Oreo is a complicated cocker spaniel, older, low-vision, arthritis, skin issues, a whole host of issues. Christi and others have been so good to her and we are appreciative of their expertise in handling her and grooming her. Oreo has been coming to Petco Grooming for many years.

I tried to call twice before bringing my dogs in for the walk in nail trim and was hung up on after waiting both times. I got them in the car and drove to petco only to see a sign that said no walk ins today. Very frustrating.

My dog and I love coming here. We call her visits "Spa Day", as she is treated so well. The groomers know who she is, and treat her like their own pup. They do a great job, and my dog is always clean and happy after her groom. I personally have had no issues with customer service; they are shorthanded like everyone else, and they do return your calls if you have to leave a message! I see that some of the reviews are bad about customer service, but isn't that everywhere these days?

Great overall experience. Easy communication & my dog looks adorable. We use to have mobile groomers come to our house but this is just as easy & saves $$. They do a great job & my dog loves them.

Maria was originally suggested to us as a Groomer and we are very delighted in her ability to groom our 21 month old male sheltie. Prior to Maria, and our first grooming appointment, our sheltie would not allow us to comb him (anywhere) regardless of the bribes. However, Maria's special touch and attention to detail has changed all that. All I have to do is grab his comb and brush and our sheltie is ecstatic and can hardly contain himself. He really loves the brushing. In closing, Maria receives an A+ in her field of expertise!! Go Maria!!

I have used them in the past and at first our experiences were very good. The last time I took my Australian shepherd in for her groom, the groomer didn’t listen to our instructions, and we had to send her back three times before we were MILDLY satisfied with the cut. And then a couple of weeks ago they cancelled my appointment without rescheduling. This morning was the last straw though. We had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 and they were CLOSED! Not one person there to open the door til nine, and when the doors finally did get opened they proceeded to tell us that the groomer was not even there. We were late for a meeting, and they wouldn’t let us leave her there - causing a major inconvenience for everyone involved. Didn’t get a resolved answer until 10:30 stating that the groomer had no called no showed and they would squeeze both my dogs in at 1:30. Their grooming services are super expensive and the unprofessional response gotten from them is just ridiculous in my opinion. Definitely will be finding a new groomer.

I have a 13 year old Labradoodle. Your Mandi has been grooming him for several years. We followed her when she transferred from Fort Collins to Loveland. She is great with Sunny. He looks good, but most of all she remains aware of his aging and need to spend less time standing. She's a real asset to your store.

I feel like a pre-appointment conversation can too easily turn into a page full of upsells. The groomer mentioning the dog's dandruff resulted in a $7 charge for conditioner. I caught on when she kept suggesting things like toenail grinding and teeth brushing. My total bill for a small dog was $61, then I was forced to add a tip at the front check out. Really, really expensive for a pretty minor hair cut. Looking for another option.

I was very happy with Sierra's care for Ruby. Her paws were super soft and nail trim was perfect! The deshedding treatment was so helpful in preparing her coat for the warm summer months.

This was our first time to use Petco for grooming. It was recommended (the Loveland Petco) by a co-worker. The employee that assisted me and my dawg was knowledgeable, friendly, and impressionable. My pup came home happy, soft, and smelling wonderful.

They never answer the phone to book appointments, it always goes to voicemail. I have been calling almost every day twice this week. I tried to book online but I can’t book anything unless it’s an expensive package. I can’t book simply a nail trim alone. Going to a local groomer now.

Let's just say my Yorky doesn't look like a Yorky anymore, the groomer shaved all of Molly's hair around her face off. Why, I have no idea, she didn't ask if she could do that. Molly now looks like a Chihuahua. Not happy
