I ordered the half rack of ribs, coleslaw and Mac n Cheese. The ribs were charred and the slaw didn't have much flavor but the Mac n Cheese was good and had a little kick to it. The cornbread had ok flavor but the server wasn't sure they even had butter for it when I asked (although they did end up bringing out a small dish of butter that was too hard to even spread). The service was ok, probably would've been better if 2 other parties hadn't walked in right after we ordered with only one server to wait on us all. Not sure I'll go back during future Colorado vacations.

More like a 3.5 star.Got the two meat platter w slaw n mac n cheese w cornbread. The two meats were brisket and pulled pork. The brisket was actually pretty good, juicy and tasty. The pulled pork was alright, nothing special. The two sauces seemed pretty much the same. One had a little more kick. Slaw n Mac were generic.Service was good. No complaints.

Eaten here over 20-times as a local. We used to love coming here, but over time we feel the quality in service and food has been on a decline. I would really like to see a little step-up in this place as I would rather eat at a local business, even at a higher expense, than McDonald's. The Cowboy Cup needs more flavour, it's quite bland as-is. A little more menu variety would be nice, as it's always the same things. Spice it up in the kitchen a little bit.

Stopped here for dinner after hiking and highly recommend.Ordered ribs and they were great. Attentive and friendly staff.I was told by the young server behind the bar I wasn't allowed to leave until ribs were finished and I happily complied.

Food is delicious but the biggest credit to this establishment is their service. We ordered pickup which was ready in 15 minutes and we forgot to check our order upon taking it home. When we got home we realized one of our entrees was not in the box. We called the restaurant and they knew immediately whom we were and asked us where we were and the employee who took our order brought it to our house and offered his humblest apologies. The missing enter was on the table while the rest of our family was still eating their food. They went way above and beyond to rectify their slight mishap. 10 stars- will be ordering again soonDietary restrictions: They accommodated our dairy free request on the salad with pleasure

Pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw is delicious, the beans are the kind of beans you crave later, and the hand-cut fries are perfectly seasoned and come out hot. We are passing through and came across Kirby’s and decided to stop and try it out, definitely a must see here. We also got to enjoy some live music tonight

Great food, nice place and friendly staff. The burgers are good, the fries are crispy and also the beer on tap was (amber) was very tasty. The waitress was a bit weird but friendly. The only downside was the fact that we did not find any shade under the umbrellas as the sun was already quite low, but who wants to complain about the sun shining 🌞

No holds barred the BBQ here rocks! I visit Vail almost annually from WI and I usually make a point of enjoying their award winning BBQ at the Vail's Farmer Market and at their main restaurant in Minturn. I can confidently say is it is consistently outstanding!

Such a great find in Minturn! Dog friendly and our server was so nice he even brought our puppy grilled chick breast. Truly such nice staff and great food. Wonderful patio.

Stopped in on a motorcycle trip through Colorado. Hands down the best pulled pork sandwich I have had in the state. The service was extremely friendly despite how busy they were. I highly recommend if you are passing through near lunch time that you stop here for some incredible bbq.

I was expecting this place to be amazing. I ordered a Caesar salad and it literally only had red peppers on it....... very disappointing. The Mac n Cheese was bomb though. Our waitress however was not attentive and paid more attention to her friends that were at the bar instead of us.

I just came through Minturn with my girlfriend to go backpacking. We realized we were hungry so I hopped out of the car to see if we could get something quick to go. I happened to be served by the owner who was really cool and as friendly as could be. He advised me on what to order and within 10 min I was back in the car with a bunch of awesome food including pulled pork sandwiches, mac n cheese and coleslaw. Everything was so fabulous we stopped back by after our backpacking was done! I got the wings and she got the poboy, fried tomatoes, cole slaw and fries and literally ate all of it. I 100% recommend this awesome spot and will be coming through anytime I’m in Minturn!

This place is fantastic! Great to see another solid BBQ game in this valley besides Moes.Wings were outstanding, big and meaty.Ribs had great smoke on them and were tender. Sauce is a great balance of tangy and sweet.Hush puppies reminded me of home puppies in Georgia.Good portion sizes. All around a great BBQ meal in Minturn!
