Very nice grocery store. Great selection and had everything I needed. Most grocery stores are out of at least one thing when I go, but not today!The plant selection was awesome too!! Really nice plants for an affordable price! The indoor plant selection was my favorite, but the outdoor plants are nice too.Friendly workers. Clean and well organized.The aisles seem a little close to the checkout area and kinda causes blind turns, but I made it thought without hitting anyone.

Super grateful for their delivery program. It’s such a relief to be able to order groceries and save the time an effort on shopping. It’s pretty affordable, tbh. And their employees do a great job. Our most recent delivery was done by Antonio, who read the notes & packed everything in paper bags for us! Super grateful.

I can’t stand that they renovated this place to put a liquor store inside when there’s a liquor store next door. The paper bags are garbage you’re cowards for not standing up to the corrupt legislators and now we have to walk through this stupid gate in the front of the store. It’s all trash I think you should all be ashamed

Stores getting better. They are doing some great improvements to the inside. It is still too small for the amount of population that goes to it. It is the only grocery store on the southern part of loveland that ultimately has to supply Berthoud.

Prices are astronomical! 2 bags of groceries is easily $60. They don’t have the decency to front the 10 cents for the grocery bag you need to carry the stupid food you buy to your car. You’d think they could at least include the bag in their price hikes. So sick of getting nickeled and dimed “literally”. On the bright side I buy less because I only buy what I can carry. Also thrilled they own 80% of the grocery stores here in Colorado (monopoly) 🙄

This King Soopers was very similar to the one on Harmony and JFK in Fort Collins. The layout is similar, the location of merchandise is arranged in a closely related floor plan. So if you shop here (in Loveland), or there ( in Fort Collins) you will have a familiar shopping experience.The space was brightly lit, clean and open.There were a wide variety of products and specialty services. They have a bakery, Starbucks, deli, a U.S Bank, Western Union, seafood counter and meat counter.The staff was largely present and available, and everything was clearly labled and easy to find.The produce was fresh, the shelves well stocked and organized, a very good shopping experience over all.

Tonight on 10/23 @ 4:50pm I went in looking for parchment paper.. to my dismay there was none on the shelves. I went to the service desk to have them ask grocery for more. The girl with glasses and dark hair was extremely helpful and went around looking for more. She didn’t find anymore but said meat department would be able to give me a piece I needed for my bread. Turns out their paper is lined with wax as the kind gentlemen with long hair and a beard behind the counter let me know. I wondered over to bakery and the girl working was more than happy to help, I believe she had pinkish hair with a septum piercing. She offered the paper I needed to cook my loaf of bread. This was such a wonderful experience. Each other these workers should be recognized because they went above and beyond. Thank you to them, they made my night!

Half the parking lot is filled with storage containers, and the store is torn up for some sort of remodel.I shouldn't be surprised because they've done the at least once before in the past few years during the holidays.It's something that would only make sense to Kroger leadership. The rest of the world only shakes their head.Can't wait for Kroger to take over Albertson's/Safeway and make those stores a mess.

I just wanted to say the self check out employee was such a sweetheart her name is Amy She was very attentive to me. She asked me if I needed a new cart because he noticed it was a little squeaky .She also helped me when I was looking at the total before i checked out asked me if anything was looking wrong and she fixed the problem. Have a very merry christmas Amy, you are one of the good ones keep shining! God bless you and your family!

Affordable pricing and great products, produce, and staple items for at home nutritious meals a great place where I'm usually in and out in less than 20 minutes with everything that I need from my shopping list checked off, and easily enough I'm able to get everything done and then head on home:-)

Instead of wasting a massive amount of money, ripping up the floor tiles and making the floor ugly, they should bring back cashiers, and stop gouging us on prices. I used to think King Soopers was cheaper than the competition, but no more! It's a shame that King Soopers executives, fell for the ugly concrete floor fad.

A good selection of quality food, especially the produce section and the bakery. When the craving hits, the grab-and-go sushi is convenient, but it's more expensive than anywhere else in town (e.g., Sprouts or either of the adjacent restaurants).

Boycotting King Soopers cluttered and cramped stores following their redesign of aisles following their win in the state to sell wine. You’ve lost me as a customer. Walk the aisles of Safeway, Walmart & Costco. We can only hope HEB follows Buc Ees and comes to Colorado.

Very sad they no longer carry Vollmer cakes in here. The cakes they had looked poor. Went elsewhere to purchase one. Remodel the store but carry less quality products what a tradeoff.

They are so concerned with you stealing at self check out you can hardly check out. The attendant had to come over 4 separate times because the computer thought I was trying to steal. Either trust your customers or get rid of self check out.

I love this store! Better than any King Soopers than I’ve been in. We were most recently impressed when it was our son’s FIRST birthday and we went to the bakery to order a cake. Blanca was there to take our order and when we picked it up, the cake was made perfectly. We had Cookie Monster and the icing was done so that it made it seem like fur. Took so much care - that was so great. She even made a side cake for our little one to destroy.I then went to get a balloon which Mike helped with. He was super helpful and made me feel like I was a part of the family. Thank you so much, King Soopers staff - you made our son’s birthday so memorable!

I used to love this pharmacy when I lived in Loveland, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get them on the phone. There was a mix up of the pharmacies for a prescription and both myself and my new pharmacy have been on hold for multiple hours with no answer and just on an endless loop of being put on hold.

I like shopping at this location. It's not perfect, they are understaffed and it shows, but the staff they do have are friendly and they almost always have what I need!That said, the coupon system is frustrating. They have additional coupons locked behind the app (which is fine, I have the app), but using your own Internet in the store is next to impossible and they don't offer Internet to their guests. As they do not honor those coupons without being clipped in the app, I have to either go without the savings or go back for my groceries after I've left to access Internet elsewhere. In this economy, my shopping is driven by low costs/savings and healthy options - if I find that combo elsewhere that's easier to utilize, and KS current system remains the same, I will probably shop there instead.

Great Customer Service! From the Midwest and I know this store as Kroger, same great customer focused attitude! It is great that a store still greets you and bags your items. Also, a great selection of Vergil’s Soda we cannot get in the Midwest! Lucky!

Isles are getting pretty narrow, was observing shelves being restocked, shouldn't the oldest product be in the front?? Young lady was pushing everything to the back and new out of the box was put in the front. Just an observation.

King Soopers is our store! We only live 3 blocks away. We're there often every day. We know most of the employees and cashiers. We love EVERY one of them. There's NOTHING we can't find there! And if we can't find it, we ask any one of their knowledgeable, courteous employees. Or ask at the courtesy desk to order it. The quality of ALL the food is excellent. And if it's not, they WILL make it right. We LOVE King Soopers!!! My favorite employees in the store, are of course, all the managers, the pharmacy...actually any employee in the entire store!!!!! But my special favorites, that have helped me immensely every time they get a chance are Kurt, Tammy, Melissa, Jody, Kathy, Brandon, Don, Ian, Tom, and the BEST OF ALL, Micah!!!! Look for them!!! They'll help you with whatever you need, at any time and any place, with a smile!!! 😃
