OTR Driver here. Delivered here. Friendly, good unloading/about 45 minutes. I used the far side driveway and came around the back of the store, that sets you up for the dock, there was plenty of room. You could do it across the front, but the loop around the store looked best. Anyways ovnp yes. Their nice folks here

I don’t appreciate one of the managers named Logan’s attitude at all. Asked a simple question about dog food and his attitude was not needed at all nor did I have one. Also the way he talks to his coworkers just baffles me. Please if your going to make someone manager make sure they are up for the job and treat others well. will definitely take my business to Murdochs

I work 7p-7a and I stopped by Tractor Supply on my way home to get shavings and grain for a senior horse. I arrived at 7:47 still in my scrubs and the staff were doing racing laps around the parking lot racing each on ATVs. I started to load shavings into my car to expedite my trip. Logan came outside and let me know that the store doesn't open til 8. I explained that I just worked an overnight shift and need grain and shavings. He told me, that I wasn't allowed to load shavings yet because they weren't open. I offered him my wallet to hold so he knew that I wasn't trying to steal shavings. I didn't understand what the problem was so Logan asked me to leave the property. I started to cry and asked for some patience and compassion but he just iterated that I needed to leave. I did wait till 8 am to make my purchase because my horse needed it and he comes first. I bought $311 dollars worth of grain, supplements and shavings. I have always appreciated the kindness of the staff at Tractor Supply but after the way Logan treated me I'd rather shop at Murdoch's. There was absolutely no reason for Logan's behavior and attitude.

Love this Tractor Supply, they have a great selection of so many things we need around the house. They also have a great selection of Christmas decor every year, it is always unique and the cutest. I love their clothes too, I can always find something different at a great price. The people who work here are super helpful and friendly as well.

Kristy & Ariel were great & enthusiastic. I’m only giving 4 stars not due to service but due to the inexcusable technical issue with the systems which said an item was in stock but it was not, & I had just taken a mini road trip to obtain the item. This has inconvenienced me tremendously with my business as I have lost clients. Ariel did a great job trying to make it right though. I would highly recommend this location as the ladies here are stars! Oh, also they definitely are absurdly short staffed, that also was rather annoying, not their fault though!

Went to have propane Refilled tom says hes too busy to fill propane . no one else is in the store feel sorry for the cashier that had to tell me I can tell she felt bad. I just told her don't feel bad it's not her fault hes just lazy. I visit this location a lot I never had any problems

Never going back again. Sold us a broken chicken coop, did not find out until we took all the parts out of the box. Half day round trip. It was the last one in stock, in state. Asked if they could get me a new part. Nope would have drive it all back. Can you give me a little credit to go get materials to fix it, nope you have drive it back.If they really worked well with people in AG, they would know asking people to spend another half day to correct what was sold to them at full price, the would know this not ok.Called the Castle Rock Location, Heidi tried to help, she was awesome, but they cannot order new parts for these. Is what it is now and I had to spend money on top of list price to make it right, which does not feel right.Only thing I can do now is tell people go to Murdoch's, go to Sportmans, Go ANY PLACE but the TSC.

Walked in twice on same visit no greeting. District manager and another employee talked while I stood there for them to finish up talking to see what to do about return. Lady at register was rude and didn't want to process my return properly. Lady Told me I couldn't get a refund because I bought from a different TSC. It is unfair policy or decision because you can buy parts in one city. Move to the next city or state and not need something you purchased with receipt. This store was ran poorly. Seems to be an issue at a lot of these TSC places. No more shopping here for me unless I am in my Trailer and on the road and only place around. Local trailer places for me.

Ordered a safe online and was promised to have the product delivered to store for pick up. The order was cancelled without notifying me at any time. It wouldn't be that big of a deal if I was notified in time to make other plans. Hopefully they can do a better job in customer service and let the customer know. I shop at Tractor Supply all the time and usually have great service. I hope this don't change my mind.

Cashier made a mistake scanning items and emptied bags on counter to re-do the process. No big deal, but... She left 3 things out of our bag after checkout. Not one, or two but three. We get home and find items purchased and charged for, missing. Tried to call and speak to a manger to quickly resolve, 10 min on hold so far. Worst hold music ever. Update: Manager answered and after relaying my message, I get put on hold again, and now hung up on. Terrible. :( Wow.

Called to make sure a specific Pressure washer was in stock tonight, drove up from Denver, the gentleman I spoke to earlier on the phone brought me straight to everything I needed, even pushing the cart as I had an excited puppy with me. Even helped me load it into my truck. Can't ask for better service.

The customer service at this store is terrible. I purchased 6 air hoses. 3 were put into service but failed very quickly by ballooning up. I went in to return the other three that were still unopened. The manager said that he could not take the return because my air compressor was putting out too much pressure. When I argued this point he said he could not take the return because the receipt was a photo copy. When I said I would go get the original, he said he could not take the return because it was past 30 days. I explained to him that I was a longtime loyal customer and would not ever be back to this store again. He was ok with that. I called corporate and filed a grievance #IMS0814118. I was told either the store manager or district manger would contact me within 48 business hours. It's been a month, no call.

Really nice staff. The guy who helped me pretty much knew he didn't have the compression fitting I was looking for but he tried to find it in two different places and when he couldn't, he didn't waste my time telling me he could order it for me. He just directed me to the nearest place I could find what I was looking for. For that, I felt like coming back as soon as I needed something they did have. 1 star off for not having my fitting but otherwise top rate service.

Went out for a propane refill. Clerk said they didn’t have anyone who could do propane refills. I’ve seen them answer the phone, put a customers on hold then pick up the phone they didn’t have what they customer wanted. All without leaving the register.So I’m not sure if they couldn’t do a propane refill or just didn’t want to go outside in 100 degree heat.Regardless, I’m headed to ace to get a refill.

Had a great experience here at the Longmont location just off of I25. After not being able to find the item I was looking for I asked at the register for assistance. Wes assisted me, and upon asking him for a particular item he was able to recall off the top of his head that they did indeed have inventory in the back, he didn’t even need to check the inventory on the register. He quickly brought the item up front for me and even offered to help me load the item in my Wrangler in the cold and snowy weather. Wes provided easily the best customer experience I’ve received in some time and I intend to frequent this location more often even though it is a bit further away from me then some similar stores.

Great store. Had to ask for them to go in the back to get a 40# bags of organic chick starter as they hadnt stocked the front properly. Otherwise very helpful and friendly staff. Fun to shop.

Worst costumer service I have ever had. I understand that they were having issues with a mill and getting a item they do not stock often. Told 3 times it would be there and drove there to find out it was not ever there. Also the Assistant Manager was not only one of the ruddiest person to me on the phone but also to my wife in person inside the store in front of other employees and customers. I regret every purchases I have made at this tractor supply they do not deserve my hard earned money. I do not recommend this store to anyone even if it is the last place that has something in stock. The upper management treats their customers the people that keep them in business horrible then blame their horrible customer service on logistics something that has nothing to do with customer service and that no one can have control over to begin with. No one at a management level seems to understand at this location how valuable customers are and also how to treat honest hard working people. On the other hand very clean and some of the cashiers are amazing people that understand customer service and I am sorry to think that they have to deal with management like that.

Great service and selection. Been there several times since it opened and have always been assisted in locating what I need. I’m a farm boy so I’m partially biased. Always reminds me of my grandpa and grandma waking into these stores.

This store is excruciating. Every time I go in I literally have to unpack my own feed from a pallet, meanwhile employees are standing around and complaining about how they don’t have enough people to work and no one seems to want to work. I’ve called for the last week and a half to order the feed that I need, confirmed it twice and lo and behold it was never actually ordered. I don’t know what it is that makes this tractor supply so much worse than every other one, but I will now be driving 30 minutes out of my way each direction just to avoid the awful team that works at the store.

OMG LIFE SAVERS! We are traveling in our RV and ran out of propane at 7 o’clock at night . A few other gas stations somewhat nearby have ability to fill propane but only in the mornings or at other inconvenient times of the day. I never would have thought to come to this store to get our RV propane filled! But I saw a propane sign from the highway and sure enough they usually have someone there all the time to fill RV propane tanks!! AND they were at least 1/3 cheaper than ALL the other fill stations!! Not to mention the ladies inside were very nice and very helpful!! We will be warm tonight and DEFINITELY be back!

Tractor supply company has been a great resorce for the things I need. Prices are fair, store is clean and staff are friendly. Keep an eye out for the yellow stickers, they can be some hidden deals

The manager here is very rude when it comes to returning things even if you have the warranty. I'm here waiting to exchange a pressure washer that's only 6 months old and the pump broke. Was told they wouldn't return it and I'd have to call the warranty company. Called the warranty company and they said the store will return it but now they're in a meeting so I'm here wasting time. This is my 3rd time here today trying to figure it out.

I love everything in this store. They have all kinds of need little things for your ho.e, garden, along with feed, tac and hardware.. and clothing and boots. Close convenient and affordable. Oh and dog friendly
