I went in to buy some supplies for our drive home and found that all the staff members in different parts of the store were all singing and dancing along to the song playing on the speakers. It made me smile, they must enjoy working there. Everyone was super friendly, good experience. Thanks.

This is a female-owned and operated “pit stop,” “gas station,” “country store,” on the way for us to New Mexico. With no other gas station for miles around, this was a gem. Clean. Flowers. Unexpected. I don’t want to over-rate this place and set false expectations but it’s not what I expected from a wide spot in the road. Get your gas and goodies here!!!

This is my new favorite stop on my weekly drive through the area. They have some good local pastries and this week the cheapest gasoline in the valley. The bathrooms are super clean and the staff is always happy to see you. Drove by here for years, my bad. My only wish would be a cold beer.

A great pit stop for some water, snacks and even organic meats. Super nice employees and a very clean store. There is gas and apparently a very clean restroom as well. I didn’t use it but I did purchase the sausages “ green chili” flavor that are organic and quite popular, made in Colorado. Will definitely go back for my next trip. Galen, I believe is the owner and he was wonderful.

The Great Sand Dunes campground near Mosca could not accommodate us, so the ranger sent us to the Mosca Pit Stop to purchase a camping permit for the nearby San Luis State Wildlife Area campground. Besides the permits we also pumped gas, very reasonable. The store is larger than it looks from the outside, it is very clean, the staff is very helpful, and well stocked with all kinds of goods. Only clean restroom I’ve seen in many miles. This is the last stop after Alamosa before the sand dunes. No beer or liquor though which was kind of a bummer but still five stars.

Diesel pumps difficult to use. Fuel caused check engine light on vehicle. Generator would not start using same fuel.
