My sis goes here bunches for her animals, mainly gets a lot of crickets for her lizard. They’re always cool about giving her the dead ones along with the live ones she orders. Sometimes the preorder isn’t ready when she comes to pick it up, but usually they’re pretty good. All in all, would recommend. Very nice staff here, too.

Wouldn’t recommend grooming here. Or at the very least not with Kake(?) as she was indifferent at best, which isn’t the worse in its own, but when our dog came out, little of the instructions were followed. Our doodle came out without a teddy bear face, etc.

I have lived all over and don't usually appreciate the local PetSmart. This one is pretty great. Very friendly staff and my local groomer in Black Forest quadrupled her prices so I gave them a shot. 1 day to get in, affordable, friendly, my dog looked great and came out happy

My boyfriend and I love this Petsmart! It's so convenient being right across the street from our apartment, we can easily just walk our cats over in their pet stroller (yes, we're "those" people). This store has such a great variety of cat food, necessities, and toys! We also really love the cat groomers at this store for trimming our kitties toenails and putting on their Claw Caps! They do an amazing job and for a very decent price.

Last weekend I brought both of my Springer Spaniels to PetSmart for a good Spring Grooming. The groomer did an AWESOME job cleaning them up and they came back home as two Handsome Dogs...Pun intended! 5 Stars

Our 11 year old German Shepard granddog, Katie, was given super care. The lady was very sensitive to Katie's age and her physical pains in grooming her. Katie went in shedding hair all over and came out beautiful!! We appreciate the care given to her.

I've come in to visit the conure at least 15 times. I am in love, but too broke to get the little guy. However, awesome staff member (I think his name is Max? Tall, longer hair) Noticed and even took me around to the back and let me hold the guy. It was like a religious experience i love that bird so much. Thank you Max!!!!

Petsmart needs to seriously reconsider their customer service strategy. Online I booked a grooming appointment for my dog and it clearly stated that the price of the appointment would be $77 and I have a confirmation email showing such. When I arrived at the salon, the customer representative tried to upcharge me to $120 so I walked out. Please do not lie to customers online and give them a fake price and then change the price when they get to the store with their pet, that is bad business. Because of this, I will never shop at a Petsmart again.

I called this morning and asked if they had time and let them know this would be the first time our pup got groomed. Margaret was amazing!! She managed to squeeze me in immediately and made sure our girl felt safe. She's so soft and clean now. Amazing team. Will definitely be back!

Great Staff! All the signs of a well-run store. This locations is clean, organized and well stocked. The staff was particularly helpful on this last visit as we are in the process of adopting two puppies. They helped me pull together everything I needed to get us started off right, providing a great home for our new family members. We are appreciative of the quality advice and care at this location.

I've had some "eh" experiences at other locations around town, but this one is different. Staff are always pleasant and helpful at this location. Ensuring I get my needs and my animals needs met with the best (not always the most expensive) products.

Regarding the grooming department: I have been a customer for several years. I book the furminator package for my 2 big dogs. Cost is $135 per dog for a weekend appointment. My dogs are double coated, so the furminator is a good service. For the first time ever, I was charged an extra $20 per dog for brushing/de-matting. If I needed to pay for extra grooming time, why did I not receive a call letting me know before I was charged? It was pointed out that there was thicker hair on the dogs tails and backs and that it might take more than 20 minutes to brush, but my husband and I were not clearly told that a $20 charge per dog definitely would be added. The cashier told me there is a new grooming manager and that she recently added new charges. Grooming customers... beware of the very poor communication about added charges. Petsmart grooming at Jackson Creek just lost a loyal customer.

Rude customer service! Rough handling of my dog!! Tried using this Monument grooming salon for the first time. I have used the location on N. Academy multiple times and they are great. But this one is horrible! Do not use this place! Save your pet and avoid this grooming salon.

I always order online and pick up in-store for free and never have any problems. I don't know if prices are different online than in store but I normally find some bargains online. This ultimately saves me time in finding the best price and having it ready for pick-up without having to wander the aisles. Cashiers are always friendly, parking is never an issue and location is very accessible!

A loyal customer for over 20+ I never felt so discriminate in my life. New cashier this evening refused to check my one item at her cash register. While chit chatting what seemed to be her friend using foul language about her follow employee was very unprofessional. Please if something is bothering you leave that at the door before coming to work.

I have been at this store A LOT lately . And their associate ELISSA was beyond amazing ! I came in with a ton of questions and she was so knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and very friendly . I will continue to shop at this store with the excellent customer service . Their manager, which I did not get her name .. with long dark hair was also amazing and friendly . I previously went in and got help from a young man with kinda long blonde hair and tattoos and he was also very patient . I am beyond happy with this store. You guys killed it ! Not to mention your shelves are always neat and stocked and clean .... hell yeah!!!

This store NEVER has what I need for my aquariums, so we grabbed a hamster ball instead. It was supposed to light up but was defective and I had to take it back. Waste of my time, I will drive to the springs from now on. The staff isnt usually very friendly or helpful, except for the cashier yesterday. He was a young guy with maroon nails and he was super sweet and nice.
