It should not take 15 minutes to wait to try on one pair of pants. Especially on a Saturday morning. Please provide more assistance in the fitting rooms. Also might be helpful to coach employees at this location. if the fitting room is open and the customer is going around and finding more things to try on, maybe let the next person that literally has one item go and try their pants on. It is not that complicated to see this and better help customers. The lady with short gray hair, I want to say her name is Amy, desperately needs help in the fitting room. It is not that hard to call and ask for assistance. Please help customers and btw friendliness goes a long way! I probably wouldn't have complained had the lady been nice. Unlocking fitting room doors and making sure no one steals anything is not complicated. If this is so challenging maybe Amy should hop on a register.

When checking in my car for oil change at the car center, a front desk staff said that it would take an hour or an hour and a half. After shopping and waiting for two hours, another staff told me that I should've made an appointment because they had to work on the cars with appointment before mine. If the front desk staff told me about this, I would've made an appointment and bring the car some other time. I feel that Walmart staff didn't value my time at all. This needs to be corrected.

Rarely do you meet an employee that goes so far above professionalism and friendliness as the gentleman that helped us at this Wal-Mart. I was trying to figure out what paint to get, so we pushed the 'help' button at the paint counter. Killian showed up within five minutes! He was very friendly and extremely helpful. He made a great suggestion, which helped quite a bit and he ended up mixing up a gallon for me. Basically, Killian did an AWESOME job, was pleasant to talk with and an asset to Wal-Mart. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. This Wal-Mart overall was clean, well stocked and friendly to truck drivers by letting us park there long enough to shop.

It’s a walmart. You get what you pay for. As of recently the lines have been very long. even for self check out. Overall a good store that is clean and nice to go to. Been coming to this location for a very long time and it has always been good.

Walmart has gone down the drain literally. I bought new tires online which they said I had to do to get the price. Then the morning on the day I get them changed the price had gone down in price $22.07 per tire. The auto department said cause I paid on line they could not honor the new price . I remember when Walmart use to do this....HONOR THE NEW PRICE. That's how they get you .....this online direction.....to everyone BEWARE the company is not great anymore. I am seriously questioning whether to shop here anymore. Walmart definitely not customer friendly anymore. I am getting ready to leave the workforce permanently and this hurts!!!!!!The 2 managers I spoke with first were very nice and pleasant and felt I could get it resolved. So I thank them for their help.

1000 01may2024 Lady at self check out who wasn’t wearing a badge. Today is my due date and my water broke in the store and I was contracting. Thank you so much for not letting me use the 15 and under check out. I had to wait 5 miserable contractions standing in line for a register since your store doesn’t have people manning registers anymore. I almost left my cart right there for you. May your clothing tags be itchy and you pillow at night be hot.

Months ago I went in for an oil change. For decades I have been using an additive and always tell the service providers to leave a half quart low so I can add my additive. So months ago at this Walmart I was told by an unbelievably rude lady working the desk they cannot leave a half quart low. After talking to the service manager he said no problem and did as I asked no problem. I left a review and was contacted by a manager from Walmart and told how sorry they were and it will never happen again and if I had any problems just ask for the store manager. So today I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived I said I need a half quart low. Once again the lady said it’s against policy so I asked for the manager. Initially she said the manager was not working. I said there is someone in charge let me speak with them. A lady named charlotte claimed to be the general manager I explained the situation. She went on a 10 minute look up policy which one did not exist as I was on the phone with corporate offices and they say that was absurd and repeatedly apologized for the treatment I endured. I asked the guy in the shop Jacob if he would speak to corporate and he flatly refused. In the end ones are free to behave as they choose and treat others as they choose. I made recordings of the interactions which they kept saying to stop recording. It is a shame such a simple request was denied based on false policy. I would be careful doing business here for if alleged management can state policies without any written proof what’s to say they aren’t putting back dirty oil in your car or ripping ones off in other ways. I do not trust and could pursue damages but I will just leave things be. God will take care of everything.

Been sitting outside in grocery pick-up for over 30 minutes now. Come on! I was scheduled between 2pm and 3pm and it's now 3:30pm. The Woodmen Walmart grocery pick-up is much quicker, and they have more pick-up customers! I'd think at this smaller location they'd be more prompt.

This Walmart is now shutting down self checkout registers so that you have to stand in line even when doing self check out! I call the store to complain and nobody answers any of the extensions. Poorly ran Walmart even by Walmart standards! I will avoid this store at all cost just not worth it!!!!!

By far the cleanest Walmart I've ever been to. Came here for an oil change so I had some time to kill. Walked around the entire store. Not one item on the ground. For the most part every shelf was stocked. And all staff workers we very friendly and said greeted us. No complaints here.

POC NOT WELCOME HERE!! This is my neighborhood Walmart that I’ve shopped at for years, and I usually go shopping with my white husband because of how often I am obviously followed around by staff but went by myself on 03-08-24. I was indeed followed around in this store by employees and felt unsafe, so I went to checkout without everything I needed to buy. After purchasing my items, I was held against my will and not allowed to leave the store with my purchases by a man that did not identify himself. I felt so humiliated, scared, violated, and discriminated against with being treated like a criminal after spending my money in this store. After blocking me from leaving with my items, while having my purchase receipt in hand, I had to yell for him to stop following me, that I purchased my items, and for him to leave me alone, before he let go of my cart. Staff could have easily seen on camera that I had purchased all of my items, instead of participating in warrantless profiling and harassing of customers. This has been such a traumatic event that I am losing sleep. I am now afraid to go back to my neighborhood Walmart and it is more than clear people of color are not welcome and will have their rights violated at the Monument Walmart on Jackson Creek Parkway.

I was profiled at this Walmart and called the N word over checking my receipt for boxes I paid for. Very unprofessional and inappropriate! If you want to check receipts that’s all fine by me but don’t pick and choose when you want to do it ESPECIALLY after WITNESSING with your own eyes me scanning my things.

Been shopping here since the store opened. I am here almost daily spending my money. It is extremely insulting and inconvenient to be "receipt checked" every time I leave the store! There are many other options when it comes to shopping. Walmart needs to check their ways when it comes to theft. Offending and disrespecting the people who have kept this store running is NOT the way to do it!

It was the most annoying shopping trip I have ever taken. After buying 430 dollars worth of groceries, the person who looks at receipts decided to go through every single item on our shopping receipt. She wasted a half hour of our time, squashed our bread rummaging through our bags and completely treated us like we were criminals. After going through all 160 items on our shopping list she discovered that one of the Gatorades under the cart was missed and then acted all condescending and acted like we were trying to steal it. Seriously who buys 430. Worth of groceries and tries to steal one Gatorade. We scanned it but apparently it didn't scan. Anyway I hope Walmart is happy, because next time I need groceries I am going to either Safeway or king Soopers and they can enjoy not having my business.

I'm not a fan of their auto department right now. I got so frustrated with my tire change. TPMS came on as soon as I picked up my vehicle. Immeadiatly showed the tech still on duty the issue before leaving. He advised me there was a low battery message on his device when he checked the tires. He told me to come back the next morning, that he came in at nine, and that they'll fix the issue. He said nothing about making an appointment. Come in the next morning at 9, as the tech had said, and the manager refused to fix the issue without an appointment!? Told her tech said to come in. She didn't care what her tech said. Instead, she told me it was a first come, first serve basis. I had to have an appointment... to fix something that should have been handled the day before! After getting nowhere with this "manager," I made the appointment for later in the day. Rearranged my schedule. Came back, later, and supposedly, it was fixed. Did a follow-up retorque the next day and drove home. The TPMS came back on again!!! This was day 3, from the time I took it in for the original appointment! Rather than make another "appointment" to "fix" an issue that should have been addressed at the beginning, I took it to another shop I trust (Street Smart Auto Care), who fixed the issue.I will say this is not their usual service. Guys here do good work 9 times out-of 10. Location is convenient. I have been using them for years, but it seems something has changed. It's about getting the car through as fast as possible v. doing it right the first time. May reconsider where I take my vehicles from now on.

CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES on everything. I hurried and grabbed hot dogs without checking the date (my mistake) I purchased them January 27th. I pulled them out today for dinner and they looked funny. To my surprise the exp. or freeze date was Dec. 11th..... more than a month before I purchased them. It's so frustrating, especially with grocery prices rising significantly.

This place is filled with items, practically to the ceiling. Places like these warrant several visits, as inventory continually changes. At the time of my visit, the menswear was not as dated as some thrift stores, and that's a good thing.

Chom, the greeter, and Terry, one of the cashiers are the only reasons I still go here. They make it pleasant and genuinely do not rush you or act like you are an inconvenience. Jennifer, one of the CSMs is incredibly rude and offensive. And after the last incident, I will not be back.

Shop there regularly! The pharmacy is top-notch! They have the best banana nut and cranberry orange muffins! Their Walmart breakfast bowls are far better than Jimmy Deans! Also, the Walmart brand ice cream is top-notch! Try their Bavarian creme bismarks, and you'll want more!

I've been to many walmarts and this one in Monument is by far the best. They have a GF section which I love. So hard to find GF food in other areas. I order pick up all the time and most of the time Miguel delivers my grosheries! He packs them great...no squishing of the bread or produce...I super appreciate that. He has a great attitude and I ways leave feeling uplifted. I always hope to get Miguel Every groshery pick up! Yall better keep that guy!

Friendly and helpful staff, but they didn’t have several things I wanted to. They had dumbbells, but I didn’t get them because they were more expensive than Amazon. They didn’t have 2 1/2 gallon ziplock bags or a normal kitchen stepladder (and their ladders/stools were all jammed together, with no prices on them)

Beware of curbside pickup. I’ve done a few pickups at this store and have waited up to an hour, no exaggeration upto an hour. Had to request bags for the 20 or so items that weren’t bagged. They seem to have an employee shortage and lack of effective management.

The biggest, cleanest Walmart I’ve been in! So much space to move about and not have to worry about bumping into people while shopping.
