The Hot Cross buns from this Safeway were absolutely perfect this Easter. Around here they are often hit and miss. They can be over baked, raw and doughy in the middle or something else wrong, but boy they got them right this time. They even had lemon ones, which I've never seen before.

This is related to my experience at this Safeway pharmacy. The pharmacy staff were unacceptably unprofessional from the moment that I walked up to the counter. Visibly disgusted that I was there, needing the rest of my medication that they did not have over the prior weekend and receiving a refund from the extra that I had paid due the their system being down (rolling eyes, heavy sighing, tssking loudly and generally being rude). I was told over the weekend to come back at the beginning of the week to get everything sorted out. Since there was a cyberatrack on pharmacies across the country, Good Rx and most prescription refill insurance methods could not be fulfilled. Even though I paid a much higher price than what I would have through GoodRx at the time, I was also told that they would refund the extra costs when I came back. When I mentioned this to the same pharmacy staff member that I dealt with over the weekend, she and the others acted like I was creating a major disturbance in their work day, I would be holding up other customers, (who had just walked up behind me) and that I was the cause of all of their difficulties associated with the cyberattack. This was incredibly unprofessional and not what anyone deserves in their customer service experiences. When I finally finished with this unacceptable encounter and mentioned that they would not be seeing me again, the one word reply said it all. The pharmacy assistant said "GOOD". Never again!!!!

By offering conventional food cheaper than organic, they’re making the customer pay extra not to be poisoned. They throw away half the food and will call the police if you’re in the trash. If you’re an employee they’ll fire you. Then the billion dollar company asks YOU to help end hunger at the register even tho they just doubled prices for corporate profits alone. The irony is literally painful. Good thing land is so unattainable or people would just grow their own food.

The bakery ladies here are the best and they do a great job! This store has a great crew and down to earth store manager who seems to value his employees! The bakery is addicting so stay away- it’s all mine hehehe

I want to thank 3 extraordinary people for their kindness. I accidentally locked my keys along with my purse & cellphone in my car. Mickey, Kathy & especially Noah went above and beyond any employee. They truly should be commended for their help and carin. I will always be grateful. We have 2 other Safeway stores closer to my house but I have always loved this store! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I love shopping at the Safeway in Loveland on Taft and Eisenhower. I'm hoping they never merge with Kroger. Only Safeway carries specialty products no one else does. And their staff is very helpful and friendly-a testament to management and training.

So busy at the check out with only a couple of checkers working. Is 25 minutes the new expectation for 6 people in the express lane? If so I guess I should give better reviews and adjust my expectations to check out with 1 item.

So rude. I asked To have 2-1 gallon of milks put in one bag and double bag it. The girl proceeded To tell me that that was never going to work and lazily Floppd them in there.. I adjusted and they fit fine as they have for the last twenty years. Not to mention they had nothing in stock. I would definitely recommend a different location.

I wouldn’t even rate this establishment 1 star it deserves 0. The owner is very rude to people of color and not only did he deny me to enter the store but he said that he would tell all his registers to deny me service. Absolute garbage the owner is rude and has a disgusting personality I don’t know how they can allow someone like that to run Safeway. Safeway used to be my number one store. But I’ll be spending my money at kings now.

What's the point of having the main grocery items, "milk"-"bread"-"eggs" always in completely different areas and so far from entrance in every single location, even though you have 3 locations within 5 minutes of each other. At least make one a little easier to grab the main staple items super fast and not at back or opposite sides.

Clean store. Service usually okay. Cashier was great this time. June 11th at 10pm. Produce section is just unusual and doesn't flow well making it hard to find certain things.

Be sure to sign up with your phone number to get special deals. For a grocery store, the employees who check you out are funny and delightful. If your product doesn't scan for the posted lower price, the customer service person apologizes and makes it right. Clean and quality food at regular prices. My favorite is the sushi and fried chicken

The staff at this specific store location is amazing! From checkout clerks to bakery employees to meats and deli… the staff is always friendly and helpful! They offer great suggestions and are always happy to help if you’re having trouble navigating the app to find the best deals! Keep up the great work!

In order to accommodate all of the new Beer and Wine selections, grocery items seem to have taken a back seat and the selection is pathetic in this store. The canned veg aisle is so depleted it's hard to even find. They have buried the aisle that holds butter and bottled juices to where it's difficult to find as well. There are no remployees to help the customers and the cashiers don't have a clue. Time to find a new store to shop it. This is amazing since the area is filling up with tons of new apt. Building briming worth potential customers. Watch their customers desert this ship if another company opens a store is this neighborhood. I would be gone on a heart beat.

Got there at 5:55 because I didn’t know they opened at 6, most stores are 24 hours or open at 5. Then, I stood out front until 6:10 and they never opened the doors. The store is a dump anyway, I went there because it is a little bit closer than King Soopers and I only needed 1 thing; but, this was my final time trying this location.

Gradually getting past "Where the heck is the <cheese, sausage, almond milk, distilled water>??" moments as we adapt to the recent changes. It's sad that more stores are shifting to Costco's "let's make shopping into an adventure game" psycho-tactics. Even so, this is still our go-to grocery store in Loveland: selection, quality, "traffic flow" and people.

The store is decent, and they do offer a lot of coupons to save. What I truly dislike about this place is that it is nearly impossible to keep up with the receipt/checkout process to make sure you are getting the prices you should.Like 50% of the time my wife catches something after going over the receipt carefully, and we have to deal with customer service to get it fixed. While customer service is nice, I'd rather not have to study the receipt to make sure I was given the proper price and then deal with someone else to make it right.

I haven't been to many Safeway stores, but I have always had a good experience at this one. The employees are all kind and helpful if you ask them questions. Their prices are fair with a wide range of selection. It also isn't too terribly busy which I am a fan of. The checkout lines always go quickly and are never very long. I recommend this spot for your typical grocery store needs.

This Safeway Pharmacy and it's staff are the best! We have been using it for years and keep using it because the pharmacy staff is so wonderful. We trust them to be more knowledgeable than our doctors when it comes to catching possible problems that may exist with other medicines or our health conditions. They always call us if they have any questions at all about the prescription before they fill it. They remind us of shots we need. They are friendly and know who we are and genuinely care about us. Dawn, Morgan, Hillary, and Gail work their tails off to make sure the customers are given the best service possible! Thank you ladies! Thank you for being so friendly and caring! We appreciate you!

I love the store I moved across town bought a house in July I went back and was upset they are turning into walmart 2 checkers the rest is self checkout thats not cool I dont mind checking myself out however the great employee's have families dont be like walmart
