Best kept secret in the mountains, you’re gonna be here a while because the gal taking orders is the same gal that has to make the coffee, but the food is worth the wait… hearty, filling, and ample…Parking is tough so if you don’t mind walking then park off main and cruise on over.

My friend and I divided up avocado toast and Fresh toast orders. Tasty, but nothing extraordinary on all counts. The coffee was above average. You go up to counter and order, then your name is called. There’s a counter where you can sit. It’s a nice atmosphere to hang for a lingering breakfast. Very friendly service. Since I’m more about high quality coffee than breakfast food, I’d put Vail Mountain Coffee & Tea Roastery in Minturn, with their simple reheated breakfast burritos, just above this place - that’s where I’ll go when I stop back in Minturn :)

Being trying to get to this coffee for a while, they only open in the morning, so had been hard....Honestly I'm glad I made it there, the place is GREAT, the place is super cool honestly, nice decorations and good vibes, the service is great even though it's like a one person does it all ....I tried couple of things like a Smoothie great balance there, Coffee....well you know me, coffee picky person, they do Great work there!! The Banana French Toast are AWESOME super rich flavor, nicely cooked.and the eggs even i was super full they where spectacular jajajjaa!! So make sure you go down to LOVELY MINTURN and pay a special visit to this great place!!I'll be coming in more often, for sure!!

I had the B.L.A.T and wow it was maybe the most amazing sandwich I have ever had. The amount of each ingredient was perfect and whatever mayo-like sauce was on the bread was DIVINE. The bread was also toasted to perfection. Wow.

Food was tasty, but probably not worth the price. We ordered the bloody Marys, they arrived without garnish. When I asked if they were supposed to come with garnish, as it clearly states on the menu, I received a "...yeah. give me a minute." Gal taking our orders was not friendly or welcoming at all. As other reviews stated, it was as though she was annoyed we came in to spend $65 on breakfast on a Friday morning. We are vacationing in Vail, came over to check out the town of Minturn. If I did it over again, I'd probably cook breakfast in the apartment and skip this place.

Great breakfast. We arrived about 9 on a Sat. Wasn't too busy but definitely got busier. I had the house made corned beef hash. Really good and generous portion. About $14. Hubby had Lou's scramble. $12. Also excellent and a solid plateful of food. Enjoyed a cup of fresh squeeze OJ. Interior has a cafe vibe with wooden benches and pillows. A couple of tables outside too.

I love love this local place! It's one of my favorite breakfast places in the valley! The crew that works there are super nice and they make amazing food. Doug is great entrepreneur is the type to help one in need. Thanks guys for everything!!

Good food takes time. We were in last Saturday and hungry, so our patience was a little low. As I sat inside waiting for the most delicious sandwiches, I was taken aback by some of the customers with little or no or less patience than I had. They hovered over the bar pressuring the staff to produce quicker, standing way too close to the other customers waiting in line. After I left the place with our four exquisite sandwiches I thought it was worth every minute I waited. They were so delicious. My kids loved the smoothies. My only advice, don't go on a Saturday, unless you are patient and want an outstanding sandwich.

So freaking fun to go to breakfast here in this eclectic place. The food is awesome. We always end up talking to people and getting to hear stories. Good coffee. Reasonable prices. Don't expect corporate food. You are going to get some home cooking

Eat here! If you’re staying in the Vail valley, make the drive to this place. Best breakfast ever! I had the Lou’s scramble and it was so good. Also the vegan muffins are delicious. Service was excellent! Shoutout to Tom, Bow & Emma for starting our day off right. I’ll be back for sure!

Ordered the Lou's Scramble (no mushrooms). Very tasty! Inside restaurant small & cozy. Lots of neat, quirky signs. Guy taking our order didn't greet us, just stood there looking at us until we spoke, so not the most friendly but wasn't necessarily rude.

Though the food was very delicious and fresh. Absolutely loved the Mandarin oranges on my Belgian waffle. Loved the flavor profile it brought. My only complaint is the staff was eating their toast right next to my food. If you're gonna eat please do it away from customer food and out of customer sight. Everything was really wonderful otherwise though!

My friend and I ordered our meals together. Mine took about 15 minutes longer so he was done eating before I receive mine. Mine was a simple breakfast burrito smothered with chili. It was served cold. So I returned it and asked them to put it in the microwave. This took about another 10 minutes and I was nearly ready to leave. It was a very mediocre meal at best. Had to pay $15 for it, a ridiculous price, anywhere else it would’ve been $10 or $12. I paid at the counter with a credit card in advance so I included the tip at that time. Had I know I would not have included a tip. So I had 25 minutes into this meal and then I had to eat it so my friend had to wait at least 20 minutes for me to finish my breakfast. Would not recommend this place. Oh did I mention they’re only three other people in the establishment, not like it was busy. The owner did have time to brag about how great his establishment was and how he came to own the restaurant to a man I assume is doing a promotion for his restaurant. So I pay nearly $18 for this meal including tip with my friend waiting for me patiently.

Nothing like it used to be .. have trouble keeping track of orders, slow, and bad at taking care of dietary restrictions. Plus new space is bland and dead. RIP Sticky Fingers.Update: docked another star down to 1, 3 years later, because it shouldn’t take 25 minutes to get a bagel toasted when there are no other guests. If you want to serve customers right, something needs to change.Update 2: increasing a bit as they seem to have improved their staffing and provide a good burrito and own mug coffee discount.

My friends and I stayed next door to the cafe. Went every morning for a latte that was always perfect. I saw the breakfast burrito and wanted to try it so bad, but I’m vegetarian. The staff was so sweet and suggested turning the scramble on their menu into a burrito - it’s AMAZING.

Worth every penny! The food & coffee is always delicious and made with love. The baked goods are also insanely good! Best breakfast spot in Minturn, especially if you commute from Leadville ! The dog friendly vibes are a plus & their late night drinks are tasty :D

This place was SO good! I loved their little apple turnovers (minus the nuts), andmy pulled pork bbq sandwich was hot, fresh, and rivaled the likes of my native Texas when it comes to tasty BBQ. A great bonus is the decor. This place has obviously gone to great lengths to create a unique and fun local environment for their patrons. This includes the showcasing of many local artists as well. I highly recommend a stop here!
