It’s the busiest day of the year and their system shut down. The people working and the manager on duty did everything they could to reassure us that it would be up soon and it was!! I love this location and it’s the only one I go to. Everyone is so kind and it’s a very clean, professional place. Natures of Milliken is the best!!!

This dispo has always been a favorite of mine! I enjoy every time I shop there! Iv had particularly good service from Brooke, she has always been so nice and knowledgeable about the products and has never failed to show me new things that turn out awesome!

Their system shut down on the busiest day of the year, but it was handled so well. The employees were all so kind and apologized profusely. This place, even when things happen, always does their best to rectify it. I will forever come here instead of the other places that don’t care about customers. Love Nature’s of Milliken! 🏻

Good prices and nice staff however, I had bought two cartridges from two different brands and one of them(Bonanza) would not hit on my battery on any setting. despite my other cartridges at home hitting with no problem.I came in and explained this to the bud tenders, and they threw it on one of their batteries and claimed they could get smoke out of it despite admitting it wasn’t a lot, and that it smelled burnt.After everything they didn’t allow me to exchange, refund the cartridge, or even a small future discount which I’ve never had a problem with doing when it comes to the LivWell downtown ,or any other dispensary for that matter. Probably sticking to LivWell from here on out.

Went in tonight. I didn’t get her name but she has the two dimple piercings. Thank you so much for the great experience and interaction. You made me feel comfortable and welcomed. You love your job and you’re very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you so very much. I haven’t been in for a few months now because of the bad experience last time. I left a bad review from that bad experience with another person but deleted it, It’s not natures fault.

Totally taken back by the level of service, professionalism and thought that went into the customer experience! Went in to take a look around and grab something cheap just to see what the new place was all about. I was greeted by a very awesome security guard that gave us the full tour! I am a med patient and I'll definitely still be going here for the hash, carts and bud. I think you guys got a great model for how the industry should move in this era. Double thumbs up 👍👍

Online prices are grossly lower than in store and also don’t include tax BUYERS BEWARE they post very low prices on product online then you get there and it’s about 5 to 15 more plus tax just a warning to folks looking for a deal online! Product is alright but not great 1 out of 4 of the carts I got clogs spits and stops working! Asked why there is a significant price difference from online to the cashier and she laughs and says oh yeah I’m not sure as to why they do that...Disappointing business model but an ok store!

meh. When we went in for the first time it took literally three people at the front around 5 minutes to check us in because they couldn’t handle their weed and wouldn’t stop laughing long enough to do their job. If you work at a dispensary you should definitely be able to handle your weed a little better. Then the high gentle men after FINALLY getting us checked in went on about deals that he was literally just reading off a piece of paper when we said we just wanted flower. So I don’t need to know what cart, extract, and edible deals you have when I’m there for . . . Flower. Then there “bomb” flower that after tax is around 42 dollars an 1/8th which is ALOT, was leafy seedy and had literally no smell to it. I wound up once I went somewhere else throwing the flower away in the garbage. I then asked about the veritas pre packed eights they had about 20 on the top shelf so I would have rather taken one of those then the really bad “bomb” shelf weed. They said they were just displays 😂😂😂 so the only good weed they have are just displays. They are also displaying veritas when they don’t have any of it. It was a very sad experience but hey as a last last last last resort I guess you could make it work. It was just extremely MEH.

Great people and great products!! I love the consistency here. Their store brand edibles are a great buy! They offer great selection. As a bonus, their clones are healthy and strong. I highly recommend taking the drive out there.

Living in Windsor, I’ve been traveling to Greeley or Fort Collins for years to go to the dispensary. Recently was referred to Natures Herb in Milliken and had an amazing first experience. I retuned earlier this week and was warmly greeted by the woman at the “checkin” desk. Once through to the floor I approached the counter and received atrocious service from a bud tender, Crystal. I wouldn’t usually post a review but, after overhearing she was a manager I felt it deserved to be notated. It is unfortunate to have such a warm staff that clearly care very much about your customer base be overshadowed by someone in a superior role.

Used to be great but tried calling this evening not even sure who the hell I spoke to some newer female employee insisting that they don't have any pre weigh ounces hand when in the past they would always give me the ounce price even if I had to buy it in half ounces then actively being almost no help whatsoever no customer service skills whatsoever and insisting that I would end up having to spend almost 90 or 100 out the door on half ounce prices wouldn't tell me what the strains were etc and I'm not going to drive to Milliken from Fort Collins when I'm used to paying $71 and change out the door with tax for an ounce when they're wanting to try and jack their prices to almost a hundred bucks for the same stuff? Yeah no.Not sure who that chick is but she was one of the female closers at least on the phone as of 7:40 p.m. on Saturday September 9th and whoever hired her you guys need to fire her and I'm not going to give you my business again either until you lower prices back to that price point or fire your rather rude and incompetent employees.But I guess thanks for saving me the gas? Heh.

There needs to be a line system like every other dispensary in the state!!! At least move the back atm up to the front or put the atms in the lobby area. As soon as you go to the back atm you lose your spot in line I've had 5 people jump ahead and it's happened more than once!!! Second get an electrical door closure for the front door. Not handicap friendly at all!! The door is very heavy. My friend in a wheelchair can't even open by himself 😔. You all can do better !!!

I’d give them 10 stars if I could, I came here for their anniversary and they totally hooked me up! What a beautiful shop to shop at as well. The outside is awesome. There was a huge line for the anniversary sale which was expected but totally worthy it when I got inside. $20 quarters and $10 concentrations all the way down north like that? It doesn’t get any better. They Had some amazing strains and you could even watch through the floor windows as they made edibles or whatever down below. Everyone was so cool and nice like they love being there. So awesome I would come here all the time if I lived closer.

This place is AMAZING! Super clean, absolutely stunning design, beautiful interiors! You can see the labs downstairs where they are preparing products from floor windows, it's great! Large parking lot and easy to get in and out. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and it feels like everyone loves working there. There is an ATM to pay with card. Honestly we were expecting a tiny place but this shop is one of the classiest I've ever seen.
