The love and care the groomers and bathers have given my little Ivory is above and beyond any place we have received prior. She is blind and deaf so we are very careful of who we have work on her. She loves going in for her spa day! I love that they are willing to take time out of their busy schedules to take her for potty breaks and make sure she is good. She always looks amazing. The staff here is so kind and my dogs always look and smell so good! Sometimes my 100lb malamute refuses to walk in the building on her own, the staff is always so helpful and patient giving her the extra encouragement and time she needs. Thank you for taking such good care of our dogs!

Needless to say my lil Chiweenie turns into 6lbs of teeth when I have attempted trimming his nails with the dreamless and just good ol fashioned snips. They did and AMAZING job on him… I was slightly embarrassed at how long they were. He is gonna be on a monthly schedule for those bad boys.

They do a great job on our cocker spaniel. CBD products for the furries and dog wash if u want to do the job yourself. Reasonable prices, don't have to book months in advance. Nice people.

Unimpressed with Dog Baths and Beyond. Starting going because of a recommendation.The last time I took my dog to be groomed they cut his paw to the point where he wouldn't stop bleeding. After debating a few times whether or not to take him back, I took him back. The young girl at the front desk seemed to not be paying attention to me when I was making her aware of a few lumps on him.When he was done it looked like he was barely groomed. When I called they said they would refund me $15 when I paid $82, the manager mentioned that I had canceled the last two times. Which was because their groomer cut my dog.Also, took my other dog to get his nails trimmed because the sign advertised $10 for walk in nail trims. They charged an extra $7 because he was "vocal", when the entire time he was in there there was another dog barking.

I have a 65 pound Black/White Heeler, Large Terrier mix who since he was a puppy had not let anyone near his feet to trim his nails. I have had him to groomers and they couldn't get him to let them near his feet. I finally had to pay the vet every time his nails needed trimming to give him a shot to relax him and trim them. I was told about this place and I am so glad. First class grooming and they were able to trim his nails. I will never take him anywhere else. Awesome people and service.

I brought in my dog for a walk in nail trim and was so pleasantly surprised at the kindness of the employees and their excitement to see my dog. They were very attentive with Buddha and made sure she got some pats and snuggles before they took her back to ease her stress. Her nails were also all filed down nicely so they won’t scratch. Overall such awesome value for only $10 and I will definitely be back!

Have taken our catahoula/pit mix, and our Boxer here for a few years, muzzle and trim no problem every month .. The service has never been really great, but not the worst either. Took my daughters chiweenie in to get nails trimmed and they charged me twice as much and barely trimmed the nails… stated that because they muzzled him is why the extra charge, but mine are also muzzled every time for regular charge. Won’t return with my dogs.

We have 2 golden doodles. Early in our time with the puppers we visited multiple groomers across fort Collins and Loveland and Dog Baths and Beyond blows them all away. We love the quality of cuts our pups get. They are clean, friendly and efficient. The groomers (special shout out Janelle!) Always listen when we request a different style or tweak. They work great with our schedule and never try to pressure us into any upcharges or higher frequencies of cuts. And most incredibly, all this excellence for a far more affordable price than anywhere else we've been. We appreciate you! ❤️ Obi and Blazer

These people are the best! The dog wash area is clean, spacious and they have everything you need 😃 ... the nail trims here are reasonably priced. One of my dogs required 3 people 🤦🏻‍♀️ a bit embarrassing 🤦🏻‍♀️ we usually get the “she was difficult” talk. Dog Bath and Beyond encouraged us to come back. They showed understanding and reminded us that sometimes dogs just don’t like their paws touched and they get that ❤️!

I really like this local place. The groomers here are awesome. Michelle always does a great job. She is very attentive to the pups and always has their best interest in mind. The dogs always look great! They come home with little bandanas and bows--so cute! Book in advance because this little place gets booked up quickly! I highly recommend this groomer!

They're so amazing! They always get my stinky lab to feel soft and smell amazing, they have the most affordable prices I've personally seen, AND they have a really cool shopping area for unique dog products that are phenomenal. In addition to all that (as if that weren't enough) they're super nice and treat my dogs well when they're there. I really couldn't recommend them more. 😍

We've tried other places to get my dogs nail trimmed but they messed her up. She used to be so good with it then a bad experience turned getting her nails trimmed into a nightmare. A couple places have tried but gave her back before they could get all her nails. These guys actually got her nails done and trimmed and didn't charge through the roof in price! We also discussed some things I could do like CBD to make the experience more pleasant for her and hopefully get her back to being fine with it. Will definitely be back!

negative : the two girls barely greeted me. they asked no questions about my dog nor introduced themselves to her. just pulled her to the back and shut the door. they proceeded to call her a "he" the entire time despite my initial correction.the groomer got her hair (which was down and sloppy to begin with) stuck in the file and came out with a huge mat in her hair and told me they had to take apart the equipment and it would be a bit longer. keep in mind my dogs are 12 pounds. there was a significantly higher level of anxiety for my dogs working with these two girls. they were not comforting to them.positive: clean nail trimthe two girls scoffed at my concerns rather than apologizing. i was very offended.seems as though their other services are good based off of google reviews but my experience definitely was awful and caused anxiety for both me and my dogs. i refused service for my other dog after hearing her screaming.

This was my first visit here and I will definitely be bringing my dog back. I had visited the website prior to going and didn't realize that they are currently only accepting appointments for services, not walk-ins. However, when I pulled up in the parking lot and saw the sign on the door to that affect I went ahead and called, mind you this was at 3:45 in the afternoon, just 15 minutes prior to closing time. I asked if they would have time to do a nail trim for my dog even though I didn't have an appointment. They were very courteous, brought out the necessary paperwork for me to fill out and began my dogs nail trim. Not 5 minutes later my dog was finished and was given a very nice compliment they hope we come back and that I have a very wonderful little dog! Not many places would have been so nice as to accept a walk-in 15 minutes prior to close for a customer who has never been there before. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone!

Stopped in to get doggie pedicures, we have three dogs and are new in town. Hands down best mail trims they've gotten any such a friendly happy place, so glad to have found them! Great prices, $8 each dog from 3-6pm isn't to be beat. Will definitely be back for more.

I was a customer but it turns out that when your groomer happens to leave the new groomer isn't taking new clients because they have their own clients. I would have been a customer forever but turns out they don't want devoted customers. Crazy to me!

I like these tubs the best of all the tubs in Loveland especially for large dogs. They will not work out so well for small dogs. Could have a better selection of shampoos. Reasonably priced compared to others in town. I'll continue to give them my business for sure.
