We had a great experience at Dirty Dogs! Kayla took great care of our Labrador and really helped with the shedding. The facility is tidy (not a bunch of gross dog hair flying around on the floor!), organized, and the staff is nice. They work fast and do a great job. I'm so glad we found a quality groomer nearby! Will be back.

We love Dirty Dogs Groomimg! They always do a fantastic job with our Doodles. They were gentle with our old dog and were incredibly thoughtful when she passed away. They were also patient with our puppy which has helped her quickly adapt to being groomed. They do book up pretty far out, so it's best to get on a regular schedule with them.

We have an older dog who has always had troubles in the past with getting her nails trimmed. We started taking her to Dirty Dogs about a year and a half ago and they've always taken such good care of her. They're gentle with her and aware she's older and has some anxieties. Today they even squeezed her in to get a nail trim and a sanitary area shave because she needed it. Even if you're looking for just nail trims, they're awesome here and they really do put the dogs health and comfort first, which is so important. They are also wonderful and personal with the dogs. They know the dogs they're working with and they build a relationship. I cannot say how much I appreciate them and the work they do with my older dog.

This is what a SMALL BUSINESS is all about and why I will continue to support them any chance I get. The ladies in the shop knew my name BEFORE I WALKED IN THE DOOR FOR THE FIRST TIME!!! I'm no one special, not even a small town celebrity. They just know the town and who's in it. Not to mention the OUTSTANDING customer service that comes free of charge!!! Keep up the great work ladies, it's businesses like this one that make Monument such a fantastic place to live and play. ***UPDATE*** Attached is a picture of Sophie after her groom by Tracy on 18 JAN 17. Tracy even put a pretty pink Valentines Day neckerchief on her!

Great staff that are great with dogs. They did an excellent job on my Irish Wolfhound. Not only did he look great, but he enjoyed the visit and the staff loved him. A little pricy, but overall worth it. Appointment times were a bit far out, but clearly they are on demand and want to run an organized shop to provide individual attention. Nice work guys!

We are so happy to have found Dirty Dogs and Kayla! We moved here five years ago, with two full-size collies. We tried many different places, but none of them were very good. We found Dirty Dogs and have been clients ever cents. Our rough coated collies look amazing when they are done, and our dogs are never afraid to go into Dirty Dogs and are happy while there! Kayla is excellent with these doggies!

Walk in nail trim for under $10?! WHAT?!Have appointments for grooming - but all dogs coming out of Dirty Dogs were happy and looked wonderful! Better yet, this is a seriously low stress environment for both doggies and their owners. SO excited about our first grooming!

If making your customers wait for an appointment for 2 months and then telling them you won’t groom there dog on the day of the appointment is there business model, then they are killing it! My GoldenDoodle is in dire need of getting groomed and there inability to state what we needed to bring with us is the cause for this. Your better off paying a 5 year old with safety scissors to trim your dog than this sad excuse of a dog groomer. Take your business elsewhere and you won’t be disappointed!!!

I was looking for a new groomer because no one could seem to work with my exceptionally large puppy. I dropped King off on the way to work and I picked him up around lunch time. His nails where cut and he didn't smell like a large puppy would. The best part was that his unnatural "brindle" coat was gone and his black coat shined like it should. I would definitely recommend Dirty Dogs Grooming to all my friends and family. They are spectacular at what they do! beyond kudos to you!

I rely heavily on reviews in order to find services, which is how I found Dirty Dogs grooming to begin with. Although the actual grooming is excellent, I am giving low marks for service. Our dogs appointment was cancelled and rescheduled 2 weeks later. Fine except groomer didnt communicate his personal schedule ahead of time, and was angry I didnt pick up dogs right when they were finished. He let me know he "came in on his day off" just to groom (b/c he cancelled 2 weeks ago) then over charged me for matting(which would not have been an issue if pets were groomed at time of original appointment). Miscommunication and over charging are bad for business. I will move on.

Loved going to Dirty Dogs and they were very good in the beginning. It seems like lately we haven’t been feeling welcomed by them. I did miss an appt due to days getting my days confused and had to cancel an appt one morning after calling them to see if my husband could drop the dogs off earlier then the appt cause I was very sick and my husband had to take my daughter to a basketball game. They said no cause they don’t have the space so we had to reschedule. Ever since then it feels to me and my husband also brought it up that we don’t feel welcomed at Dirty Dogs anymore. I have been suffering from some very serious health issues and have had to take time away from going to college. Our budget is very tight right now. When we aren’t able to tip them like we would like. They have been very good with our Goldens who have some issues after having bad experiences with groomers in the past. I know they get frustrated with them and I can tell when we pick them up. Other then feeling unwelcome there now they are very skilled groomers.

Consistency. It does not matter what time of day I take my Lab nor what day of week. They have AMAZING customer service consistently! Plus a fantastic job everytime. I will always bring my dog to Dirty Dogs grooming to see Kayla.

What a great groomer. We travel full-time and finding a quality groomer can be difficult. Their work and the way our PWD looked when we picked her up was wonderful. Getting her nails done has been an adventure but all went well today. Special thanks to Jose and the time he spent with Jesi. Would definitely return when in Monument.

Great prices, Friendly staff, they were very good with our German Sheppard. It's very clean and you can see the grooming stations when you walk in. They take really good care of your dog, and they make sure all the clients are happy and keeps their paws to themselves.

It's hard to get past the bad, passive-aggressive attitudes at this business. One minute they are pleasant, the next they're talking like a immature middle-schooler. Respect goes a long way and if you can't give it, you will not receive it in return.
