This is the nicest Tractor Supply I’ve been in. Love the building design and the store was really clean. The staff was quick to see if they could help me find what I was looking for. Overall a good experience, and would recommend shopping here.

I placed a order online, was texted and notified the order was ready for pickup. I drove all the way from Colorado Springs. I never received any notification saying any part of my 2 peice order was out of stock. Upon arrival they inform me they do not have what I ordered. Which would have been fine, it happens, except that they didn’t communicate that to me. After I asked them to cancel the other item as it was not needed without the other part, I then and only then received a text saying first, my item was out of stock and then immediately after that my order had been cancelled. I drove a hour round trip and then some and feel as if this is a portrayal of the lack of care you have for your customers and was extremely rude.

There are tractor supplies to the north and to the south, go to any of them other than this dump. I have been here several times only to greet lacluster employees who do not want to be there. Taste of the Wild Dog food is out consistently.....I asked to get propane, they referred me to Big R!!!!!! What a dump!

After being completely dissatisfied with the customer service skills that Big R displayed I decided to give Tractor Supply a shot at earning my business and boy was that a GREAT decision. From the very second I walked through the doors Jo-Anna the store manager politely greeted me and kindly asked what brought me into the store today ? I explained to her that I was looking for a high quality walk behind string trimmer, a product that I'm hoping should last me for years. Immediately Jo-Anna knew exactly what I was after and walked me right to what is now my walk behind string trimmer. Because ofJo-Anna's display of kindness and knowledge and overall superior customer service skills Tractor Supply in Monument has earned a customer for life! These days, It's very rare to find people who actually care for the customer like Jo-Anna does, I'm very impressed just as all of my family and friends will be I'm sure.

Most of the staff here are pretty good. However, the manager of this store is worse than bad. It's an excellent experience, as long as he is not there. If he's there, it's a total disaster - Corey, I think his name is. AVOID THIS GUY AT ALL COSTS. In fact, go to another farm supply until he's fired - or at least a different TSC.This used to be my top 1/2 store since the kids love it. Now... I'll drive an extra 30 minutes and happily spend 20-40% more to not deal with him.It's a shame too, because there is an woman assistant manager (whose name escapes me) who is AMAZING. For a long time we would see her every week when we visited and she was so helpful and welcoming....

Just an update three years later….They are still amazing! My key fob went dead (which means the car won’t run) when I was shopping there and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong in a moment of panic. Two employees helped me out by opening up the fob and helping me replace the battery, making sure it was working before leaving me. Seriously, they saved the day and made my day with just that act of kindness.We drove to this location late in the evening with only 5 minutes to spare before they closed for Ulcerguard. I called to ask if they had it on the way and the nice associate confirmed they had plenty in stock. I hate going into stores before they close but my gelding was in need of this (not realizing I was out) and a storm was brewing making him ulcery. So glad they had this in stock and open longer hours than Big R. The staff greeted us and had the Ulcerguard ready for checkout knowing we were making a long trip. The young man at the cash register was so nice and hoped all would be well with my horse. I was surprised by the store's calm manner before closing when most employees would be irritated that you even stepped foot in the door 10 minutes beforehand. We have been here before and had a great experience. But, having sale associates give you the same respect and care right when they should be closing down the store was priceless.

Just visited for the first time, the girl at the front was extremely polite and helpful. I listed off everything I needed and she gave me perfect directions on where I could find every single item in the store, and also immediately located the online order I placed and grabbed it for me. I'll definitely be back. Big R is much closer to me, but I really appreciate the great service here. Wish I'd gotten her name so I could personally thank her here.. but if a manager reads this, she was a shorter, blonde haired girl with glasses who is fascinated by weather and maybe wants to be a meteorologist some day. Very nice young lady, knows the store well, and very helpful. Thank you TSC, I will be back!

Great location, really helpful staff. Has a decent selection for most of your basic farm and ranch needs, plus great prices at the end of seasons on decor and other areas. Not a huge selection of horse tack...but they have all the basics covered well. The best part for me is that the staff seems to have actual experience and knowledge to help you make selections if you are not sure what you are looking for.

My brother and I stopped here to get some stuff for something we were making and one of their employees named Don was shadowing us the whole time very obviously and all we were doing was shopping. He asked "what exactly is it you guys needed" (in a very rude tone right after I said "we're being shadowed") and we just said we're just shopping. I'm an ex-correctional Officer and a current security guard and being hurrassed the whole time was not appreciated we did not get anything else and our business is definitely not coming back. Upon our exit we noticed another man who was leaving seemed aggravated and empty handed. We had to wonder if Don didn't have something to do with that. I guess you only buy exactly what you need because browsing gets you harassed. Very disappointed.

Besides the expected farm/ranch supplies, they have a great selection of pet supplies for the usual dogs and cats AND for ferrets, bunnies, and other small critters.Their glove selection is the best, especially for small hands.

I want to say, the team leader " Justice Bishop " Is AWESOME! I had a problem with a trailer. He was BEYOND RESPONSIVE! He is professional, hard working and he TAKES CARE OF CUSTOMERS!!! Thank you Justice and you are an asset to the company. So good to deal with a professional that takes care of customers and is a GOOD EMPLOYEE. Why? Why could I not find guys like him when I ran my company??? Tractor Supply... hold onto this man and let him rise through the ranks ( not a joke ).

They cant even seem to answer their phone on a Saturday 2 hours before they close. If that's not an indication of what the shopping experience will be like. Saves me the time of wasting driving all the way up there from Colorado Springs or spending my hard earned money somewhere that can't even answer a call. 3rd try now being disconnected it rings so long. What a joke

One of my favorite stores to go too. It came into Monument in 2016.Being raised on a farm I love just browse around. Loved it this spring when they had the baby chicks for sale.But I do go here for gates, fencing supplies, tractor accessories, greases, etc. They have a great hardware selection, great welding supplies, etc. they always have affordable cool gadgets at the front door to look at.Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Husband found a good deal on some work pants. They're normally $15 was able to get them for $10 3/30/19. Good deal either way. Saw they sell trailers, I'm sure we'll be back when it's closer to camping season to look at them to haul a 4wheeler.

Location is super convenient for me, good assortment of supplies at a decent price. I buy supplies for a dozen chickens, 2 goats, 2 rabbits, and 2 dogs and I give them my phone # for my "members rewards", or whatever they call it, though I've never actually received anything for being a member. So, not sure how that works.

This is a fabulous store, with farm stuff, nice quality housewares, tools, clothing, tools and all kinds of farm implements, and a huge pretty department. There are blankets, candles, decor with a honey theme, guns, wagons, even toys! The people are so helpful and sweet to you I went to the one in Monument, co, I believe. Highly recommend, gee, we even got a rocking chair

By far the best tractor supply ive been to... only issue i had was the signage was incorrect instead of being on sale like it said and the employee didnt know when i asked, but other than that it was still fantastic.
