I appreciate the nail trimming services of this place so much. The gal that does them is so patient and gentle with my dog. It’s her least favorite moment having to get her nails trimmed but it’s so fast and not traumatic when we go here 10/10. Also they allow bulk buy of wet cat food with is a huge cost saver. Such gentle helpful staff. Wildly recommend for all your animal needs, skip big box go local! Fantastic assortment of toys, leashes, food and treats.

Incredible staff here every time we shop here. Our dogs are getting older and they have given super helpful recommendations when it comes to some of the small issues we have dealt with. They've never steered us wrong and the selection of food, treats, and everything pet-related is the best with competitive prices.HIGHLY recommend!

My husband and I consistently shop here and take our dog here. They have a great selection of foods, treats and more. We haven't ever used the self-service baths or had a nail trim, but our dog loves the CBD treats they sell and their homemade dog treats. I'm always greeted by friendly staff, and it's always been a great experience. The staff always asks if we need help and if we do they can recommend things and assist. Really enjoy coming here and so does our pup.

My dog and I have been coming here for 6months or so and we absolutely love it. My dog is very reactive and loves to bark at anything and everything, the employees always treat us with kindness and are GREAT dog people. The dog baths are great! There is soap, water, resources, and a hair dryers. We love this place and will only come here for washes!

Love this shop. My dog is usually gets his baths here and I normally try and get there when they open to beat the rush and it seems they don’t take their opening hours too seriously. On more than one occasion I’ve had to wait 10-15 min past when they said their opening time is. Great people, great shop just wish they were consistent with their advertised hours.

This is a delightful site with wonderful owners who are dedicated to providing the very best for cats and dogs. My dog loves visiting and they have all the best toys and treats. They also have grain free cat food which my high maintenance feline needs. Yes, all my animals do is sleep.

If I could give 10 I would. I was in petco to get wet cat food.well forgot wallet. Went back to car turned around saw doggie dips. Figured they might have answers to my questions. A friend gave me a bengal cat. I know special diet. Just learning, and he's picky eater. The lady in there new her stuff..gave me some samples of food to see what my fur baby would like . Thank you! This is an amazing place for pups! Wholesome treats and food, accessories of all kinds and an awesome set up to clean the pups! Shampoos, conditioners, blow dryers and even self raising tubs to save your back! There are aprons you can use and even some deep cleaning, scrubbing brushes. It’s an awesome, locally owned establishment. Brian and Monica are both fantastic.

I got my haircut next door and my dog’s b day is coming up and I kinda wanted to find one of those dog cupcakes. I go in and ask the wonderful woman at the register if they have them. She shows me the options. Awesome! But she also showed me this cup of food she freezes for her pups that they love as a popsicle. My dog freaking crushed it! Customer service was amazing. I’m going back tomorrow to get more of those cups.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now, ever since getting a new Labradoodle – and it is by far, the best mom & pop shop, locally owned small business that I’ve ever had the pleasure of finding. Brian and his team fully took over the store a couple months ago, and it has only gone further uphill! I couldn’t be happier with the products, services, and animal knowledge! Great place! They carry a wet food that my cat loves. While it's not Meow Mix priced, it's affordable and something that I can feel comfortable feeding to my cat. I was slightly disappointed when I went in once and the woman who is normally there when I go in wasn't there, but I now realize that everyone there is just as helpful and friendly - never a bad experience!

Locally owned, extremely knowledgeable and service is superb! My pups goes crazy for the fresh baked pup cookies from their bakery. Was shopping once while they were cooking their cheddar cookies and they smelled so delicious- like fresh baked bread!

Went today to support a local business because I work next door and always walk by so I wanted to try it. Walked in told them I wanted to do the self service dog wash. Asked for me to pay ahead. No problem. The lady showed me how to use all the stuff and there was another couple in the other stall. Wet the dog and the water was very cool. I figured it just took a second to warm up. Shampoo the dog(at this point it’s too late to stop) and go to rinse him and the water is cooler than before. Keep rinsing thinking it’ll warm up and it gets colder. My dog, who loves baths and showers is literally SHAKING. I turned the knob the other way because I thought they had the hot/cold backwards but no. It was the same all around. Freezing cold. So I hurried and rinsed himAnd dried him. Shaking the entire time. My hands were freezing from the water so I know he was cold and not scared. After we were done I asked the employee if the water heater was out and she said they had the temps set to not get too hot on purpose but they had been doing a lot of dog washes lately and the water heater was struggling to keep up. Pretty upset that I paid $15 to spend about 3 minutes doing the actual wash. And pretty upset it was ice cold water. If they knew the heater was struggling to keep up they should’ve said something because I could’ve given my dog a warm shower at home for free. I wanted this to be a fun experience but it wasn’t. Before you go here ask if the water heater is working yet. Waste of $15 and gas to get to Loveland.

Very friendly staff, the store smells nicely of treats, and I was able to get my dogs nails trimmed quickly and efficiently. The self service tubs are lovely with stairs help get my 90 lb fluff ball into the tub. Staff checked on me throughout my time there to see if I needed anything. The shampoos and conditioners smell great, grooming tools were available for the bath, and an easy to use hairdryer. Will definitely be returning.

If you ever need help for your little fur babies, I couldn’t recommend this place more. Petco a few doors down didn’t carry a product that they said they did online that I needed urgently for my sick pup who had a rough sleepless night, the girl suggested I swing by to this business. The lady that helped me was super helpful from the second I walked in even though they didn’t have the product I was looking for and offered a free product that she thought might help my dog. After one dose of it, my dog already seems heaps better. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I will be back and have suggested you all to my family members in the area with pets. Please keep on keeping on!

Love this place. Brian and the other owners are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We come here for all our cat and dog food, litter, and other necessities. Their prices are just as great as the people, and they only sell the best products. If you currently go to a chain store for pet food and supplies, I would highly recommend checking this place out instead. You can save yourself some time and money, have a more enjoyable experience, and happier, healthier pets!

I visited the store looking for puppy food & treats and was quickly welcomed with friendly, knowledgeable service right away. They had a great supply of food, toys, and care products for both cats and dogs. I was most impressed though with their customer service, honesty, and helpfulness. I was provided with many suggestions and was happy to see the local, healthy food choices for pets. Was a very refreshing change from the big box stores for many reasons but most of all for their product knowledge. I'll absolutely be back again!

Tuesday night nail trim was such a great experience! The groomer gently talked our 16 year old big baby through each clip and changed her position instead of having Billie move.She ended the trim with pets and kind words and a treat!

the owner tony came in with his family and me and my wife felt very welcomed. getting a chance to see someone who is very passionate about his job and his family was a very rewarding experience. we had a couple of questions about nutrition and he set us up woth all the right food and even some accessories to help with my pups anxiety. i highly recommend coming in and checking this place out.
