We are full-time traveling RVers & we stop in many different places in different states & this was our 1st time taking our 135 pound Brazilian Mastiff to a do-it-yourself dog wash. We were very hesitant at 1st so I went in to check the place out. I was immediately greeted by a nice lady who explained everything & was extremely helpful with all my concerns. My giant dog is an older puppy so I wasn't sure he would be able to get up into the tub nor fit in one. But everyone was so helpful throughout the whole experience. I can't say enough good things about this place! Plus it was only like $20! Now that we are back on the road in a different state...I can only WISH they had Wag N' Wash's everywhere. But unfortunately they don't. My dog doesn't need grooming as he has very short fur. He just needs a bath, not a groomer, but it's challenging to do in a 5th Wheel RV so we can only hope to find more places like this & hopefully a place with such amazing people like we had here!

A little on the pricey side for a grooming, but awesome service. Cora, listened to what we had to say and took wonderful care of our puppy. He gets stressed when his paws are getting worked on, and she gave us tips for our next visit. Will definitely be bring our other puppy here and be back. Wag N’ Wash has a better grooming service then Pet Smart.

The team members are awesome! They are happy to assist with holding my dog down to get his nails trimmed and filed. (He fights getting them done.)They offer him extra treats as incentive and who knows, he may start to look forward to it!

I stopped by there today looking for a very specific type of cat nail scissors. The young gentleman who helped me found EXACTLY what I needed and also gave me some wonderful advice and information about cat’s needs, personalities and dispositions. I have never, in my 70+ years, had anyone impart such wisdom before. This is his family’s business and it is so obvious that they love and understand animals and know their products from nutrition to grooming, inside and out!From now on, Wag N’ Wash off of Jackson Creek Pkwy. and Baptist Road will be my first choice for everything my pet family needs!!!Thank you for operating such a knowledgeable, compassionate business….

I had very little expectations since I'd never taken my dog to a "Do it Yourself" dog washing place...and now I can't see myself ever waking a dog at home again. Everything we needed was 6 the staff was super attentive and quick to clean up the tubs and drying area. I thought the price was more than reasonable to pay to avoid the mesh/hassle of washing dogs at home.

This was the best first time experience. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and inviting. They were thorough with explaining the wash packages & how to use the equipment. But the biggest shoutout goes to Bob! Thank you so much for all of your help, kindness, compassion, and patience with my dog Sammy. He isn't the best with new people, especially when when they're touching his paws. You did a phenomenal job trimming up his overgrown nails, and earning Sammy's trust. We will for sure be coming back again :)

I know Wag & Wash is a chain with multiple locations. But each location we've been to, always has a great assortment of toys, products & services. They also have wash basins for your pooch. This is so amazing that they offer this as a service.And the staff.... The staff! The people employed here genuinely seem happy to be working there. We really love this place.

Always a great experience!! They have friendly staff, grooming services, self wash stations, a dog bakery, and lots of general treats/food/chews/toys. We love coming here - it’s our only go-to for baths and nail trims!

Very fun experience getting to give my puppies baths and teaching my kids how to as well! Clean facility with very attentive staff. My dog was super shiny with an incredibly conditioned coat.

Review #1 I've been here twice for the self wash and it's so great! For my dog a bath without any grooming would be 40+ tip but they have a basic wash for just 18$.Review #2 the grooming service and personal are amazing!! Took my pup Lua to see Cora and she did an excellent job!!

Employees were super helpful and the wash for my pup was so convenient. I did the one where the soap come out of the hose with water and it made it so easy to soap up my whole pup instead of trying to rub around soap spots. I was grateful to come here and deal with my dirty pup instead of making a mess of my home. I would come here again for sure.

The employees are always great, and attentive! We've never had issues with nail trimmings, or baths. I love that they have little buckets of broken treats for the dogs! It keeps our food motivated dog calm so we can get her spa day done!

Run from this place. Dropped off my dog at her appointment time. Never received a phone call that she was done but then I got a call around four hours after I dropped her off and the owner Justin said “well we are STILL waiting for you to come pick up your dog”. So n a very rude and annoyed voice. Are you serious? I told him I never received a phone call that she was ready. He didn’t even apologize and just told me to come pick her up. Then I go in and he tried to charge me double the price that I booked online for. I will never return and I encourage you to never have to deal with this place! He even wanted to mouth off on me after I paid as I walked out. So unprofessional. I have no idea how this place is still up and runningUpdate. Someone left a comment and said they wanna regain my business? Funny because they actually went into my account and canceled the next three appointments that I had scheduled with them. This place is a joke and they’re not honest. They have absolutely zero customer service, extremely extremely rude and will take advantage of you by asking for more money at checkout

Great place to take your dogs! The area to wash your dogs is great and easy to use! Definitely come here if your wanting to give your dog a bathing. Lots of dog toys and food and treats to choose from so you'll basically find whatever your looking for. The staff are always very kind and helpful and easy going so starting and keeping a conversation with a staff member is never difficult. definitely recommend coming here!

I started taking my dog Bailey to the Wag N Wash about two months ago because he had to have surgery to have his arm amputated due to bone cancer. Ever since his surgery everything has been difficult. We went to the Wag N Wash because I needed help getting his nails cut. Charlie helped us with the dremel and made the experience really easy for Bailey. We go back once a week now and try to see Charlie every time. We also really like the wash service because it’s very accessible and easy for us to keep Bailey comfortable while doing a good job. We also recently ordered a birthday cake for Bailey and it was a huge hit for $19.99 . I would recommend this Wag N Wash to anyone who asks!

I went to this new Wag n Wash for their grand opening. The owners are amazing and they did a fantastic job getting in the best staff. Every single time I go in, I am treated as if I'm their best customer. I truly appreciate great customer service more than anything. I purchase Fromm food but also took my dog in for a self wash for the first time. Pleasantly surprised at the walk through of how everything works. Nobody was rushing to the next person or blowing me off, their attention was on making sure I knew what to do before they moved on. They will even carry your purchases out for you. Special mentions: Christin, Tyler and Ken. Thank you for bringing back good old fashioned customer service.

Although this place does a great job at grooming your dogs, the customer service is very poor! The attitude of the groomers, lack of knowledge from the staff and overall rudeness is just shocking. For someone who works in the hospitality industry, I go out of my way to make sure the client and guest is satisfied, but I guess some businesses don't foster the same mindset.

Very nice people. When we were done, unlike at other places, our dog did not run out of the place. Instead, she walked back to the attendant and gave her a quick lick before leaving! Our dog was very happy and we were happy. They did a good job grooming her too!

Great place to wash your fur babies! Staff is very attentive and always happy to help with questions or getting supplies. They have an outside area where your pooch can take a break, which worked great for my big older girl between bathing and drying. Wonderful experiences here!
