I’ve been coming to this petsmart to groom my little guy for over a year. I’ve never had a bad experience. They always do a great job and are so sweet to my dog. He leaves looking like a new man! Charlotte did his cut this time and he looks so good!

I have a miniature Goldendoodle and she was in desperate need of grooming. Everywhere else was booked out farther than expected. Petsmart had same day availability. I was able to confirm her records were up to date from her Arizona grooming. Booked quickly and took her in for a consult. Discussed with the groomer, Kati, what the expectations were. Kati was very transparent and upfront with what may or may not be required, along with addition upgrade/downgrade of charges. Lil Miss Dolly was slightly anxious, but way better than in the past with groomers. Fast forward 4 hours later and was called to tell us Dolly was ready. Kati met well beyond my expectations and I look forward to future grooming appointments. Not to mention, all the staff was absolutely amazing, but my word is Kati top notch. I am very hard to please but the moment I saw my lil girl, I was in heaven. She looks so eloquent and well cared for. Thank you again Kati. Attached is a picture of her relaxing and her fluffy coat.

We have 3 dogs and have taken them to PetSmart a number of times in the past to be groomed. The groomers we have worked with have all for the most part done a wonderful job. This review is not based on their work.We scheduled all 3 for appointments at the Loveland store a while back and when we took them in the individual the at the desk was immediately very rude to us. Their appointments were staggered and we were told in a cold angry way that we couldn't leave all 3 and pick them all up when they were done, like they have allowed us to do many times over the years. We decided to turn around and cancel the appointments as we were worried about how our dogs would be treated after this interaction with this unhinged employee.Rescheduled with the Fort Collins store only to be called the day before telling us one of our dogs that has had some issues/aggression in the past, couldn't be groomed on a Saturday, too busy they said, and we would have to reschedule between Monday and Thursday. We need more notice than this.Having 3 dogs is stressful as many of you know. With our busy schedules, it is much easier to take all 3 dogs at once. We will not be taking then back to PetSmart based on the poor treatment we received and this new wrinkle of not being able to take all 3 on the weekend.I want to stress, this is in no way an indictment of the great groomers that have groomed our dogs in the past!

Love the grooming here! Affordable prices compared to other places, and the groomers really love the pets that come in.I take my corgi here and Jordan always does an amazing job with him!!! He's got that cute shaped corgi butt every time!!!

The grooming department is extremely racist. :/ They refused to take my dog’s vaccinations because they were from Mexico. My dog was purchased from a reputable breeder in Guadalajara, MX he is a champion bloodline. While I was in Mexico picking up my dog, I got a rabies shot for my other Shih Tzu. The manager said she couldn’t take him because there was no expiration date on the vaccinations card. But when I went back to my vehicle, the expiration date is shown on the sticker with a serial number.

Love this Petsmart. They always have what I need for my fur babies. Lately they've been running short on some supplies. The cashiers are always super sweet and fun! Love striking up conversations with them about our pets. Long time visitor to this Petsmart and it's still my favorite location, however, they don't have the staff that they used to have, I understand everyone is short staffed right now, but that means limited assistance. The past few times I've visited I couldn't find anyone to ask questions or ask for assistance with larger items, like cat litter. Today I helped a sweet elderly lady bring down some small items she couldn't reach on her own. She couldn't find anyone to help her :/ . I've also noticed that they've been stocking during higher traffic times now and that didn't use to be the case. Or they would have things in carts so customers could get through isles. Today there were several associates restocking with large pallets on jacks that took up the whole isle so you can't get through and they do not move it out of the way so you have to walk all the way around to get to the other side. If you're handicapped or have a mobility issue this can be a problem. And please make sure to check all of your food items, there was a bag I didn't end up getting because it was expired but still on the shelf. That was disappointing.

Though the store was still being stocked for its new seasonal aisle, it didn't stop the associates from being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did not have what I specifically needed (boots for my weird hot dog pup :) ) but they had an open return policy if my choice didn't fit well. Clean store, well stocked and good sales.

They needed some restocking everywhere after black Friday, but the gal in the fish department knew her stuff- helped us with everything we needed to set up a fish tank- also told us the best day to come in for fish (which happens to be Thursdays.) She was great.

I mentioned in the comments that my dog is afraid of the hairdryer so the groomer that was supposed to do his appointment on Thursday, December 21 called and said that she could not do it because she couldn’t take the time because he was afraid of the hairdryer. She said I should bring him in on Saturday the 23rd for another Groomer to do instead.My son showed up at 12:15 and was told that his appointment wasn’t until 1230 so he had to sit and wait until several groomers showed up at 12:30 and then they finally took my dog in about 1245.I finally got a call after 4o’clock to come and get my dog. Imagine my shock - he had been shaved from nose to butt with just one length of blade. They left his ears long and they left his tail long. But no attempt at making any type of golden doodle style in between.Plus I paid extra to have his nails ground, and , they were sharp edges on all of his nails, and in between one of his pads had been cut with the scissors and was bleeding. I took him to our vet for some medicine then too.After this experience, never again will I use this Petsmart. And so many places anymore send out questionnaires of service afterwards, but of course, never received anything from Petsmart. I’m not sure if they just don’t want to hear it or just don’t really care.

Their groomers are awful. Took my cat to get his hair cut, and it wasn't evened out at all. His tail tip hadn't been touched and had mats and discarded fur left in it that I had to brush out when we were home. His face and legs also weren't proportional to the rest of his body. I'll be finding someone else.The store itself is fine.

The staff was very helpful, offering to take out several pets for a closer look. We considered a guinea pig and the staff member did a great job explaining what to expect with that pet and the habitat needed.

They just basically shaved all of my mini doodle's hair off. I nearly cried when I saw her. We didn't even recognize her.

I ordered online for in-store pickup. I ordered so late I didn't expect it to be ready until the next day. But within just a few minutes I got a notification saying it was ready!I couldn't go get it though, so I went the next day. The women who greeted me answered my questions and got my order. I'd already paid, so I was in and out in maybe two minutes. Great experience. Will definitely do it again.

Absolutely horrible grooming! While the groomers are friendly the one that butchered my boy should be ashamed of herself! Not knowing how to groom is dog abuse and neglect! She shaved my Pomeranian and now his guard coat is not growing back. Simpleton!

I love the employees here, I mean you really have to love animals to work here and they all do. So friendly I come here for everything my dog needs, btw he's a Shih Tzu... The groomers there are so nice and do an amazing job everytime!

Took our three dogs into the grooming department. We warned them to do one dog's toenails last because her paws are sensitive and ticklish we also mentioned that she is a special needs dog that has ongoing neurological issues, hence the sensitive paws, but we explained how to handle her and were assured that they understood and would take good care of our dog. So we left her and our other two dogs with them being told to come back in a few hours.Instead they decided to do her toenails first during the bath. Well, as predicted our 1 and a half year old dog panicked and wouldn't cooperate, so instead of finishing her bath they called us to come get our dog with shampoo suds still in her fur. They didn't bother to even rinse out the shampoo. Additionally they went as far as banning us from ever returning with this dog to their grooming department.Our dog is a year and a half, Bernese Mountain dog mixed with a Giant Mastiff so even though she's still a puppy, she weighs 95 pounds. I don't think there was a single staff member in the grooming department that weighed as much as she does. They were all used to much smaller "lap dogs" and obviously had no experience or training with a larger breed dog.We had to take our dog back to her regular groomer when he returned from his vacation. He has has no issues dealing with our special needs puppy.If I could give PetSmart groomers zero stars I would. The entire grooming staff needs retrained or replaced.

Awful customer service. I stood by the fish wall. An associate walked by me twice, didn’t acknowledge me.I had to get someone.The reason why I’m complaining is because I did that job. It’s simple, acknowledge people. Ask if they need help.

I like PetSmart in Loveland my dog goes to the grooming department there he's very nervous of noises like hair dryers and things like that they are very gentle with him and he feels very comfortable he's been going there for a while and I appreciate the kindness that they give him in the rest of the store they're very kind when you're looking for things very helpful they always know where the items are that I asked for and I've been going there for a couple of years now no complaints

I have been going to them to have my French Bulldog groomed and have never had an issue. Yesterday something went wrong during the grooming and he was in incredible pain last night and this morning. I called and they offered for me to bring him in to see the Banfield Vets they have on site. Between Elizabeth (the vet) and Toby (the general manager) that worked with me, they absolutely 100% turned what should have been a horrible situation into a positive oneThank you both so much for everything
