nice too.Greatly reccommend this spot .

We got the black bean burger and quinoa and Brussel salad. I found a (seemed to resemble) a dog hair in my salad. My fiancé found a black fuzz from clothing under his tomato. His burger and fries was COVERED with heavy salt. My salad could of used more cranberries to balance out the acidity from the tangy vs tart flavors happening. Thank you Clarice H for a great bubble personality and service.Vegetarian options: They have options to take any dairy or meats off your items upon request.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free options, vegetarian and vegan options. We are vegan and vegetarian. It's easy to take stuff off items when asked and voila. But no vegan condements other than oil and vinegar. And maybe the basic burger stuff (ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce). No vegan cheese either.

Beautiful setting overlooking the Chalk Cliffs. The salmon was cooked perfectly, barely glazed with Marionberry sauce. The hanger steak was juicy and delicious. The dessert was one of the best I've ever had: Chocolate Torte with Cherries. The creme brulee was warm and delightful. The service was slow, but we didn't mind with the lovely view and weather.I thought the prices were a little high, but the quality and presentation were outstanding. I'd totally eat here again.

We were not planning on eating here during our stay at the resort, but when we arrived, we did not feel like going back out to go to dinner. This was one of the best steaks I've had - perfectly seasoned. Definitely on the pricey side, but it was a great meal with attentive waitstaff.

Duck and trout cooked perfect. Beet and mushroom salad starter and apple crisp desert. The wait staff is up to the standards that the chef sets. Total enjoyable dinner.Our breakfast the next morning was the same excellent experience. We enjoyed the omelette and traditional country.

We had breakfast here during our stay. The hostess was rude and mumbling under her breath and it was really strange. Our server was great and the view is pretty. My breakfast was good. Nothing extraordinary.The next day, went back for a latte and it was the same harried hostess. She made the latte and it was awful. I would think they consistently make their drinks the same, but she had no idea what she was doinf.Overall, it was a fine experience.

We ate here a few years ago and it was great. This time, it was very subpar. The elk was way over seasoned- it just tasted like pepper. Told the waiter and nothing was done. The scallop risotto was way too rich, like several sticks of butter in the one dish. The cocktails weren’t great either.. $22 a piece when not on the menu (a marg).

Service was great. Dinner was good. My dinner salad was "okay." My burger was amazing. It was cooked perfectly with no pink but was still tender and juicy. The steak my husband had was very good. The sweet potato mash was very flavorful as the steak was placed on top of the potatoes and it allowed the sauce to mix with the potatoes. The view was good. There were beautiful fresh flowers on the table as well as hand sanitizer.

In my 8 day stay at the resort. I ate breakfast lunch and dinner. I have never had Elk before. It was amazing if I ever get elk again and it is not as rich tender and as juicy as this one I feel like it was cooked wrong. The avocado toast was great as a breakfast. Everything we had was top notch. The servers were awesome and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxing the view of the peaks from every table was majestic. Also the Bartender Matt is a perfect fit for this ambiance. The drinks were perfectly balanced. Try his old fashioned with the local Deerhammer bourbon. All the way from Texas we send our appreciation for this restrauant!!!

Our family dined at the Mary Murphy Steakhouse for Christmas dinner. While the atmosphere and most of our parties dinners were great, my husband and I each got the pitiful salmon entree. We both received a tiny portion of salmon with no sides for $35. That dish was a terrible value for the money. Everyone at our table instantly saw how pathetic our meals were compared to theirs and were completely flabbergasted. Of course, the agave cocktail I ordered was also atrocious. The waiter even said that all of the guests that order it hate it. All in all, about $83 down the drain and a spoiled Christmas dinner. Highly disappointing experience.

Tonya is what made this a 5-star night! We thoroughly enjoyed having her as our waitress! Our favorite was the Firecracker Crab Croquettes. My husband ordered the elf filet, we were told that you had elf on the rack instead. Which was ok but I don't feel the elk on the rack was comparable to an elf filet. I think the price should have been lowered some. I was also a little disappointed it stated on the menu mixed fruit for the df seasonal sorbet and the only option was champagne (we dont drink). Tonya went above and beyond and offered the vanilla coconut that came with the tarte.

Let me start by saying I wish we could go somewhere between 4 & 5 for our diner experience. The price reflects the lack of availability of other options so don't be surprised there.The service for us was impeccable, our waitress was extremely attentive and we never really went without (Superbowl evening, during peak season). The food options were limited but all cooked according to our preferences and had a good amount of flavor. The deserts we got were amazing and can't complain.For us and for the available options we would definitely do this again.

We’re spending the night at the hotel and decided to have dinner here (easier than going into town). We ended up splitting lots of things. Taste wise: calamari 5/5, Cesar salad 5/5, fish & chips 5/5, brownie 4/5, and molten cake 4/5 (yes, we had two desserts). For the prices, we were expecting larger portions. We’ve been to similarly priced restaurants that had larger portions, though honestly they’re probably what a “normal” portion should be.Vegetarian options: They had vegetarian and gluten free options.

Everything was great except the hostess. We arrived on time for a reservation and were asked to wait along with three other couples. After an extended period of time, we were finally seated in tables that were open when we arrived...? The waitress was fantastic, and we enjoyed talking with the other couples. Food was spectacular, too. Having a well trained host/hostess is a must for every restaurant as it is the first opportunity to make a good impression on guests. Good luck with that in the future.

Waitress was awesome. Desserts and Charcuterie Boards were fantastic. Not as impressed with the short rib or hangar steak. Short rib was mostly fat and the steak was dry and chewy. Others liked the short rib, so it could have just been my piece. The pomegranate salad was a hit as well as the truffle fries.
