My baby was running a fever at 4:00am on Monday and 711 is the only place open. I called to see if they had infant Tylenol and the guy working there checked for me and had one remaining bottle. He set it aside for me until I could pick it up. I really appreciated the customer service!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Customer service is non existent when presumptuous cashiers assume things. I was on my phone, not one word spoken to the cashier but was told after her listening to my conversation that she couldn't sale to me because its a nicotine product and "obviously not for me", which I had the empty package with me for 1 flavor and was asking about other flavors thst are good on my phone call ( they were for me). Okay, I get that but to not even hear 1 word from my mouth and determine you can't sale to me. Maybe let me tell you what I want, which was a few other items. After that, another employee was walking around laughing at me. I'll take my business elsewhere. Maybe they are prejudice against the disabled or just ignorant 🤷‍♀️

Place is trash. Also, the pump says that I pumped 5 gals, but what I actually received was far less. Proof is in the photo. No help from the cashier inside. Ripping people off.

Most of the time employees are disrespect a lady watched us giving nasty looks while we grabbed a slurpee and yelled at us the next time we come to leave our backpacks up front. If it's that serious they need a sign because employees don't usually bother me about that

Never had an issue until 8:00 pm on 3/13/22. The cashier wouldn't accept my digital Colorado ID for nicotine sales. And told me that store alone doesn't abide by governor polis making it legal in 2019. Thanks for keeping your employees well trained on Colorado laws! What a joke

Can't stand going in here ever since the new owners bought it. The employees (even managers) are super rude & completely unprofessional. I witnessed a young female employee challenge a customer, call her names, say she could get out of her store and followed her out to the door and continue to yell. The employee came back into the store and proceeded to talk about the customer to the male employee in front of all the other customers. This was horrifying to witness, a huge turn off. What ever happened to customer service? The Johnstown store employees share the same attitude, which is why I started going to the Milliken store. It seems the new owners are ok with this behavior, which is why today was my last time in either store! If you'd rather not be treated like garbage go elsewhere!

The guy working i believe his name was Ethan was awesome helped me find what i needed was really nice! Definitely someone who i believe deserves a raise cause this guy was on top of stuff. Bathroom was clean, Store was clean, everything was stocked and filled even the car window wash stations which is rare. Thanks bruh

Stopped here on a quick lunch break between my job surveys. Quick food was hot and readily available. The young clerk who helped me even checked the temperature of the taquitos I ordered before bagging them. Thank you! After a horrible experience with cold and stale food from another 7-11 in Thornton, this location is holding higher standards of food safety. Thank you thank you thank you!

Employees here are a joke. There was 5 crack heads hanging out talking to the employee and ignored me for 5 minutes then she final took my items… I know it’s hard to find good help but employees are the worst now days especially in Milliken as it’s mostly low income trash.

Friendly workers but...... One day I went in and got a couple cream cheese jalapeno taquitos and they were ice cold inside. I called to complain and the guy said to bring them back and he would warm them up.....like what? In the microwave? No thanks. I will get gas and a cold drink from here in the future but that is about it.

This is getting worse there’s was no pump open and people are just parked we’re the pumps are so you could fill up gas and they parked there don’t even put gas I had to wait until a car moved so I could pump gas in my car there was 3 cars one on each pump the one in the middle was a truck and parked just in the middle of the 2 pumps I’ve even honked on him wen he got off he didn’t even cared… I guess I can put gas else we’re.. since they let customers park we’re ever they want.. just to get beer or anything else but gas… this happened around 7 … you can look at the cameras…

Pump won't print receipt, so I go inside to get one, and clerk was going to print one for however much I wanted. Wrong... not even sure if the card reader had one of those copier codes. Reporting my card to bank and replacing it because pretty sure clerk was in on it

I have never been inside but for a gas station the pumps are terrible. It literally takes 5 minutes to get a gallon of gas (it's been like this for months) Save the time and go somewhere else.
