Mill Haus is a cozy café in the heart of Milliken, CO. The aroma of coffee and baked treats warms the heart. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My family and I have turned to LaNette and Mill Haus for several important occasions, such as birthdays, celebration of life and catered food. Our dog Whisper was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer in 2021, with her passing in 2022. Mill Haus made a wonderful celebration of life cake for her (pictured). My life is extremely busy, and I can always count on Mill Haus to provide a delicious dinner for my husband and me. Thank you LaNette and Mill Haus staff.

I have been here twice now and their breakfast sandwiches are absolutely amazing. My husband and I love that they sell farm fresh eggs and locally made fire cider here as well! Coffee is the best in the area but I wish they would pay more attention to special orders. I don’t like my coffee very sweet - I tried a vanilla latte with half the vanilla and it still had 4 pumps of vanilla and was way too sweet for me. No big deal, I ordered the same drink again a few days later with only 2 pumps and it was just as sweet if not sweeter than last time, so it must not have gotten 2 pumps. This would be a 5 star review if I could just get my drinks less sweet. I don’t want to rule out their coffee just yet though, so I might try their iced coffee/cold brew to see if that is a better fit. We’ll definitely be back for their sandwiches!

If you want to experience small-town Colorado, this is one of your stops. It is small, and shares space with the satellite library. It can often be a one woman show so you may have a wait to place your order. Coffee, smoothies, some very nice breakfast and lunch entrees, really nice salads and house-made desserts.. A few locals have their wares on a shelf for sale. Plenty of free parking. If you have littles along you can go out to the shady yard and throw a ball or just run around, play the bells, maybe visit the history house nearby.

The breakfast sandwich was delicious. The egg was so fluffy and tender. The panini was divine. The chicken was seasoned to perfection. The coffee was great. Not overly sweetened or flavored. We enjoyed our visit here very much. If we come back through Milliken, we will definitely stop again.Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant and it was nice that they had milk alternatives for the latte.

LaNette helped me host a belated birthday tea. I had friends that drove in from Denver & Broomfield & Wellington & Platteville. Everyone had a fabulous time. The food & atmosphere were fantastic. We all had such a wonderful time. LaNette is such an awesome chef & so accommodating. Mill Haus Coffee has regular hours as well as special occasion parties after hours. I highly recommend doing both.Update on Tea at Mill Haus. We had so much fun last year we booked again this year. A magnificent time was had by all. Stop by for coffee & a pastry or a panini. LaNette is the best!

We used Mill Haus Coffee for our wedding cake. LaNette was great to work with and very helpful when we were picking out flavors and figuring out how we wanted to order the cakes. Our cake turned out beautiful and exactly how I imagined. We got so many compliments on how the cake tasted and it was definitely my favorite wedding cake I’ve ever had! I definitely recommend LaNette for wedding cakes!

Outstanding coffee and panini spot in the Milliken Library! This was by far one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have had. The owners take time to make there own bread and pastries which is a plus. Also, they are extremely friendly! Support local and go in for a panini!

I haven't tried the bakery side yet, so this is purely for the cafe. I love the location and atmosphere, especially being in the same building as the library, and LaNette is wonderful, but the coffee tastes burnt, the flavorings taste off (I've ordered a hazelnut mocha and pumpkin spice latte and I couldn't finish either one), and the total is pricey for a medium drink and tiny "burrito" (~$14). I keep wanting to come back as I dislike supporting Starbucks, but at this point their coffee tastes better.

Mill Haus Coffee is just what Milliken needed. The fresh paninis are amazing and I love the variety of baked goods available. LaNette and Aaron pour their love into everything they create. They do so much for our community and I’m so happy to see Mill Haus be a success. The space is so welcoming and I love to see them support so many local artists, local small business owners and creators.

Great little coffee shop/library to stop and enjoy a delicious sandwich and beverage. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They also have some local artist pieces for purchase if you'd like.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome. They have a little library inside and some kids toys. During the month theyll have storytime or kids activities.

The people were really kind and patient. I had no idea what to get so I asked this really nice lady sitting at a table nearby what she would recommend and she said the red panda sandwich (her husbands favorite) and I had a nice conversation with her. I tried that sandwich and it was amazing and I look forward to trying that delicious sandwich again!

Lanette, the gal behind Mill Haus is by far the most exceptional GF chef I’ve ever come across. She is thoughtful and detailed with her approach and her baked goods are fantastic. She makes her own GF bread for her breakfast sandwiches and there’s always some kind of delicious GF baked good in the case. She also does baked goods for the holidays that you can preorder and serve. I really appreciate knowing I can get something delicious and not have to make it. She is simply the best. Mill Haus is also my favorite spot in town.

Absolutely fabulous. The gluten free focaccia that is made in house is to die for. I was visiting from out of state and the breakfast sandwich here was the highlight of my trip. Coffee was very good too.

Pretty fire sandwiches, good coffee. Actually not super bitter, pretty tastefully sweet but not overwhelming, apple turnover was lacking in filling: edit; sorry it's taken me so long to write this back but the turnover I originally got was the Wong one, the owner made it up to me the next time I came in and gave me a free apple turnover. Apple turnover (the real one lol) was 10/10 delicious. Overall 9/10Vegetarian options: Few non meat optionsDietary restrictions: Gluten free options and milk alternatives

The people who works there are super nice and sweet, but this morning when my friend and I went to get coffee we ended up waiting for 30 mins for her coffee since they forgot about her drink. When she ended up getting her drink there were coffee grounds in the bottom of it that had made their way into the drink, it tasted good but they coffee grounds were gross. My hot chocolate ended up just being milk. Its a great atmosphere but the drinks aren't great and the employees have no idea what they are doing. They did give us free donuts for the wait but I regret going.

We just moved to town and I am SO excited to have such a good coffee shop so close! I stopped by and got one of their breakfast sandwiches and a coffee and both were amazing! They also have a HUGE selection of pastries that look incredible. The barista Caitlyn was also incredibly welcoming. My family can't wait to try their Saturday morning cinnamon rolls! I definitely recommend going by Mill Haus Coffee in the same building as the Milliken library!

Absolutely fantastic place! The ambience is so cozy and homey, the coffee was so delicious and the paninis are truly out of the world. I'm drooling just thinking about them again...You can't find anywhere else like it in Milliken! Please do yourself a favor and check Mill Haus out!

I have been waiting for months for this cute coffee shop to open. It finally opened and it was an exciting day. I got some yummy white chocolate mocha and a homemade piece of coffee cake with just a perfect amount of crumbles. I have found my official place to escape the craziness of my home and come to a relaxing space to work.
