I had the pleasure of working with Andrew, Trey, and Kathy at Home Depot for a recent event, and I can't say enough about their exceptional service and dedication. Their participation and assistance were instrumental in making our event a resounding success. Trey and Kathy, who host the Kids Workshops at the store, are absolutely phenomenal. Their warmth, kindness, and passion for their work truly shine through, making every interaction with families a memorable one. And Andrew went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He demonstrated a level of commitment and professionalism that truly sets Home Depot apart. If you haven't experienced the Kids Workshops hosted by Trey and Kathy, you're missing out on an incredible opportunity to engage with your community and have a blast doing it. Employees are customer service focused. Whoever sees this can you respond if you have experienced Home Depot Loosing your murchandise for any length of time or, not having you're merchandise or all of your will call orders, been frustrated as you and an employee search the store but the merchandise is lost.If you're an employee, my software is going to make your life so much easier by not having anymore lost inventory, clearance, no having these issues any more. All clearance will be tracked. This system will work with any inventory system. This system i designed will give your company high ratings and by having this software application., you will be contributing to helping to fix the 70% of environmental damage retail causes worldwide.

Customer service was below my expectations. My card would not read due to the damaged strip, so I asked the lady to allow me to go to the car and get my other card and was told they would put the items back in store. Yes it's 901 pm I get that but I won't be back to this store again.

I’m not sure how many hours of my life have been spend in the isles of this and other Home Depot’s. The store where I tell myself “don’t ask anyone in orange where anything is” along with “don’t let anyone pet my African Grey “. Something happens when I walk in that causes me to forget. “Do you know where so-and-so is” they reply “not sure but try isle 51…should be there” as we stand in isle 15. Needless to say, I walk the 2 miles to 51 and there isn’t anything remotely close to what I was looking for. OR, I have my arms full of items to replace said project and mr man in orange tells me to skip that and use a paper plate, hot glue, duct tape and three screws…problem solved. Blah. I get sucked back into this store but can Mr Tim the Tool Man please stand up!?!(No disrespect to employees of orange-it’s your boss and his boss 👀). Please Mark as helpful and follow. I’d like to start a podcast in my travels so I need to see if there is interest

I agree with others, this store is TRASH! We ordered a snowblower online, went to pick it up and were shocked that they actually believed someone would accept the box that was torn all apart. This store is never cleaned up, there is shipments in most aisles and it is impossible to get around safely. One night we pretty much got stuck in one area because of the tall ladders and the way they blocked off a section. It is ridiculous. They better hope there's never an emergency and that customers need to get out in a hurry. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. OSHA needs to be called and so does consumer affairs, it's that bad. I am done with this location despite it being 5 minutes from my house, I will go to Lowes in Longmont or if I really have to use HD, I will go to the one on Highway 7.

Very rude customer service. Val from the pro desk was very unhelpful and very rude. She talks to you like you’ve done something wrong just by asking questions. Would not recommend help from this Home Depot.

I shopped online and located the item I wanted and was able to locate the item on the correct aisle and bin that was given to me online. That made my shopping experience easy and very quick. I also like that there is a veteran discount. We always get great service and help too.

I have to say the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! This Home Depot is amazing! Eddie in flooring was hands down the best staff member this store has! Eddie, you really helped my Aunt Nancy greatly with her turf project! Kudos to you! Wonderful people like you still exist!

Went there to have some paint colors matched. Took them home, and they weren't a match even though I provided excellent samples in a format that they recommended. Then, when I tried to return them for a refund, they wouldn't let me return them for a refund. They pointed to a notice on the label on top of the paint cans that said they were non-refundable. The nerve of Home Depot. They made the mistakes, and their policy apparently is they have no responsibility for the errors they create. Shameful. Beware and be aware.

This store used to be our go to for any home improvement needs. Lately it is a mess. The isles are cluttered, you can’t find people to help you, and it’s as though no one cares. Back to Lowes for our loyalty, I guess. It’s sad to see how far management has allow this to get.

Make sure you open whatever you buy to make sure it's not a ripped apart return. Twice now I've bought something only to get it home and see it's been destroyed by someone.

Reserved a trailer to find out that all of their trailers were broken and needed repair. Was told that I shouldn’t have been able to reserve online. Wasted about 3 hours of my day and ruined my plans for the weekend. Nice gentlemen that helped me at the desk offered a truck rental instead but it wouldn’t have worked for the job. No real resolution to the issue other than trying another rental location. Moral of the story call for a reservation instead of trusting online reservation.

This store has no proactive leadership and no regard for customer service or client relations. I recently ordered a riding mower for delivery to my home. I took a day off at a considerable day wage loss, only to be notified by text mid-day that my delivery was postponed until the following day. I had to take another day off at a loss of day wages and I am still waiting for a response from Home Depot management regarding the cause or reason for the delay or why I couldn't do an in-store pick-up instead. I was put on hold and disconnected by customer service twice while attempting a resolution. My frustration is a result of mismanaged expectations. Their site offers next-day delivery, but they continually fail to achieve that as advertised. Very dissatisfied. . . and disappointed.

The staff at the store have been helpful and friendly, but one gentleman in particular has made my trips to Home Depot a lot easier. I cannot speak highly enough of Paul Lawson. I know this man's name BECAUSE he's helped me so much. Whether it's product location, pipe fitting instructions or his general knowledge of most things construction, he deserves recognition, as he's already earned my respect. Thanks Paul!

It's a Home Depot... Good for construction materials for newer homes, they will be little help if your house was built before 1950. Also, the corporation does not appear to be trying to keep prices reasonable 🙄. Recording record profits and not paying employees living wages...

Wonderful and extremely helpful experience. The wife and I went in to purchase a 6in inline fan. At first it seemed the item was out of stock, but just as we were leaving the store the very kind associate who had previously helped us found us and had our desired item! Both him and another associate had worked together to help us, with their fantastic service and knowledge of the store to locate our item. We appreciate you both very much! Thank you for your help.

We bought $3,200 of appliances. We were given a delivery window of 9-1 via phone, with a 30 minute call before arrival. Delivery shows up at 8, saying we are here. They said the "system wasn't working" and that is why the phone info we were given is wrong. They hung up on me and left. I called the appliance department. They didn't answer the phone for 30 minutes. I called store manager, he couldn't do anything. I called the 800 delivery problem line, they disconnected me. They failed, big time. They offered me nothing in compensation. I have lived in this house with no refrigerator for 2 weeks now. Don't buy here if you want good service.

This store is a mess. The aisles are full of inventory and you cannot move around the store. I walked around the store and lot for 20 minutes trying to find a lumber cart, just to discover the staff uses them for inventory and pick up orders. Because it obviously makes sense to not let in store customers be able to shop for large items.Also, the online ordering from this store is a waste of time. My shipment didn't get put on the truck for my scheduled delivery. The store recommended I come do curbside pickup. When I showed up, my order wasn't ready; they said I could pull it myself. I waited 2 1/2 hours to get assistance pulling cabinets from the top shelves.Go literally anywhere else instead of this store.
