As soon as I walked in I was profiled and treated rudely, noone even said hello. After 10 minutes or so I was told to leave the store, because I was wearing a coat,in early spring at 9am... When I said why didn't you say this earlier I was ignore and followd out of the store. Avoid unless you like being harassed. Go to ACE, better people there.

Been going to this location for years. Never had a problem until this new manager lady showed up a few months ago. She hassles me about getting propane. Not only does she hassle me about the upcoming expiration date (in two years) but she also hassles me about loading the propane into the back of my Toyota truck while literally standing there doing nothing while I strap it down (in an upright position). Been doing it the same way for years and taking it up to Storm Mountain.The tipping edge was yesterday. After hassling me about the propane I elected to pay inside as I had some other items I needed to buy. She gives me a printout for the propane. I go inside and grab a few items and then proceed to the register. She hassles me AGAIN about the receipt saying it wasn't the one she gave me.Its no longer worth it to save a few pennies on propane at TS. There are plenty of other places to get propane and the other items I regularly purchase.I plan to pop into the store a few times just to see if that lady is still working there. If she is, I'm NOT doing any more business with TS.

Went in the store to buy a chicken coop. They have it in stock but wouldn’t sell it to me because it was raining outside. The person said it was company policy that they couldn’t sell it to me because of a safety issue. The coop was located in their outdoor barn. I offered to come back in an hour after the rain was done and she said she would have to make sure lightning wasn’t with 10 miles and she told me to come back tomorrow. I could tell that she didn’t want to make the sale today. I called the Fort Collins location and they said they would sell me one in the rain and never heard of that policy. Unfortunately they didn’t have the coop in stock at that store. Not a great customer experience. Normally this is a great store and everyone is great, not today…

Bought a riding lawn mower from them. They refused to hold it for me, but I couldn't buy it online either because it wasn't in their system. I called the corporate number and bought it over the phone. The person on the corporate line told me I could have just put it on hold for 24hr until I was able to get a trailer. I told her they wouldn't let me - she said they should because it is company policy. I went to rent a trailer and I called the store for the exact measurements of the packaging to ensure the mower fit in the trailer available. I was told there is only one person with a tape measure in the store at Fri/3pm and it took 40 min to get the measurements. After we got the trailer loaded, they wanted me to pull out without strapping the mower to the trailer so they could go back inside. The assistant was very annoyed I refused to move the car until I got at least one strap holding the new mower down.

Attempted to pick up and online order 19JAN, i was told by the clerk Daniel to comeback at a later time because the outside storage area is locked 30minets prior to closing. After leaving i realized it was 7:25PM. I went back into the store and Daniel told me by the store clock it was Exactly 7:30PM. The employees apparently closed early. When asking manager’s info Daniel said he could not give it out. Frustrating to drive with 5$ a gallon diesel to be turned away when the store hours run until 8:00PM. I will be canceling the order and doing business elsewhere. I needed this item prior to an inbound winter storm for animal safety.

I was looking for a pair of dress cowboy boots, looking at all of the different "online" boot sellers and not finding anything, until I remembered that good western wear is usually found at farm and ranch suppliers. When I went to Tractor Supply Company's website, bingo I found not only the boots I wanted, but more apparel that I wanted to buy. I ordered the boots and had them ship to store. When they arrived and I went to pick them up, and It took all of five minutes! Very impressed, I will continue shopping with TSC first, before all the other western wear websites!

Great store and some awesome customer service as well. We always come in here for our dog food and end up browsing around picking up a knick knack or two. The customer service is amazing and friendly. They're always on top of it and want to help you out as much as possible. The only reason I'm not getting it 5 stars is because it seems EVERY time that I come in, the shelves are empty of their 4Health dog food. If they could keep the dog food shelves stocked, I would happily bump it up to five stars. But it seems they don't order enough stock to keep it on the shelves.

Nice store, nice staff, nice building! Well organized store everything in it's place. The staff was nice and helpful, though there weren't many around. I appreciate that there is a couple rewards program available, as it encourages me and hopefully others to shop local. I get my dog food here, but they definitely offer so much more!!!

My wife & I stopped to get a few items to help hang some outdoor lights. We could not help but enjoy seeing the variety of baby chicks on display - so cute! Fortunately, Tractor Supply is close to our home --because I had picked the wrong size of zip ties that I needed. The cashier was very accommodating. My returning an already open package was readily accepted, and I got the correct size in a jiffy. Great service!

Tried to get my propane tank filled. Went in an asked a nice Gal. She paged someone to help me. I waited exactly 15 min no one came out to fill my propane. I went back I. And asked again. She paged again. I pro ceded to wait 10 more min. Still no one. Your place lost my business. For good

So I made an in store purchase on June 9th 2021. They charged my debit card the same day. Then they put a hold on my card a week later for no reason in which it temporarily got released back to my account. Then a few days after that. They recharged my card resulting in a negative balance. Ive called customer relations numerous times. Just for a continued waiting game. I keep getting told oh wait another 48 hours..its been 2 weeks with no resolution.

My friend took me in, otherwise I never would've never known about this little gem! They're really adorable fashion for both the true farmer and us green thumbers. The baby clothes are so so cute! Unbelievably wide number of great products ranging from tractors, pet supplies and fashion.

Very clean store! They have a good selection of animal feed and medications from dogs and cats to horses and chickens and accessories for them as well. Just bought some chicks and ducklings from them cute and healthy as can be!

We use the dog wash every week. It's wonderful and everyone that works there is so nice and willing to help out and answer any questions that you have. They're great people!

Opened as I got there, he answered all my questions. Could tell me just where to find what I was searching for. Store was very clean and. Easy to get around in. Even the parking lot was clean. We had to exchange my son's carhart and even that was super easy!!

I stop by here for the pet washing station. It's a good deal for $10 if you don't want to wash your doggo in your tub at home. I bring my own shampoo and brushes but they have a nice selection of shampoos available to use as well as a grooming table and a high velocity dryer. Not sure if it's because of covid but they only allow one customer in the washing area at a time so it's nice to not have other dogs around as a distraction.

Anyone looking to apply at this location DON'T!! My husband put in an application 2 weeks ago and ended getting a call the day after he applied for an interview. He went in for his interview "manager position" and was told he was hired then they told him to come back the 10th to sign paperwork so they could send him to Bennett Co for his training. He goes in today and manager isn't even there so they told my hubby they'd call at noon only to be told his application was terminated?!! The Absolute worst place to try getting a job💯💯💯

Great products and decent prices, but store seems to be severely understaffed. I've had a terrible trying to find help the last 3 times I've been in there over the space of the last 2 weeks. I was told last time that there were only 2 people in the entire store. Today, I just ended up going somewhere else because the only person I find for questions was the checkout clerk who I'm guessing couldn't leave the front.

Their prices on pet food is great. I shop there for my rabbit kibble and hay. Also get stuff for my garden too. I just wish tractor supply as a whole would stop supporting the large scale chicken operation by selling all those chicks every spring. It breaks my heart to see them.

They had a sale going on. Husband got him some Ararat boots and a thick plaid shirt. I found a vest and jeans that are lined for the cold weather. We really like all Tractor Supply stores.

I came here because about a week ago I got really good customer service over the phone regarding my duck feed made the trip from Johnstown and received exceptional customer service in the store!

Grate local store for all sorts of DIY supply's. I always end up needing some bolts or hardware and come here first for the good selection and prices. Only issue I have is there, is the "deal bins" right as you walk in, and they are too hard to resist. I usually end up buying some tools on clearance or on special for the rainy days.
