I received exceptional service from Monument Pharmacy for my dog's prescription. They called me within an hour of receiving the prescription from my vet, to obtain shipping and payment information. The prescription shipped the next day, and I received it a day later (granted, I am about 40 miles from the pharmacy). The whole process was very efficient, and the price I am paying for the medication is very fair.

Have purchased meds for my dog for almost 4 years. They are awesome. You call, usually get a real person to talk to. They fill the order that same day, at a reasonable price, including shipping. If they have to call back, they call the same business day. So great to support a local company that provides great service for my senior dog

Monument Pharmacy is amazing! I am a local veterinarian and having a compounding pharmacy here in town is such an amazing resource when pets will not take their medication in whatever liquid or pill form it usually comes in. I also LOVE that I can call in a prescription here and actually speak to a pharmacist immediately (usually within 1-2 rings!) vs. all other pharmacies where I may sit on hold for up to an hour or have to leave a message and then play phone tag all day (which I DO NOT have time for!). It is the only pharmacy that I will actually call prescriptions into for my clients because it is so efficient and the staff is always so helpful and accommodating!

I have used Monument pharmacy for over 10 years for multiple animals and service has been mostly good. A week ago I ordered a new prescription for one of my animals and 8 days later it still has not shown up (50 miles away). When I called them to inquire, they said that their mailing vendor has not rescanned the package since the day it was mailed. In my experience that means I'll never receive the package. I'm very frustrated in the fact, that they now want to charge me for shipping to resend what I've already paid for . . . making their vendor errors my problem. It's just stupid and sad when a company can't take responsibility for their errors. Just saying.

I called to see if they have my medication in stock because other local pharmacies are out and she said "We don't carry that here." while their website specifically lists "Finding lingering stock or compounding back-ordered or manufacturer-discontinued FDA-approved pharmaceuticals by prescription" under DRUG SHORTAGES.

We were referred to Monument Pharmacy by our vet after our dog was diagnosed with Cushings Disease & we feel so lucky to have found them! To make a long story short, our dog needed a dose of a medicine that isn't manufactured normally. Given too little, it wouldn't treat her condition & too much gives her another condition. Monument pharmacy was able to compound the prescription specifically to our dogs' needs! Shortly after, our dog was diagnosed with a heart condition & she now has additional prescription needs. Luckily we had found Monument pharmacy & knew where to have her prescriptions ready for her quickly as opposed to mail in that would have taken days plus extra shipping costs. Their staff is incredibly friendly, treats you like family, & treats your pet like family. Our family feels so grateful they are here for all our pets' needs!

Great customer service, everyone on their staff is so friendly and helpful! So easy to use! You call in the order and with a card number on file they process and drop in the mail, we always received within a couple of days. We had put in a refill order the day our cat passed away. I called them just to see if we could send the meds back and if they might be able to donate to someone who was in need, not expecting any sort of refund. Although they are not able to re-use meds, even if unopened, they surprised me by refunding the cost of the meds. Such a caring gesture that really helped, even if on a small scale, in dealing with the loss of our beloved family member. Thank you Monument, we will use you for any future medication needs that arise!

I was referred to this pharmacy for end of life care for my cat, aka pain killers. They got the address wrong and I never received them, but that charge went through on my credit card instantly. A week of waiting and I call to find out that they had an incomplete address. They would have to call the doctor to authorize another order. A week later they still haven't had a response from the doctor. They wouldn't be able to get me even one dose before my companion needed to be euthanized. They did zero follow up, didn't seem to care that they were screwing up and blamed the pay office for losing packages all of the time. Will never recommend.

I had to use this compounding pharmacy for my cats meds for quite some time. They get your stuff ready and ship it very fast! I went to ward road the first few times I got meds and just to get a confirmation call from them took as long as getting my meds in the mail from monument. The staff is very friendly. They include what you need like syringes with each refill. I will use them any time I need compounded meds with out hesitation

This place ROCKS! I've always been a little afraid to give my 5 lb. Chihuahua, Peanut, any type of medication due to her size and reactions she has had in the past.
