I dropped in, unannounced, half way through my USA trip ( I live in the UK) with a bald tire and leaking brake reservoir. Marshall fitted a new tire and found a brake reservoir that he “thought would do the job” although it was the wrong make. As he was busy, he lent me the tools and gave me advice on how to swop it over. I was back on the road within a couple of hours complete with a very cool set of new boots from his “Aladdins Cave” of a shop. Saved my trip, what can I say ….”Thanks Marshal, best customer service ever!”

I was recently in the Vail, CO area on a motorcycle trip when I noticed an antifreeze leak on my 2008 GL 1800. It was Friday morning and we were due to leave Saturday. I contacted Marshall and was able to drive up to the shop and have him take a look at it. He went right to work tearing into the issue. I needed a new radiator and he located one in Washington state, had it overnighted and I was able to pick the bike up on Saturday afternoon. I know it is a small shop, busy shop, and I could not have been more pleased with the service, professionalism and integrity of the work and experience. The price was fair and I believe I have a new radiator that I can rely on the problem having been fixed correctly. I would recommend the Clinic to anyone, traveler or resident needing motorcycle/ATV repair!!!! Thanks for getting me back on the road!

Friday 6pm I called. My motorcycle tire popped at Wolcott. I talked to Chris, then Marshall. Bring the bike, we'll replace the tire at 10am when we open. At 10:45 the were done.That is awesome.Marshall knows the motorcycle people even in my town, Steamboat.

It's true this is a small shop. With limited employees to service the floor, I can understand some people's concern with customer service. However, the care taken with each customer can not be overlooked. I went in today twice for two different reasons and was taken care of (in due time) with patience and expertise unlikely to be seen anywhere else. They know what they are doing and they are honest as can be. Straight shooters! I will definitely go back.
