I haven't shopped here yet, but plan on it due to their pricing. They seem to have the best pricing in the area and are comparable to livwell which is my main shop. In fact, some of their concentrate is even cheaper than livwell, which is amazing considering the location.

This location on here isn't even where they are. They are down the street from the pin. They gave us a lot of trim in our 3.5grams, the heavy set guy is the one that did it, I went in another time and he complained about his breaks and was rude and completely unprofessional. I sugest salida. They have three awesome shops on the main strip.

I was taken aback by my experience here today. I visited this shop in 2016 and had a very good experience, was looking forward to returning to this quaint shop in the middle of nowhere during my visit to Crestone. I walk into the shop and there's another doorway with several signs posted on it, all with different information: you're on camera; no admittance unless you're 21 years old; have ID, etc... in smaller print it says they only serve one group of guests at a time. I didn't see this print and started to open the door. Representative inside, who is having a conversation with another customer, begins shouting, loudly from behind the door, "Excuse you! Excuse you! Excuse you!" and I shut the door, realizing I must've made a mistake, which probably should've been enough to end the interaction. Maybe the representative could've clarified after the door was closed, "Sorry sir, we only serve one group at a time. I'll be with you in a moment." No. Instead the representative comes to the front of the store and berates me in front of another customer and my wife, almost verbatim, "Sir, do not ever again try to open that door without my checking your ID first. Do you understand?" I'm speechless.It was an honest mistake on my part. When we were paying for our purchases the representative even admitted-- to my wife, mind you; he did not address me again throughout the interaction and certainly did not apologize for his initial behavior-- that customers attempt to open that door "all the time."But despite this being a regular occurrence, the representative at this store has developed a method of coping with it that makes him appear as though he doesn't care if he never has another customer ever again. This store must be doing really well for them to treat customers this way. There is another dispensary literally 40 yards away, across the street.Most people I meet in this area are very welcoming and kind. The person running this store strikes me as one of the least personable people I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. You don't treat people this way. I hope this representative has the circumspection to learn from his truly appalling behavior.The products seem to be fine quality, and the representative was able to suggest a product containing CBG, which is what I was looking for. But because I was needlessly berated, with no attempts at reconciliation or humanization afterward, I won't be back and I recommend going elsewhere.

Love this place. I stop by whenever I'm in the area, which isn't super often, but the service is always really great. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I've been coming here for a couple of years, but just last week I bought my first vape pen. Could not get the thing to work no matter what I tried. Just brought it back, they spent a few minutes confirming that it was defective and immediately replaced it. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. You cannot beat that kind of service.

Great valley location.Easy to find.All In One entry area/exit.Attentive staff, fair pricing.Decent regional selection.ATM, bathroom, slight glassware.As a local; I have had nothing but great experiences on both sides of their doors for years. The bathroom is clean, the glass (entry) side is basic but is there. I have no idea about this 'rudeness' people speak of as of late in reviews, so far.Do not go in until told to do so!! As if you did not know that in 2016.It sure seems like all of these have popped up since One Eleven spent the money on a new Marquee this Spring. I live ten miles from there but we all saw it. Check the reviews since spring and before.. js.High Valley was the first rec place open in the valley and still is a great go to.Mold?? Rufkm? Let's see a 60x zoomed pic.A leaky vape cartridge is rare.I am about to go there now and would not touch One Eleven with a stick nor recommend them. They told me I had to go to Denver for a glass reclaimer. I will admit the goof's glass shop in Salida is ran in a quite mundane manner but it IS there ... and some 150 miles closer.

This was my first time buying product from this company in this location.Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. The prices for product were upon average and the selection was very agreeable.****I was charged for a oil at the price of 34.91$ that I NEVER asked for and didn't have in my bag!!!****I was pretty confused and upset by this..so I called them up and spoke to Chris the manager. He was super helpful and gave me a credit for the next time I am in Colorado and come by the store!!!

2 stars given only for accessibility. We’re in a very rural area and they account for 1/3 of the dispensary options. The flowers are not great and the last few ozs I’ve bought had seeds in them. I bought a vape pen which leaked and was advised over the phone that I could return it for a replacement but when I tried in store they denied me. Basically told me it wasn’t their problem. The edibles are priced well but not worth the hassle of shipping there. The bud tenders are rude and quality products are not their priority, you will be far better served to stop at 1:11 directly across the street.

I go here alot n it has been great untill last week.I bought a chocolate bar n thats what it was no cannabis in it n when i told them he said ile check into it .So when i left a earlier customer asked me if i was GIVEN a cupon for the chocolate bar n i said no why? He told me they were giving cupons ...I was sold a bad product n they wouldnt even give me a coupon!!!???🤔🤔🤔I so had to add to this review***I went back n the guy behind tge counter was so nice he said hey i read your review n i apologise you were my last customer n i completely forgot to give you a coupon for a chocolate bar...So i shoped around and purchased my products my two bar's of chocolateN he even gsve me another cupon as i was leaving n he apologised AGIAN...I thought that was so kind n that rite there is why i only go here these people have my best interest at heart !!!They have my trust ...GOD LOVE YOU GUY'SN THANK YOU AGIANDARREN MOORE ^^^

Drove 45mins one way to come back home and realize that the bud I bought from here had MOLD yes ppl mold.. I only seen it cuz I was messing around with my 60x zoom microscope to check out the THC Chrystal's it had but sadly I found mold and I ain't ever going their again I'll just take my money to the streets or the dispense across from this one... Lost a good customer I always buy over 80$ of bud/wax

tastes like neem oil: I bought a half ounce of skywalker og and a half ounce of afrikan cookies. i then pressed each half ounce into rosin and the skywalker og reaked of neem oil. i literally can't smoke it. one dab stunk up my whole house with neem oil stank. the afrikan cookies was less bad but they must have sprayed neem oil in flower on the skywalker og. just save yourself the money, time, and health risks, go right across the road. i'm pretty shocked. neem oil is bad for you if you combust it. if i cared enough i'd send a sample to be tested for residual pesticides. i'm just gonna throw it away and never shop there again.
