We had a fantastic experience with Gator Kennels. They promptly answered all our questions. The packaging and organization of shipping the equipment was outstanding! Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find and place. The product themselves has been phenomenal thus far. The only "negative" (and not really a negative thing) we have two rows of kennels that are freestanding in our facility; we have had to find a way to brace them from one side because the whole row leans and it makes it difficult to shut the doors and use the locking mechanism on top. We may end up switching the way a couple of the doors open to even the weight out. Other than that absolutely zero complaints.

Our humane society replaced existing old chain link kennel gates with the Gator kennels. What a difference! The kennels not only look more neat and professional, they now look fun and inviting! The company was extremely helpful in the process, very easy to work with and responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

I own Country Acres Pet Boarding in Longville, LA and just finished my newest kennel buildings. I knew from the beginning that Gator would be my choice for kennel doors and I am completely thrilled with the company and their product. I ordered over the phone because I needed custom sized doors and the sales person was very polite, professional, and the process was speedy. I was contacted a few days later to go over the details to double check everything before the doors were made and was given notifications when my order was finished and shipped. I was quoted a completion date when I ordered but everything was finished quickly and ahead of schedule. The shipping packaging is the best I have ever seen and everything arrived in perfect condition. I ordered kennel doors that attach to existing walls and also transfer doors (doggie doors) and everything came in neatly package and marked boxes, the instructions were clear, and installation was easier than I anticipated. The doors are beautifully made, sturdy, and easy to clean. I have gotten so many compliments from my customers!!

The company is the best I have ever worked with! They helped me design my cages to meet my needs, and they are beautiful! Since we have replaced our stainless steel cages with Gator cages, our upper respiratory infections are almost non-existent and our kitties love them! Excellent customer service, great quality, beauty and affordability! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

We absolutely love our Gator Kennels! Josh has been helpful through the entire process! We opened a boarding facility (Dog Tales Day Camp & Boarding) over 6 months ago and our kennels still look brand new. They are sturdy, easy to clean, safe, and cozy for our dog adventurers! The ability to personalize and brand the kennel gates has been a huge customer 'Wow' factor during tours. The dogs also enjoy retreating to their personal safe place, and will walk to their door when they are finished with play group. I can't recommend Gator Kennels enough!Edit 4 years later--these folks are still amazing. Kennels continue to hold up beautifully and any challenges we encountered were quickly addressed by Gator Kennels. Some of the best customer service around!

Gator Kennels are a great product at a competitive price point. When stacked up against competitors the customization, quality, and customer service all hits high marks. We use gator kennels at 3 of our 5 locations and will be converting all of our locations to gator kennels in the future. All future (The Ark Pet Spa & Hotel) locations will be using their kennel system.

Cost, appearance is a 5.Durability, cleanliness, and installation (read below) is a 2.Customer Service 4.5For the money they are hard to beat when comparing to the other big-named kennels out there.Appearance, our clients love them and they look very professional.Durability is lacking as they are made of PVC. We've had several dogs chew on the doors and walls of the kennel. The gouges are deep and even after sanding you will be able to see the damage.Installation was a nightmare. The first 75% was super easy and you can tell a lot of thought went into the installation process. The downside was that the doors would not align. It took over a month and Gator Kennel's even had to send a crew out to try and figure out the problem (which they couldn't either). We told them about an idea we had to use a turnbuckle and cable assembly to pull the kennels one direction, which worked.Cleanliness is terrible. The walls and doors are easy to clean. The problem comes in at the bottom, the seals and the corners. The seals don't prevent urine or spilled water getting from one kennel to the next, it will run to the corners then into the next kennel. The seals also trap any type of fluid making it very difficult to clean. The corners are not sealed to the ground the the post plate covers can not be lifted up to clean under them, once installed.Again, for the money they great but if we were to do it all over we would probably go a different route.

We purchased Gator cat condos for our animal shelter and have seen a marked decrease in respiratory issues since we moved our felines out of the open wire cages they were previously housed in and into the Gator condo’s. The felines also seem far happier and behaving more normally - we think having the private cubbies which they didn’t have in the wire cages has made a huge difference in reducing their stress levels.We are often asked if we have issues with the laminate pulling apart, but we’ve not experienced that at all. We wipe the condo’s down with either ready-made anti-bacterial disinfecting wipes, or clean cloths sprayed with disinfectant such as Trifectant to minimize the amount fluid/liquid sitting in the condos (which would cause the splitting of the laminate) and that approach has worked great for us!The kennels look as good as they did when they arrived over 3 years ago and we get lots & lots of compliments on them! We highly recommend Gator Kennel products!
