We stopped in here last weekend while visiting town and got the cutest bandana for our cat, Lewis! It’s the perfect size and suits him very well. We only wish we had bought more bandanas as we were only visiting and it doesn’t appear Gigi’s has an online store.

Came here on a quick trip with our newly adopted shelter dog and he was treated like the greatest king. Unfortunately I didn’t get the names of the two male workers due to excitement but they made the trip so worth while for all of us. We’ll DEFINITELY be back and the employees deserve all the best things in the world like they gave our baby Arlo!!

This place is fantastic! We went here twice during our long weekend stay and had a great time chatting with the employee and getting some really beautiful cat shirts. Highly recommend!!

Holy cow! What a great place to buy all kinds of stuff for your furry friend. We bought a set of doggles for our Havanese, Felix. He loves to ride on our Can-Am Spyder. Our Felix got bigger and those goggles just didn't fit quite right. The owner took those doggles back, replaced them for free and I've never been treated so well by a business. He personally sized the new ones and made recommendations to ensure our pup was safe on the road. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely loved my visit to Gigi's! They have an amazing selection of all things pet related, including shirts, toys, signs, socks, toys, leashes, collars, etc. Paul helped us find everything Pekingese related and was helpful to not just us, but everyone else in the store. You can tell he has a true passion for pets and their people! I live out of state and will be sure to come back just to visit! I can't wait to give my pups their new toys!

Great shop for pets and their owners alike. Huge selection of unique and fun gifts. I enjoyed a great conversation with the owner. His passion for what he does really shines through his enthusiasm. Very welcoming, knowledgeable and fun. I will definitely be returning to but some gifts for our pets next time I visit the area.

Cute little shop that offers souvenirs for your pet. There are lots of breed specific merch like socks, shirts, stickers, and even memorial frames. A great selection of collars, clothes, toys, and sling carriers for your pet. The owner is really nice and helped me pick out the right size harness for my dog. I was assured that there would be no problem returning if it didn't fit, great customer service. I was there 15 minutes before closing and he never tried to rush me even though I'm sure he had been there all day and was ready to go home. I had stopped by a few times before but this last experience has made me a huge fan.

Wonderful experience. A very nice gentleman helped me find the right pair of doggles for my girl. I’ve been looking everywhere for a store that stocks them brick and mortar.Most of all I appreciate how careful he was about fit and giving me tips to help keep her eyes trimmed back. 10/10

This shop has lots of items for animal lovers and is very dog friendly. I was looking for some kind of goggles to protect the eyes of my blind golden retriever and the owner took alot of time to try on samples and see if anything they had might work. He then went on line and showed me another option that they are unable to carry at this time as he thought they might work better for her. I especially appreciated his time as he knew we were traveling and would not be coming back to the store. I cant say enough good things about the customer service. Thank you gigi's!

As a ferret owner, I have gotten used to not finding things with ferrets on them the way cat and dog owners do. Finally, I found Gigi's! They had ferret socks, plushies, stickers, toys, wine stoppers, signs, everything I could have hoped for! I tried not to clear out their whole supply but almost did. Staff is amazingly sweet and nice, talked to me about ferrets and other pets while I waited to be rung up and was very kind when there was an issue with payment. Will definitely be going back next time I'm in Manitou!

Awesome shop with fun, unique, and useful pet products and gifts for pet lovers who want to find items you can't find at the vast majority of pet stores. This shop has more breed specific products than I've ever seen in any other store, which was incredibly helpful in finding gifts for family members who love survivor breeds of dogs. Moreover, the shop owner is incredibly helpful and friendly.

Native of Colorado and love visiting manitou springs. This is usually a very cool store but the owner doesn't know how to treat people and is a jerk. Won't be revisiting.

So walked in shop and began looking around. We are traveling in an RV and had seen this shop a couple days ago. My daughter wanted to visit the store and spend her saved money. Her passion is her boxers. Found several things Iwe were gonna buy for her and Father’s Day. All things I have seen in other shops back home, but these would have been tied to our vacay journeys even though none where designed with location markings to identify where we were. Just standard pet owner shirts, signs, and such. Daughter sudden had to go to bathroom. They said they didn’t have one. Daughter says just check out and I will run to Rv which was abounds t 6 blocks away, and we can go after you check out. I then asked the lady if they Had a place we could try shirts on and she said “no, we don’t have a place for people to try on” I asked her if we could try on over our shirt... got no answer so I quickly put everything back in Alpha order like I got them and left with my $150.00 I was fixing to spend.
