Wow! Awesome experience! Bought some fish. I know almost nothing about fish. Bought all the stuff and 6 neon tetra fish. Need (want) a booklet... I will keep going there for sure.Also bought a lot of stuff for the dog. A floss, a camo harness, a muzzle, toys.... good quality, great prices.

Excellent grooming service, especially the deshedding done on our forever-shedding dog. Professional care, sensitive to our dog and very caring. I really like that the groomer likes and cares for our dog, which makes it so easy to leave him in the care of Petco for a few hours.

I take my dog to get groomed at Petco. They do a great job. The only negative thing is it takes a long time ( 3-4 hours).

Asked for help looking for a seat belt for harness for my dog. The associate said she’s never heard of such a thing and that Petco doesn’t carry things like that. Do you know who does? Pet smart!! Do better! Dogs lives matter!!!

We took our somewhat independent1 1/2 year Sheltie to Petco today for his 1st grooming via Maria, the groomer. Maria did an exceptional and over-the-top process in grooming him, as well as cutting and filing his nails, trimming his feeders, brushing his teeth, and from top to bottom he is a completely different dog. Excellent performance in grooming him! Thank you Petco!

Drive 40 minutes to get the free grooming only to be turned away because the pup is having an allergy issue with his eye. Great customer service, didn't even recommend having the vet in store check him out

23 Feb 2024: I was in to get some plants. Was advised to get a specific one plus my favorite anubias. I thanked the gentleman for guiding me ( this was about a month ago)in selecting a platy as a tank mate to my betta. These two fish are doing so well in my 5 GAL tank. Yes he was right. These two type of species seem to do well!!Was there on Wendsday and this nice gent named Scott helped me out and gave me a little education. I purchased plants and equipment to set up my 5 gallon aquarium. When my tank stabilizes we need to discuss the possibilities as I'm looking for a very diverse tank.

There mealworms were outrageously overpriced plus the staff is not very knowledgeable on the needs of most. Think about it like the difference between a full service mechanic shop and the teenagers that work at AutoZone. Plus they had no change to give me. I don't think I've ever run into that issue before

I'd never been in this store. The ladies helped me find the treat section. We're friendly and very helpful. April at the check out counter was the best. Answered all my questions, encouraged me to bring my dog next time. And she had the biggest smile.(yes behind the mask and screen) I thanked her and told her how ive been so bummed. And spoiling my dogs always helps. She said she knew just what I meant. Thank you for having workers that truly care. The store was super clean. I recommend for everyone. And their pets. Just wonderful.

I have been looking for a different, better dog food than you find at a regular store. I went to Petco and was looking around reading labels. A store associate asked me several times of I needed help and I Said no. After a bit of time, she came back and asked again. I told her what I was looking for and she directed me to an area that she thought would have what I was looking for and it did. She saved me a lot of time and I found dog food that was within my budget. The girl at the checkout was so nice and friendly. I had a great experience and will be back!

Forgive me if there are spelling mistakes. It seems I can't see anything past the first paragraph, so I'm typing blind. TLDR, they refused to trim her claws and told us SHE was "aggressive" when we've never had an issue with any other groomer before and they're the ones who hurt my dog.We've taken our dog Sophie to the groomer here twice. Before that we had gone to the one in Greeley, where we never had a single problem and were told that she did great and was fun to work with. Sophie used to love the groomer, but when I took her in for her appointment yesterday she immediately acted scared and was trying to get me to go back to the entrance.When I came in they still had her breed wrong, which doesn't seem terribly important, but even when I politely corrected them they changed her breed in the computer but still to the wrong one. The person who checks dogs in for appointments says she has worked at PetCo or over 15 years and just had her 7 year anniversary at this store, but still doesn't know the difference between an Aussie and a Corgi. Right away I could tell they weren't going to listen to me again this time. I should have taken her home right then and there, but she really needed her claws trimmed as last time they had refused to do it and when they get too long they get caught on things and hurt her. And we wanted her to look extra cute and fluffy for the Tour De Corgi today.When we came to pick Sophie up, they told us once again that Sophie was "aggressive" with them and tried to bite when they wanted to trim her claws. They told us that if this happens again she won't be allowed back at PetCo, and they even suggested that a vet would need to sedate her before she could be groomed. Sophie has never tried to bite anyone, except apparently their groomer. But I'm not convinced. If you touch her in a way that she doesn't like she may nudge you with her nose or lick you, she may even yelp when she is feeling particularly dramatic, but we have never seen her snap at anyone, including little kids. But the groomer says they can't even touch her belly without her snapping at them. So once again she recieved only a partial bath and didn't get her claws trimmed, but once again we were charged full price for something we can do at home.My sweet girl was incredibly clingy and ready to get out of there when we picked her up. We also noticed that they had removed a scab from her nose, and it should be obvious that you leave things like that alone?!? Now her nose is sensitive and she jerks away if either of us touch it. We will be driving the extra distance to go to the PetCo in Greeley next time. I would take her immediately because she still reeeeaaaaly needs her claws trimmed, but since we were charged full price for less than half the job, it's not in the budget at the moment. We will absolutely never go back to this PetCo again.

Petco is a super fun place where I can bring my dog and he can socialize with his other furry friends. The groomers are always so friendly and gentle and they make sure my puppy looks and smells amazing with his hypnotic vanilla scented mist. And of course they make sure he gets a yummy treat for being such a good boy. The groomers always greet us with a smile and their customer friendly store is a fun weekend hangout for my fur-baby and me.

The staff at Petco are always friendly & helpful.I had to return part of a repeat delivery order where none of my emails contained the order number. They were able to take care of me quickly and efficiently, and did so with a smile.

My family has bought a few mice and goldfish from here, and unlike every other place that we have gotten pets from, these are all healthy and happy. Their mice don't look sick and beat up, they are super friendly and handlable from day one. The goldfish are super healthy and have gotten so big since we got them about a year ago. There hasn't been a single thing that hasn't been good quality that we have purchased here. I would recommend them to any animal lover and pet owner.
